This is Mozi's will.
The will of heaven does not mean that man can conquer heaven. In fact, the Mohists respect and fear heaven and ghosts and gods the most.

The Mohist philosophy has always been that God loves the people, so the emperor, princes and ministers must also love the people.
If the emperor, princes and ministers do not love the people, then God will definitely punish them!

Just like it once rewarded and blessed Yao, Shun and Yu Tang.
