Seeing the black energy escaping, a smile flashed across Wang Mingzhen's eyes. He made a secret with his hands, used the small cause and effect technique, condensed thirty-six cause and effect marks, and drove all these marks into the black shadow's body.
These marks of cause and effect are intangible and insubstantial. Even a powerful person who is the prototype of Tao Fruit cannot discover these marks unless he is proficient in the path of cause and effect.
With these causal marks, Wang Mingzhen can find traces of the black shadow at any time, and even influence the thinking and actions of the black shadow.
To put it simply, the black shadow has been secretly controlled by Wang Mingzhen, becoming a dark chess player and a qualified tool man.
After doing this, Wang Mingzhen returned to the City God's Domain. It was important to investigate the origins of the black shadow, but he had more important things to do.
After getting the mysterious scroll, the Genesis in the sea of consciousness suddenly moved. Wang Mingzhen could sense that it was the desire for the mysterious scroll.
This mysterious scroll is indeed a rare treasure, but it may contain an unknown backhand, and Wang Mingzhen does not dare to use it easily.
Genesis is a rare treasure created by countless chances and coincidences, and it is also his natal magic weapon, which can accompany him in his continuous growth and transformation, and has infinite potential.
One is a rare treasure with unknown hidden dangers, and the other is a natal magic weapon that we share weal and woe with. It is clear at a glance how to choose!
After returning to the City God's Domain, Wang Mingzhen immediately integrated the mysterious scroll into the Book of Genesis. An immortal divine fire appeared out of thin air and tightly wrapped the mysterious scroll.
The mysterious Taoist charms are continuously refined by the divine fire, and many Taoist principles such as soul, seal, contract, cause and effect, reality and reality are all contained in it.
In Wang Mingzhen's perception, a mysterious Taoist Divine Forbidden slowly emerged in Genesis.
This Divine Forbidden City has the Taoist divine text as its core and countless Taoist rhyme and legal principles as its branches and leaves, deriving a mysterious Taoist rhyme and law net that covers the countless worlds within the Creation.
Among the countless worlds in Genesis, only the Kunlun world has living beings, and the rest of the worlds are chaotic worlds that have not yet been judged.
These chaotic worlds seem to have not changed at all, but in fact they have deep Taoist charms, and their origins are many times more powerful.
The Kunlun world has undergone earth-shaking changes. The sky is higher, the earth is thicker, and the stars and countless creatures in the sky have become more real.
In particular, the 3,600 flat peach trees began to rebel against their innate nature, exuding traces of innate Taoism all over their bodies, and even faintly transformed towards reality.
If these flat peach trees can complete their transformation, it means that Wang Mingzhen will obtain 3,600 innate spiritual roots, and his foundation will be doubled.
However, in order for these flat peach trees to complete their transformation, the amount of energy they need to consume is astronomical.
If Wang Mingzhen hadn't been based in the real world and had a vast universe as his backing, it would have been a foolish dream for these flat peach trees to complete their transformation.
And those true spirits imprinted in Genesis
The cultivation level of the Taoist soldiers within has at least improved to a small level, and some of the most talented people have even improved to a large level.
In addition, the ability to purify and condense incense crystals is also more powerful, and can condense the great fruits of heaven.
This Heavenly Dao Fruit is extremely miraculous. If it were in the real world, each Heavenly Dao Fruit could create a powerful five-star god and demon.
In the illusory world, each Heavenly Dao Fruit can create a powerful person who is the prototype of a six-star Dao Fruit.
Of course, the exchange ratio between the large Heavenly Dao Fruit and the small Heavenly Dao Fruit is very terrifying. It takes one trillion Heavenly Dao Small Fruits to be converted into one Heavenly Dao Large Fruit.
In terms of cost performance alone, condensing the Heavenly Dao Fruit is definitely a loss-making business, but for the entire world, it can increase the upper limit of the world level and enhance the strength of the Heavenly Dao Law. The benefits are countless!
At the same time, under the feedback from Genesis, Wang Mingzhen's Taoist cultivation has also taken a step forward. Taoist fruits gather and disperse impermanently, and he is more chaotic. He is only one chance away from condensing flawless Taoist fruits.
Of course, this opportunity may come in the next moment, or it may never come.
This is the fun of practicing. The foundation is important, but luck and luck are also top priority.
While Wang Mingzhen was in seclusion to stabilize his cultivation, Xuanzang and his incarnation Wukong set out on the westward journey again after a night's rest.
Master Xuanzang and his disciples stayed at dawn and walked slowly in the cold winter wind. Suddenly, the sound of a whistle came from the roadside, and six robbers broke out. They were armed with long spears, short swords, sharp blades and strong bows, and they were extremely ferocious.
One of the robbers yelled: "Monk, where are you going? Leave your horses and luggage as soon as possible. We will spare your life and let you pass!"
Xuanzang had never seen such a posture before. He was so frightened that he almost fell off his horse and dared not speak.
