Chapter 242: Replacement 'Heart'

Circle after circle of white steam emerges from the high-speed rotating body of the "Eternal Mechanical Heart", rising and disappearing constantly.

The strange thing is that the steam was not affected by the frightening light emitted by any red burning liquid, and still retained in this dark, chaotic, and bright red world what seemed to come from the "God Realm".

The falling white glow.

In the process of rising upward, they will briefly stay at the top of the "Eternal Mechanical Heart" for a second or two, forming a strange existence that is almost the same as an angel's halo.

"Ah! Power! This is pure power!" Overlapping ethereal sounds came from Nicholas's throat, like a demon escaping from the painful shackles of hell, and a red flame also erupted from the "Eternal Mechanical Heart" in time.

The bottom was formed and poured into Nicholas' body along with the pure black pipe.

"Are you going to sacrifice yourself? You don't want your life!" Duck shouted.

I don’t know whether it was out of the dangerous sympathy for the lost people, or because I was in the dream constructed by the [Prophet], which made all my most real and most concerned emotions on the "good" side show up.

Ke actually temporarily forgot about danger and fear, and became worried about his enemies.

But soon, his instinct as a [warrior] made him abandon these dangerous emotions. Seeing that the "Eternal Mechanical Heart" was still pouring power and flames into Nicholas's not-so-tall body, up to

Ke took a deep breath, first firmly grasped the ice ax in his hand, and took a few steps back.

Then, he stepped forward suddenly, using the driving force brought by the run-up to throw the ax in his hand with all his strength.

Whoosh! Poof!

A dull chopping sound came from Nicholas's chest.

The sharp ax made of ice accurately hit the piece of clothes that had been burnt and exuded the smell of rot, mold and smoke, as well as the semi-mechanical heart behind it that had changed from blue to red.

But the strange thing is that Nicholas still stood as steady as a rock. Not only did he not move back half a minute due to the impact, he even deliberately straightened his chest. His muscles contracted slightly, and he actually squeezed the ice axe.

Crushed to pieces.

Immediately afterwards, more flames and energy, as well as the magic source power inexplicably generated from the dream space, poured into his body even more crazily, and the red light brought by the flames quickly expanded together with his body.

A sound similar to the expansion of a ball came from Nikolai's increasingly huge body. Dak discovered that as the body grew and the red flames covered the skin, the "eternal mechanical heart" in front of Nikolai was rapidly growing.

Zoom out.

It's like... no, it's just that Nikolai's body absorbed the energy and volume of the "Eternal Mechanical Heart", causing the sizes of the two to reverse.

Now, Nicholas has grown into a twenty-meter-tall giant with a general human appearance, and the "eternal mechanical heart" has shrunk to a size of less than one meter.

Looking at his huge body, Nicholas shrank his arms, which were mainly charred black and covered with winding blood vessels as red as magma. Feeling the powerful strength that he had almost never obtained, Nicholas

A deep laugh burst from his mouth.

Even though the poor clothes covering his body have completely disappeared, the muscles on his body have become stronger several times, the palms and soles of his feet have become as ugly and wide as beasts, and no body tissue has been preserved except for the head.

Nicholas didn't care about his original human appearance.

He felt that his body and strength still lacked the last bit of replenishment. After thinking for a while, Nicholas simply pulled off all the "tiny" black pipes connected to his back (Nicholas' body had expanded several times), stretched out his hand and pinched

Holding the "Eternal Mechanical Heart" that was barely larger than the palm of his hand and emitting a faint blue light, barely suspended by the remaining strength, in front of Dak, he actually stretched out his sharp nails and scratched his chest.

Phew!

Splashing burning liquid with sparks, azure blood, and dark red unknown mucus flowed out from the breach.

Many flames also rose up simultaneously with the wound, burning and making a loud sizzling sound.

Immediately afterwards, amid a burst of painful groans, Nicholas grasped his weak, young, semi-mechanical heart that was overloaded by the expansion of his body, and twisted it hard, and actually tore it off.

Even though it was a heart that had been mostly damaged, with burning liquid flowing all over the floor, and could no longer be used, it belonged to a lost person.

Dak had a new understanding of Nikolai's cruelty. Even though he was mentally strong, and even though he was accustomed to many extraordinary and evil things, it was still beyond Dak's expectation that Nicholas was so cruel to him.

"Fortunately, this is a dream. The ugliness and kindness of human nature will be amplified with power. If we encounter such a cruel 'monster' in reality..." Dak couldn't help but shudder and curled his lips.

road:

"I'm afraid not many people can maintain mental stability. Those novelists who stay in Binglin City all day long with nothing to do and point at the [soldiers] on the front always think that war is easy and that it is fun to take risks in dangerous situations on the front.

things.

"They will even say, 'The federal [soldiers] in the front only need to fight well, and the generals in the rear will have to think a lot.' This is an appalling statement. If they see Nikolai now... hahaha

, they will definitely fall to the ground with their feces and urine flowing out, either crying and begging for the monster to be spared, or they will be stunned and face the fate of being crushed and trampled."

