Chapter 194 Jin Chan is demoted

Chapter 194 Jin Chan was demoted

With the introduction and establishment of the Tao and the attainment of Buddhahood, there was no suppression of the Taoist Qi, and the Buddhist Qi sprouted immediately, with the potential for a great rise.

Taking advantage of Zhunti's serious injury and falling asleep, Jieying took Zhunti and retired to the Paradise of Paradise, leaving only the incarnation of Sakyamuni Buddha to preside over Buddhist affairs.

In order to stabilize the status of Buddhism, Sakyamuni decided to invite the gods of the three realms to participate in the Bon Festival to preach the meaning of Buddhist scriptures and demonstrate the prestige of Buddhism!

Wang Mingzhen is the founder of the City God system. He holds the position of City God Emperor and is a newly rising powerful person in the three realms. Naturally, he received an invitation from Buddhism.

Wang Mingzhen is still somewhat interested in the legendary Bon Bon Festival. Besides, there are many demons from Buddhism on the journey to the west, so this trip to Lingshan is just a good idea in advance.

So, Wang Mingzhen rode a black bull and leisurely came to the foot of Lingshan Mountain. This black bull was no ordinary bull, and its nickname was the Great Bull Demon King.

At that time, the Bull Demon King was instigated by people in Buddhism to prevent the introduction of the City God system into Hezhou, Xiniu, and was almost killed by Bai Qi on the spot.

However, this Bull Demon King is also a character, capable of bending and stretching. He actually chose to surrender directly and expressed his willingness to assist Emperor Chenghuang in preaching to Xiniu Hezhou.

In the process of preaching, the Bull Demon King made a lot of achievements and successfully joined the City God system. Later, when I rode a bull to travel around the world, Wang Mingzhen was quite envious and took the Bull Demon King as his mount.

At this time, Wang Mingzhen raised his head and looked towards Lingshan.

The top of the mountain is Hanzhong, and the roots are connected to the Xumi veins. The peaks are arranged skillfully, the strange rocks are staggered, the Yao grass and beautiful flowers are under the cliff, and the purple zhizhi and fragrant flowers are beside the winding path.

The fairy ape picks fruits into the peach forest, but they are like fire burning gold; the white cranes and pine trees stand on the branches, like smoke holding jade.

The colorful phoenixes are in pairs, and the blue luan is in pairs. The colorful phoenixes are in pairs, and they sing towards the sun, and the world is auspicious; the green phoenixes are in pairs, and they are dancing in the wind, and they are rare in the world.

I also saw the golden tiles and mandarin ducks, and the bright and colorful tiles paved with agate. The east row and the west row were all pistil palaces and pearl palaces; in the south and north, there were no treasure pavilions and pearl towers.

The heavenly king's hall is emitting rays of rays of light, and the front of the Dharma Protector Hall is emitting purple flames. The pagoda appears, and the fragrance of flowers in the bowl is excellent. It is the earth that transcends doubts and the heavens are separated. The clouds are idle and the day is long. The world of mortals will not end all the conditions, and the great Dharma hall will be undefeated for ten thousand kalpas.

Just looking at Lingshan Mountain from a distance, you can feel the indescribable grand scene: green smoke curling up, Zen sounds everywhere, thousands of Buddhist temples, and thousands of auspicious lights!

In Wang Mingzhen's perception, the holy realm of Lingshan hangs high in the sky, blooming with infinite light, as if standing in the eternal void, filled with immortal Buddha nature.

Wang Mingzhen has also seen a lot of the blessed land of cave heaven and the residence of immortals and gods. The only ones that can rival the scenic spot of Lingshan are the heaven and the underworld.

Even if his Chenghuang Dharma Domain is integrated into the Lishan Imperial Mausoleum, seizing the creation of heaven and earth, and invading the mysteries of the sun and moon, it is still inferior to Lingshan. It is worthy of being the ancestral home of Buddhism and the origin of all Buddhas and Bodhisattvas!

Looking at the wonderful scenery of Lingshan Mountain in front of him, the Bull Demon King who turned into a black bull had forgotten his words. Although he entered Lingshan Mountain as a mount, the Bull Demon King still felt an unprecedented glory.

