Chapter 23 I'm Single

Lin Jing was not sure if he had read too many novels and imagined a Tesu plot in his mind.

The male protagonist didn't react at first. The female protagonist asked what the pet boarding shop meant. After telling the female protagonist, he realized that she wanted to pick up the dog, so he stayed up late and deliberately got up early. Unexpectedly, he was still better than the female protagonist.

The protagonist is a step late. He doesn't want the heroine to know that he wants to pick up the dog before her. In order to prevent her from running away, he makes up an excuse to buy breakfast...

Lin Jing was thinking a lot, but as he kept thinking, he felt that something was not quite right.

It wasn't until she finished chewing the sandwich that she realized belatedly that she was missing out on the plot she had imagined.

After a while, she thought again, even if she was not a fan of her mother, if he was the male protagonist in a novel with her, the best she could do was be the male protagonist's best friend.

Lin Jing thought of the two girls who had been watching the grand occasion through the glass while buying breakfast, and couldn't help but feel sad for them.

I finally met a handsome guy on the street who was eye-catching, but it turned out that the handsome guy didn't like my gender at all.

Lin Jing shook his head and let out a slow "tsk", raised his hand and threw the sandwich bag into the trash can. He stood up and was about to go upstairs when the doorbell rang.

She thought it was a courier, so she walked over and opened the door without looking at the monitor.

No one spoke outside the door. She looked up and was stunned.

There were four men standing in front of her, three of whom looked to be about the same age as her, or a year or two older than her. They looked slightly familiar, as if they had seen them somewhere.

The four men probably didn't expect that the person who opened the door would be a young girl, and they looked at her motionless.

Seeing that none of them spoke, Lin Jing cleared his voice: "Um, are you...?"

One of the boys was the first to come to his senses: "Damn it, did you find the wrong place?"

"No, the house number is correct."

"What's going on? Are there two identical house numbers in this community?"

"I'll call and ask."

Several other men also spoke one after another, but no one said anything back to her.

The person who said to call and ask looked at the man who was at least 25 years old and walked up. After saying this, he actually called: "Hello, Brother Lang? We are here, but we seem to be in the wrong place.

Oh... ah? Did you hear me? I found the right place, so why is it a young lady who opened the door? "

The elevator door opened behind him, and Lan Bowen walked out. He took the phone off his ear and pressed hang up: "Come in."

Lin Jing knew that Lan Bowen lived in Sheng Kuang's house. Lan Bowen learned from Chen Jing last night that there was a girl living on the third floor. The two of them just hadn't had time to meet each other yet.

Lin Jing heard what he said and moved away from the door.

Several boys entered the villa one after another, and under the reception of Lan Bowen, they sat in a circle around the sofa.

The listless dog, who was kept in a cage under the pomp and circumstance, saw so many people suddenly entering the house. He immediately stood up energetically and circled around the cage.

Lin Jing looked at everyone, as if she had something to talk about, and she wisely planned to go upstairs. After taking only two steps, she heard someone quietly ask: "Brother Lan, do you still allow girlfriends to live here?"

"..."

Girlfriend, do you mean her?

Lin Jing glanced back.

I don’t know who asked that question, but it was quite gossipy anyway. People in the room all looked at her because of his words.

Everyone's eyes happened to collide with each other, and the atmosphere seemed a bit awkward.

After about ten seconds of silence, Lan Bowen greeted Lin Jing: "Hello, Lan Bowen."

The other four, seeing Lan Bowen telling Lin Jing his name, followed suit.

The 25-year-old man walking up was the first to speak: "Hello, Jiang Xin."

"Hello, Li Xiaozhou."

"Hello, why don't you forget."

"Hello, Qin Yu."

Lin Jing looked at the four people who followed Lan Bowen and introduced themselves, and was silent for a few seconds: "Lin Jing."

She saw that they were still staring at her one by one. After thinking for a while, she thought that she had not said hello, and then said: "Hello."

After a pause, she added: "And I'm single, so I'm not anyone's girlfriend."

Several people who planned to speak suddenly fell silent.

In the silence, Lin Jing suddenly realized that she seemed to have seen these people somewhere, and she seemed to have heard their names somewhere. She blinked and suddenly remembered: "I know."

Everyone wanted to ask her what she knew.

Before any of them had time to speak,

Lin Jing went from Li Xiaozhou to He Wang and then to Qin Yu: "A 0-11-7 shooter? A jungler who gives red buffs to the opponent every time? And a mid laner who is jokingly called a cash machine in the middle by netizens?"

Several people who originally wanted to speak again stopped talking and became increasingly silent.

In the dead silence, Lin Jing couldn't hold back for a moment: "So, you are the YLS team that barely made it into KPL from the qualifiers last year, and then kneeled for thirteen consecutive times in the spring split and was pushed back to the qualifiers?"