Thinking of this, Dak actually laughed out loud, and most of the fear and discomfort that had been lingering in his heart immediately dissipated. He understood that the more repressed and dangerous the atmosphere was, the more "jokes" were needed to adjust oneself.

However, Nikolai's damage to his body was not over yet.

The broken heart that was casually discarded still bounced vigorously on the ground for more than a dozen times before it turned into a puddle under Nicholas's huge feet, which were like the growth of alien beasts that haunted the eastern part of the Federation in ancient times.

Worthless, dull powder.

This chapter is not over, please click on the next page to continue reading! "The broken...useless things...only have the annihilated...destiny. And the empty...hearts need...need something sacred or powerful...

Come fill it." Nicholas said with a trembling voice, as if the pain of his heart being torn out had already penetrated deep into his soul and spinal cord, forcing him to breathe rapidly with his mouth wide open.

Even though he was suffering from the pain of a monster, he still grinned, revealing his sharp and long canine teeth, and let out a laugh that was even more mysterious than that of a demon:

"Hahahaha...hahahahaha...hahahahaha, this 'Eternal Mechanical Heart' is used to fill the hole...a thing of power. He belongs to the order monster, the organization that has been annihilated... He once served for

It was given the code name 'MB-11'.

"It's just a pity that although it is a ranked monster, it only belongs to our Malski family. Our bodies have the blood of Mars, the god of war. This character from the ancient mythology of the Central Empire makes us as long as we stop fighting.

The body will be overloaded and explode and die.

"God has given us excellent fighting qualities and violent genes, and also given us this object of power that is worth passing on forever. As long as...in a dream...use it in front of a person with quite a 'divine' nature

Replace my poor, weak heart, then... I can obtain its soul and resolve this thousand-year-old violent curse for our entire family."

"Oh, that's it." Dak said angrily:

"The purpose of your coming to me is not to eliminate me on behalf of the 'Spear of Odyssey', nor is it to recruit me into the gang. Your real purpose is to use me to seek benefits belonging to the family. Gao, there are layers within each layer.

Like a chain of iron chains, I can never find the truth.

"So, Nikolai, what do you want from me? To watch here, or to contribute to your ridiculous purposes?"

"I don't want anything," Nicholas said.

He neither committed any more aggressive actions nor left the dreamland.

Instead, he opened the crack in his chest again in front of Dak, and roughly placed the "Eternal Mechanical Heart" inside.

Buzz, buzz, buzz...

Buzz, buzz, buzz...

The head-numbing sound spread out from Nikolai's monster-like body. Duck noticed that along with the sound, there were subtle vibrations, both Nikolai and his body.

, or the pitiful dust, particles and fragments on the ground, are all "jumping" constantly, as if they are dedicating a powerful rock music to death.

Immediately afterwards, the white, pure white threads exuding the light of holiness, with a light that made people feel comfortable and peaceful, emerged from Nicholas's chest and spread throughout his body.

The originally blazing crimson flames turned into pools of pure white light, and the broad body gradually curled inward and shrank, allowing Nikolay to regain his human body.

The dust, blood and lava on the ground all disappeared, and under the influence of the holy light, it became flat, soft soil exuding a strange fragrance.

Soon, the white sun tore through the dark clouds and illuminated the earth again, bringing a rare vitality to the entire gloomy, dark and depressing world, and everything was flourishing.

When all the light disappeared, Dak found that his feet were stepping on a vast wilderness. He knew that this clean and beautiful scene did not belong to the current Wasteland Era. Perhaps a thousand years ago,

The Mongol people must have seen this refreshing scene when they were grazing leisurely on the Nabsk Plain.

"Dak Tiris, I really don't want to be an enemy of a divine [chaos-maker] like you. I still hope that you can recognize the evil of Vasily and choose the right path." Nicholas

A voice appeared behind Duck.

This time, although Nicholas's voice still had the deep tone of a mature man, it was much gentler. However, he could not turn around or make any more noise.

He knew that this was a sign that the dream was about to end.

"We [Dream Builders] and [Prophets] will not really create nightmares for people. All illusions and delusions will lead to tranquility and peace. Perhaps, this is the meaning of our existence. Duck, I'm sorry

You have watched an ugly show of mine. However, I, including our 'Spear of Odyssey', still look forward to meeting you in the mysterious world within the 'Wind Wall'." Nicholas paused for a few seconds.

continued:

"I hope we don't become enemies in the end."

As Nicholas's voice became weaker and weaker, Duck discovered that the entire wilderness began to rise and "run" in the distance, and the sky, grass and clouds began to fall apart like a mirror shattering.

Violent vibrations and a strong sense of suffocation were transmitted to Duck's senses, and the world around him was once again filled with the choking air and dim fog of the dream...

After an unknown amount of time, Duck finally woke up from his deep dream. Dragging his tired and relaxed body, he walked off the white bed, opened the curtains with sunflower patterns, and pulled the plastic handle.

Opened the glass window.

The bright sunshine and sober air in the early morning filled every sense of his senses. Even the "Silent Wolf Fang" and "Bizuni Tears" worn on his chest were constantly emitting light that was weak compared to the sunlight.

Much more red light.
