The little god looked at Icarus: "If I were not a god, wouldn't Eli be by my side?"
"Of course not." He leaned over and rubbed the tip of her nose affectionately, "Whether you are a god or not, I will always be your most devout believer."
The little god was happy and clung to his neck.
"Then I don't want to be a god anymore. Eli, can you take me away?"
This is what Icarus was supposed to do.
But the little god took the initiative to choose him, not anyone else, but him.
She chose to have him stay by her side. Does this mean that she has no feelings at all about the things he did?
Icarus stared at her deeply: "Okay."
*
Icarus means what he says.
A few days later, he announced God's will in the temple, saying that the God's mission had been completed, so he had returned to heaven.
As a high priest, he will travel around this continent to spread divine grace.
No one doubted him because they had seen miracles and knew that Icarus had been waiting for her before the god left.
He is the most devout and loyal believer!
No one knows or guesses that their gods were actually abducted by the evil Satan.
"Eli!"
From a distance, the little god ran towards him with jingling bells.
She had a bunch of things hanging on her body and in her hands, including everything she needed to eat. It looked like she had gained a lot.
Icarus narrowed his eyes slightly and glanced at the gauze hanging on her head. With a wave of his hand, the gauze fell into his hand.
"Who gave this?"
"It's Matt. He said this fine scarf is perfect for me. He didn't even have to pay a shilling!"
She seemed to have taken advantage of something, with a smile on her face.
When Icarus saw this, he felt very unhappy. He raised his hand and the beautiful scarf turned into ashes.
"Ah, what are you doing!" The little god didn't move as fast as him. When he saw that the gauze scarf had turned to dust, his cheeks bulged with anger.
"This thing is not worthy of you."
"Why doesn't it match? This is made of fine gold thread and cotton and linen..."
Before he finished speaking, Icarus transformed into a new gauze scarf. The material was even better than the one before, it was light and breathable.
The little god's attention was immediately diverted.
Icarus put her on his lap and took out a handkerchief to wipe the sweat from her face.
"Did you have fun?"
"Well, everyone is doing well."
It has been three days since the two settled in this small village. Because of her unique appearance, Icarus specially cast an illusion on her.
But he didn't deliberately act ugly, and because of her outstanding temperament, flies would always stick to her.
No, his little god just went out to buy a bun, and he was enthusiastically stuffed with so many things.
Sometimes it really makes him feel depressed, and he wants to hide her so that no one can take a look at her!
Sensing his emotions, the little god quickly held his cheek and kissed him comfortingly.
But just one bite is not enough.
Icarus directly turned against the guest, forcing and pestering him, scaring the little fish into hiding in the corner, but still refused to let him go.
It wasn't until the little swimming fish was wrapped around that it was soft, as if it was about to melt, that he felt a little more comfortable.
"In the future, you are not allowed to accept things from other men, and neither are women."
"Why?" That's free!
"No reason."
But I saw that she was hiding something mysteriously behind her back.
She probably thought that her movements were concealed enough, but she didn't know that Icarus had seen them all.
Icarus raised his eyebrows: "What are you doing? My Lord God."
The little god immediately shook his head: "No, I didn't hide anything!"
