Chapter 339 Snow Mountain Resort

Just because a car is new doesn't mean it's of good quality.

On the way to the French ski resort, the tourist bus the Anderson family was traveling in had broken down twice. It was a disaster for the passengers in the car who were preparing to go to the snow mountain resort.

"This is definitely the most unreliable hotel I have ever encountered." Nia looked sideways at the window. The long wait almost made her lose her patience. The passengers in the car had been waiting for more than an hour. It was like a

disaster.

"Maybe we should go to the Isle of Wight for a holiday." Daisy stared at her husband with a hint of reproach in her tone.

"They should buy German cars. As we all know, tourist buses in that country are not prone to breaking down halfway." Herb muttered, looking away from his wife.

Originally, the Anderson family was planning to go to the Isle of Wight for a vacation. But considering that they had already gone to France for a seaside vacation last year, they decided to go skiing in the Alps this time.

In the hot summer, skiing vacation is undoubtedly a good place to escape the heat. Of course, this is because the Anderson family has been planning to go skiing for a long time.

"Okay, eat something, close your eyes and rest when you are tired!" Albert took out a small jar of candy from his pocket and put it in Nia's hand. It was the candy purchased from Honeydukes.

"That thing is really easy to use. It can save a lot of things. How is Tom?" Nia took the candy, put one in her mouth, and handed the candy to Mr. and Mrs. Herb sitting in front of them.

"It's very good. He just finished eating and is taking a nap!" Albert was observing Tom in the box and muttered. From the beginning, Albert had no intention of obeying any laws of the magical world and used the Invisible Stretching Charm to give him

I bought a lot of "space equipment" myself.

Naturally, with this thing, Tom no longer needed to ask his grandfather to take care of him. Albert directly hid Tom in the small box and smuggled him over.

"Are you going to take Tom to school this semester?" Nia suddenly asked.

"Well, Nia is going to Casterton School." Albert said suddenly. Nia's grades weren't bad either. Maybe it was because of the pressure Albert put on her.

"If you don't receive an invitation to Hogwarts!" Nia muttered.

Daisy was happy for this matter for a long time.

The tourist bus still drove forward slowly and arrived at the ski resort after dark.

The sleepy passengers in the car were quickly attracted by the beautiful scenery around them, while the children who had never skied were looking around, looking for the legendary cableway and cable car.

After a while, the tourist bus stopped in front of a three-story hotel. The passengers, who had put on their coats again, couldn't wait to leave the dull and depressing carriage and rushed towards the hotel lobby in twos and threes.

The Anderson family had reserved a double bedroom in advance. As soon as the door was closed, Albert put Tom out of the box. As soon as the fat cat came to a strange place, he began to sniff around, seeming to identify the surrounding smells.

"Mom," Nia asked, "is Tom afraid of the cold?"

"I prepared a cotton-padded jacket for Tom!" Daisy took out the small cotton-padded jacket prepared for Tom and handed it to Nia.

"Mom, the one you bought is too small!" Nia held the cotton-padded jacket, gestured at Tom's body, shook her head and said, "How can Tom possibly fit this thing?"

"Don't worry, Tom is so fat and can withstand the cold!" Albert kicked the guy off the bed, "Maybe we can take this opportunity to lose some weight.

"Meow!" Tom yelled dissatisfied, jumped up on the sofa and squatted down.

"Hahaha!"

They had a local French meal in the hotel's large dining room, and then Herb and Daisy went back to their room to sleep.

Albert was going to take Nia around the resort, but Herb was not worried. He knew his son's abilities very well.

At night, the resort is shrouded in beautiful lights. There are various French-style hotels and restaurants here.

You can also ski at night, but Albert didn't take Nia to try it. He took the travel brochure issued by the hotel and took Nia to check out the resort and see what interesting places or delicious food there were.

The resort is very large and has all kinds of entertainment besides skiing. Albert took Nia to check out the nearby restaurants and look for a place where she could rent ski equipment.

"The travel brochure provided by the resort is so confusing!" Nia couldn't help complaining as soon as she walked out of the ski shop. If she hadn't gone out for a walk, she really wouldn't have known that the shop that rents ski equipment introduced by the resort is far better than other shops.

Much more expensive.

Of course, although the ski equipment was better, it was not worth the price in Albert's eyes.

Some tourists who borrowed ski equipment can't wait to ski on a slope next to the town. Not all tourists who come here for vacation are good at skiing.

The beverage shop next to the small snow slope had a large floor-to-ceiling window. Albert and Nia were drinking coffee while watching a group of people skiing on the slope.

It is a place for newcomers to practice skiing during the day, and a ski resort for those who want to ski at night. After all, it is not safe to run far at night.

"Your hot cocoa." Albert handed a cup of hot drink in front of Nia, "After you drink it, go back to bed and get up to ski tomorrow."

"Yeah." Nia responded.

"What's wrong?" Albert followed Nia's gaze and saw someone skiing on the snow slope.

Well, actually, except for the woman with long waterfall-like silver hair, everyone else stopped and stared blankly at her figure.

"Don't look at it," Nia muttered. "That woman is weird."

"Yeah." Albert agreed, "She does look beautiful."

After Albert finished speaking, he noticed that Nia was staring at him dissatisfied, and quickly agreed, "Of course, Nia is also very cute."

"snort!"

Nia curled her lips disdainfully and reminded, "Look at other people's reactions. They are all crazy. They all act like idiots." After the girl left, there were still many men who still turned their heads to watch her leave.

Back view.

For a moment, a noisy quarrel broke out in the store, and all the men with their female companions were unlucky. After all, anyone who sees his boyfriend staring at a woman will get angry no matter how good-tempered he is.

, jealous, quarrel with her boyfriend.

"Do you know what's going on?" Nia asked curiously. Having said that, you didn't seem to be affected.

"Of course it's because I have a strong will." Albert guessed what was going on.

That girl might be a Veela, or have Veela blood.

Albert still remembers that during the Triwizard Tournament, there would be a beautiful contestant with Veela blood, but the ages of the two sides were not matched.

"That woman is a wizard, right?" Nia said suddenly.

"Why do you say that?" Albert asked.

"I think she may have used some kind of magic to make those people so fascinated by her." Nia said with certainty. Since knowing the existence of magic, many unreasonable things have been linked to magic.

"Well, the other party may be a Veela, or a wizard with Veela blood." Albert did not deny this, "However, it is indeed a bit strange for wizards to appear in the Muggle world."

"If I use magic, can I become that charming?" Nia asked quickly.

"You are already very charming." Albert said with a smile, "Also, the beauty brought by magic is usually short-lived, there is nothing to envy."

"We should go back, don't let them worry."