In order to show respect, Wang Mingzhen stopped riding the black bull from the foot of Lingshan Mountain and chose to walk up the mountain.

Although Wang Mingzhen is a rising star in the Three Realms, with his strong strength, even Buddhism does not dare to underestimate him.

As for the conflict between him and Guanyin Bodhisattva, it was also forcibly suppressed, with a vague intention of turning hostility into friendship.

As soon as he set foot on Lingshan Mountain, a large number of monks came to greet him. When he arrived at the gate of Daleiyin Temple, another Vajra came to greet him.

After King Kong led Wang Mingzhen and the Bull Demon King through the first level of the mountain gate, they were rewarded by the eighteen Arhats guarding the second level of the mountain gate.

Under the leadership of the Eighteen Arhats, we soon arrived at the third mountain gate. At the third mountain gate, the person who greeted us turned out to be Guanyin Bodhisattva.

However, Guanshiyin Bodhisattva was not at all overbearing and overbearing as before. Instead, his tone was respectful, and a look of envy flashed deep in his eyes.

Looking at the extremely humble Guanyin Bodhisattva, Wang Mingzhen felt as happy as drinking ice water in the dog days of summer.

This time, Buddhism was so generous that Wang Mingzhen could not find an excuse to get angry.

Under the leadership of Guanshiyin Bodhisattva, Wang Mingzhen experienced firsthand the arrogance, pomp, scale, style, etc. of such top forces as Buddhism, which are all majestic!

In a place like Lingshan, even though Wang Mingzhen hates Buddhism, he unconsciously respects "Buddha". This is the true foundation of the top power!

In the Great Leiyin Temple, there was already a gathering of people. Only three thousand Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Arhats, etc. were visible.

Not only that, there are also many immortals from the Three Realms who have come. For example, the Immortal Zhenyuan of Wuzhuangguan, the Emperor Donghua of Zifuzhou, the Three Stars of Penglai Fortune, Luxu and Longevity, the Heavenly King Li Jing of Tota, etc.

In addition to these famous immortals, there are also some unfamiliar faces. These immortals have different appearances, some are immortal, some have delicate features, some have elegant demeanor, some have unique behaviors, etc., each with its own characteristics.

There are also some demons mixed in, such as the yellow-haired marten, the golden-nosed white-haired rat, the nine-tailed poisonous scorpion, the hundred-eyed golden centipede, etc.

These demons will be one of the disasters on the journey to the west in the future. Now they come to Lingshan because they want to learn Buddhist Dharma.

Wang Mingzhen quietly activated his magical power of small causality and planted individual causal seeds into the bodies of those demons.

After doing all this, Wang Mingzhen began to meet with the immortals and gods in heaven one by one, talk about mysteries, and feel so free!

These immortals and gods are all smart and clever people. Not only do they speak nicely, but they are also very polite to Wang Mingzhen. As for the complex of showing off and being slapped in the face, they have never appeared at all.

Since Wang Mingzhen is a newly promoted powerful person, there may be many immortals who have heard of the City God in the Three Realms, but there are only a few who have actually seen Wang Mingzhen.

After exchanging names, the immortals and gods became more and more polite to Wang Mingzhen. In the world of cultivation, those who are strong are respected, so naturally these immortals and gods would not deliberately exclude Wang Mingzhen based on their seniority.

Soon, Wang Mingzhen integrated into these immortals. I saw these immortals, either talking eloquently, playing chess, or discussing mysteries, which was so cool and unrestrained.

Wang Mingzhen is familiar with countless cultivation systems in many worlds. Relying on what he has learned and various insights, he quickly gained a lot of reputation among the immortals and gods.

Among them, his chat with Zhen Yuanzi was the most congenial. They both had a deep understanding of the Tao, and they both felt they had benefited a lot from the discussion.

Later, Jin Chanzi stepped in, and relying on his understanding of Buddhist scriptures, he was able to discuss Taoism with Wang Mingzhen and Zhen Yuanzi without falling behind.

However, Jin Chanzi's background was not that good after all, and it didn't take long before he was completely at a disadvantage. He could only watch Wang Mingzhen and Zhen Yuanzi continue their discussion.