These six robbers are called eyes that see joy, ears that hear anger, noses that smell love, tongues that taste thoughts, opinions that desire, and bodies that are inherently worried. They are robbers transformed by the six desires.
Xuanzang's mortal body could not see the details of these bandits, but he could not hide them from the fiery eyes of Wukong.
I saw the incarnation of Wukong take out the Coiling Dragon Stick from his ear, wave it into the wind, and turn it into an iron rod as thick as a bowl. With a flick of the iron rod, the six robbers died tragically on the spot.
With the six thieves killed, Master Xuanzang and his disciples eliminated the six objects and cut off the roots of troubles. It was considered that they had truly stepped onto the threshold of Buddhist practice and had the possibility of attaining the fruit of Bodhi.
However, Xuanzang did not understand the meaning of killing the six thieves. Instead, he felt that the method of incarnation as Wukong was too cruel and inconsistent with the original intention of Buddhism to be compassionate.
I only heard Xuanzang reprimanding loudly: "We Buddhists should save all sentient beings, make them abandon evil and do good, and change their ways. As the saying goes, put down the butcher's knife and become a Buddha immediately!"
The incarnation of Wukong is not angry in his heart. If he puts down the butcher's knife, he can become a Buddha immediately. Those who died tragically under the butcher's knife will die in vain. If there is no reward for good and evil, there must be selfishness in the world!
Only when good deeds are praised and evil deeds are punished can good and evil be ordered in the world and reincarnation be regular. Therefore, punishing evil is to promote good!
As for the Buddhist concept of "putting down the butcher's knife and becoming a Buddha immediately", it has strengthened the foundation of Buddhism in a short period of time, but has made Buddhist disciples become mixed, and can even be said to be anti-human.
The incarnation of Wukong became angrier and angrier as he thought about it. Unable to hold back his anger, he simply gave up. He turned somersaults and disappeared without a trace in an instant.
Sun Wukong's true body knew that the journey to the west was about transcendence, so he naturally did not dare to neglect it, so he restrained his aura and hid in secret to protect Tang Xuanzang.
Seeing the figure of Wukong disappearing away, Xuanzang felt some regret in his heart. He nodded and lamented to himself, secretly thinking that monkeys are wild and untamable and cannot be taught.
In desperation, Xuanzang had no choice but to pack his luggage and put it on his horse. Instead of riding a horse, he held a tin stick in one hand and the reins in the other, and headed westward in a desolate way.
Not long after walking, I saw an older woman walking slowly in front of the mountain road, holding a cotton coat with a flower hat on it.
In the wilderness, an old woman suddenly appeared, which was obviously extremely abnormal. Sun Wukong quickly activated his fiery eyes and discovered that the old woman was the incarnation of Guanyin Bodhisattva.
He couldn't help but marveled: "Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva is really doing it personally for the great cause of traveling to the west to obtain Buddhist scriptures. This is too hard!"
Seeing the old woman approaching, Xuanzang hurriedly led his horse and stood on the right side of the road to give way to the old woman.
When the old woman saw Xuanzang walking alone in the mountains and forests, she couldn't help but ask: "You are an elder from there. Why are you walking here alone?"
Xuanzang quickly replied: "Disciple Xuanzang, according to the imperial decree of the Tang Emperor, went to the Great Leiyin Temple in Xitian to obtain the Mahayana Sutra."
The old woman warned: "The Great Leiyin Temple in the West is far away from the border of Tianzhu, hundreds of thousands of miles away. How can you get there alone, without a partner or an apprentice?"
"
Xuanzang smiled bitterly and said: "Not long ago, I took in a disciple with great magical powers. He was a fierce and stubborn person who could not be taught. I just said a few words to him, and he left indifferently!"
The old woman smiled and said: "I have this cotton robe and a hat inlaid with gold flowers, which were originally used by my son. Unfortunately, he died short-lived, and only this hat is left as a memory. You have an apprentice.
, I’ll give you this coat and hat!”
Xuanzang quickly declined and said: "I accept this great gift from my mother, but my apprentice has already left, so I dare not accept it!"
The old woman smiled and said: "Master, don't worry, your apprentice will return soon. You put this hat on him, and I will pass you a binding curse. If he refuses to obey your orders, you can recite this curse silently, and he will
Then I won’t dare to commit murder again!”
When Xuanzang heard this, he quickly thanked her. The old woman manifested the appearance of Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva and rode the clouds to the east.
When Sun Wukong spied on this scene secretly, he could not help but grin with anger, wishing he could give Guanshiyin Bodhisattva a slap in the face to avenge this secret plot.
He couldn't help but murmured: "This Buddhist sect really has a far-reaching plan. There must be a lot of mystery in these clothes. If I, the old grandson, don't notice it for a moment, I'm afraid it will be difficult to escape the plot!"
However, he already knew this in advance and used his plan to prevent Buddhism from stealing the chicken but losing the rice.
At this time, the incarnation of Wukong was drinking in the Dragon Palace of the East China Sea. After half a drink, he was given a subtle lesson by the Dragon King of the East China Sea.