After Wang Mingzhen and Zhen Yuanzi digested the results of this discussion, Jin Chanzi served two cups of plain tea. They drank it all in one gulp and looked at Jin Chanzi with complicated eyes.

However, the journey to the west involves the most powerful people and many great powers. Even if Wang Mingzhen and Zhen Yuanzi join forces, they dare not stroke their beards and can only look at Jin Chanzi with apologetic eyes.

After completing the journey to the west, Jin Chanzi may become more energetic and even achieve Buddhahood in one fell swoop. But after ten reincarnations, Jin Chanzi may not still be Jin Chanzi.

Zhen Yuanzi was about to mention the three great bodhisattvas, Jin Chanzi, Guanyin, Manjusri, and Samantabhadra, when they came over and joined in the discussion.

Although the three great Bodhisattvas did not condense the rudiments of the Tao Fruit and were promoted to powerful beings, they first worshiped the Yuanshi Tianzun and then worshiped the Taoists, so they naturally had a deep understanding of the Tao.

The sound of the Tao was loud and countless visions filled the air, immediately attracting the attention of countless immortals and Buddhas. The entire Lingshan Mountain was a scene of joy and harmony!

I don’t know how long it took, but with a burst of golden light and auspiciousness filling the sky, Sakyamuni climbed onto the golden lotus platform and sat cross-legged.

When all the immortals and Buddhas saw him, they all bowed down and bowed. Wang Mingzhen also stood up and bowed.

All I saw was: the auspicious mist filled Tianzhu, the rainbow light embraced the Blessed One. The West was called the number one, the Formless Dharma King's Gate.

After some polite greetings, Sakyamuni began to preach the meaning of Buddhist scriptures. For a time, flowers were falling from the sky, golden lotuses were pouring from the ground, and Zen sounds were bursting out!

The ape offers fruit, the elk carries flowers; the tortoise holds longevity, and the crane captures sesame.

It blooms every day, and the fruits ripen all the time. Practice tranquility and return to your true nature, and the fruits of meditation are perfect.

It is neither destroyed nor reborn, neither increases nor decreases. The haze comes and goes with mist, and the years are not recorded without the invasion of cold or heat.

Sakyamuni preached the great path of Buddhism, every word was like a pearl, and the sound of the teaching filled the air, and many immortals and Buddhas were fascinated by it.

Hearing the sermon in the morning can lead to death in the evening. During the process of listening to the sermon, the passage of time has no meaning. Everyone is so intoxicated that they don't notice the passage of time at all.

After reaching the level of Sakyamuni, Dharma and magic have long been no longer what many immortals and gods pursue. Their ideas are recognized and their orthodoxy is carried forward. This is what they value.

For a time, golden light filled the air, rainbow lights filled the air, and Buddhist rhyme filled the sky, flowing throughout the entire Daleiyin Temple.

The chanting of Buddha's music was accompanied by bursts of thunder, causing the spirits of the immortals and Buddhas to resonate. Countless immortals and gods received enlightenment and made great progress in their cultivation.

Time passed slowly, and Sakyamuni's teachings continued to deepen. His tongue was like a lotus flower, and there were many wonderful principles. "Tao" and "principles" were intertwined, making Daleiyin Temple look more and more sacred.

Within the holy realm of Lingshan, some animals that have not yet opened their spiritual wisdom are sitting quietly and dignified, receiving the baptism of great fortune.

Only Jin Chanzi, faced with such a great opportunity, never listened carefully. Instead, he dozed off and fell into a strange state of sleeping and waking.

Wang Mingzhen had been secretly observing Jin Chanzi's condition, and was suddenly surprised to find that in this state, Jin Chanzi's heart, blood, and soul began to resonate with the Buddhist rhythm of Sakyamuni's teachings.

Jin Chanzi's body, flesh, bones, and soul are all tempered and sublimated in the resonance of Buddhism.

Especially Jin Chanzi's soul, it is more like coming to the paradise world and seeing many unspeakable but real truths.

Wandering in this infinite wonderful way, Jin Chanzi even forgot about time, and his soul was washed away by this resonance, becoming more and more exquisite and clear.