The incarnation of Wukong felt something in his heart, bid farewell to the Dragon King of the East China Sea, and went to look for Xuanzang. While he was on his way, he suddenly received a message from his real body.
This incarnation outside the body has magical powers. The body and the incarnation are connected in body and mind, and their thoughts are synchronized. The various calculations of Guanshiyin Bodhisattva and the incarnation Wukong are also clearly understood in the heart.
After the incarnation of Wukong found Xuanzang, he apologized to Xuanzang. Both master and disciple intended to reconcile, so the previous unhappiness was naturally resolved.
When he picked it up to salute, the incarnation of Wukong pretended to see the coat and hat inadvertently, and pretended to be confused: "Master, where did this coat and hat come from? I remember that there was no such set of clothes and hat during the salute!"
Hearing this, Xuanzang had an unnatural look on his face and said with a smile, "This coat and hat was given to me by an old woman not long ago."
The incarnation of Wukong nodded, threw the hat and clothes out, and said sarcastically: "It's really ugly. Master is a monk, but it's not good to wear this clothes and hat during the ceremony. Disciple, please throw it away for you!"
After saying that, he threw the clothes and hat out. Xuanzang was caught off guard by this scene.
Before Xuanzang could react, the incarnation of Wukong helped Xuanzang onto the horse, lifted him up and saluted, and went straight to the west. Xuanzang looked back at the clothes and hat from time to time, his eyes full of tangles.
Riding on the horse, Xuanzang said to the incarnation of Wukong: "Wukong, after all, those clothes and hats were gifts given to me by others. Why don't you just throw them away!"
The incarnation of Wukong said with an unconcerned look: "Anyway, none of our masters and disciples like the clothes and hats. It would be better to throw them away for whatever purpose we keep him."
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva secretly watched this scene, her brows slightly furrowed and her eyes full of confusion. She thought everything was under control, but she never thought that the monkey would abandon the clothes and hats like worn-out shoes. This made her feel so embarrassed!
The Bodhisattva secretly thought: "The monkey actually threw away his clothes and hat. How should I put the golden hoop on the monkey?"
Anyway, the Bodhisattva didn't react for a while. He could only watch Master Xuanzang and his disciples leave, feeling depressed and wanting to vomit blood.
At this moment, a breeze blew by, and the clothes and hat suddenly disappeared without a trace. However, Sun Wukong's real body quietly took action, turning into a breeze and sweeping away the clothes and hat.
"Thief, you are so brave!"
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva angrily scolded, took out the willow branch from the mutton-fat jade vase with his right hand, waved it gently, and bits and pieces of nectar fell down.
As the nectar scattered, all the flowers, plants and trees within a radius of several miles withered, and all vitality was forcibly swallowed by the nectar. It was extremely overbearing!
However, Guanyin Bodhisattva found no trace of anyone else, and his face suddenly became even more ugly. The strength of the man in the dark was definitely not weaker than him.
The Bodhisattva quickly recited the Tightening Mantra, but found nothing, which made the Bodhisattva's face change greatly.
You must know that the golden hoop is the treasure of Tathagata Buddha, and it has the imprint of Tathagata Buddha's soul on it.
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva is definitely not able to compete with an existence that can instantly erase the imprint of Buddha's soul.
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva quickly went to Daleiyin Temple and reported the matter to Tathagata Buddha. Tathagata Buddha looked over the three realms with his wisdom eyes, but still found nothing.
The Tathagata Buddha said loudly: "The journey to the west involves transcendence, and a calamity will surely come. This is a test of heaven! You only need to ensure Xuanzang's safety, and there is no need to worry about the rest!"
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva received the Buddha's decree and went straight to the east to protect Xuanzang's safety secretly.
Let’s talk about Xuanzang’s master and apprentice. After half a month of arduous trek, they finally arrived at the Yingchoujian area of Shepan Mountain.
Just look at the Yingchou Stream, which has steep cliffs and rugged roads, cascading ridges and steep mountains, and a bay of water blocking the way.
In Yingchou Stream, the little white dragon Ao Lie sensed the arrival of Master Xuanzang and his disciples, and quickly activated the formation to seal off the Crystal Palace and prohibit all aquatic people from entering and exiting.
He, Ao Lie, now has a group of wives and concubines, hundreds of heirs, and tens of thousands of soldiers and generals under his command. He is sitting in the snake-coated mountain, cave, sky, and the blessed land of the eagle's sorrowful stream. He is the master of a place. How free and at ease!
Although Guanshiyin Bodhisattva saved Ao Lie's life, the price for letting him transform into a horse for the monk of the Tang Dynasty to ride and sleep in the open air all the way was too heavy!
He could only say sorry to the Bodhisattva and transform into a horse for people to ride on, but he really couldn't do that!
Therefore, after Xuanzang's master and apprentice arrived, Ao Lie wisely sealed the Crystal Palace, not giving anyone a chance to make trouble.
Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva looked at Yingchoujian with its door closed. Guanghua's forehead was covered with black lines, and he almost shut himself down!