After this transformation, Jin Chanzi's cultivation has advanced by leaps and bounds, catching up with great Bodhisattvas such as Avalokitesvara, Manjusri, and Samantabhadra.

However, the greater Jin Chanzi's gains, the weirder Wang Mingzhen looked at him, and the pity in his eyes could hardly be concealed.

At this moment, Sakyamuni suddenly stopped preaching, and the immortals and Buddhas suddenly woke up from their enlightenment. The sudden stop of the sermon made the immortals and Buddhas feel extremely uncomfortable, and even had murderous intentions.

"Jin Chanzi, I am preaching the great way of Buddhism, but you dare to fall asleep and belittle the Buddha's teachings. You will be relegated to reincarnation. You will suffer the suffering of reincarnation for ten lives, and be baptized by the world of mortals. The day when your merits are perfected, you will become a Buddha!"

As soon as Sakyamuni finished speaking, without giving Jin Chanzi a chance to refute, he used the Tathagata Divine Palm to directly drive Jin Chanzi's soul into reincarnation.

Seeing this scene, all the Buddhas, Bodhisattvas, Arhats, the many immortals and gods who came to listen to the sermon, and the casual cultivators were all as silent as cicadas!

Jin Chanzi was the second disciple of Jie Yin (Sakyamuni). He had extraordinary talent and understanding. He achieved Bodhisattva at a young age and was even expected to achieve Buddhahood.

Even in the huge Buddhism, Jin Chanzi still plays a decisive role. But such a person was thrown into reincarnation because of his contempt for Buddhism. It is conceivable that the impact on the immortals and Buddhas was great!

Especially those in Buddhism are extremely fearful in their hearts. Sakyamuni can even be cruel to his own disciples, let alone others!

All Buddhists looked at Sakyamuni with even more awe, and there was a faint tendency for the various factions of Buddhism to be integrated into one.

Although Wang Mingzhen knew the truth of the matter, he was still amazed by Sakyamuni's superb methods.

Relying on Jin Chanzi's excuse for despising Buddhism, he was thrown into reincarnation and officially started the layout of the journey to the West.

At the same time, it can also scare the monkeys and take the opportunity to integrate many factions within Buddhism and prepare for the rise of Buddhism.

After all, the origins of people in Buddhism are too complicated. There are not only direct descendants born and raised in Western religions, but also the three thousand human beings who were converted by Zhunti and Jiejiao. There are also direct disciples of Chanjiao, or demons converted by powerful Buddhists.

Except for the direct lineages of Western religions, the other Buddhas and Bodhisattvas all have their own ideas, and the sects are even more complicated.

If it had not been for the guidance of Zhunti, who was strong enough to forcibly suppress the hostility between the various factions of Buddhism, Buddhism would have been torn apart and disintegrated long ago.

However, no matter how perfect Sakyamuni's plan is, it is ultimately not as good as God. He drove Jin Chanzi into reincarnation, but unintentionally disturbed the Nine-tailed Poisonous Scorpion, and one of his fingers was struck by the Nine-tailed Poisonous Scorpion's natal magical power.

The poison of the fallen horse stake was pierced.

Even though the six-foot-long golden body of Sakyamuni had unparalleled defenses, it was still broken by the falling horse stake. The severe pain made Sakyamuni couldn't help but cry out in pain.

When the nine-tailed poisonous scorpion saw that the situation was not good, without any hesitation, it quickly fled away from Lingshan.

It was only then that the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas in Lingshan came to their senses and took action one after another, trying to block the Nine-tailed Poisonous Scorpion's escape path.

No one noticed that an invisible wave flashed by, and the figure of the nine-tailed poisonous scorpion resonated with it. Ripples appeared in the void, and the figure of the nine-tailed poisonous scorpion suddenly disappeared.

Incidents happened one after another, and Sakyamuni had to announce that the lecture at the Ullambana Conference was over, and asked Ananda and Kasyapa to spread some strange flowers and fruits to many gods and gods.

Everything was left unsaid, but Wang Mingzhen understood everything that Sakyamuni wanted to express. It was nothing more than to demonstrate the magnanimity of Buddhism, attract more talents to join Buddhism, and accumulate foundation for the great development of Buddhism!
