Chapter 458 Helping Hand

The castle hall was filled with laughter, and everyone was celebrating the successful conclusion of the wizard card competition.

Hermione and Ron were sitting in the crowd, sipping butterbeer and talking about the game just now.

"Where's Harry?" Hermione realized that Harry had gone somewhere.

"I saw him leaving the hall in a hurry just now." Neville answered Hermione.

Hermione and Ron looked at each other, put down their wine glasses, and walked out of the hall.

They soon found Harry. The savior was hiding around the corner without knowing what he was going to do.

Ron and Hermione walked over together, reached out and patted Harry on the shoulder, and asked in confusion: "Harry, what are you doing here?"

Harry was startled. When he turned his head, he saw it was Hermione and Ron and couldn't help but breathed a sigh of relief.

"What's wrong?"

Hermione stretched her head and looked around the corner, but saw nothing, and her face became even more confused.

"Shh!" Harry quickly made a shushing gesture, raised his finger and pointed to a classroom not far away, and explained: "I suspect that Snape is putting pressure on Professor Quirrell again, and wants Professor Quirrell to tell

His mechanism to protect the Philosopher's Stone."

"You mean..." Ron had a shocked expression on his face.

"What are you going to do?" Hermione also looked uneasy.

"We have to do something!" Harry said firmly.

"But... what should we do?" Ron couldn't come up with any good ideas.

"Maybe we should interrupt them." Hermione suggested.

"If we do that, Snape will definitely find an opportunity to severely deduct points from Gryffindor House." Harry did not forget that Snape had just deducted ten points from Gryffindor House.

"But we can't do nothing." Hermione frowned and said, "If Professor Quirrell can't hold on..."

"You are right." Harry gritted his teeth and said, "We cannot let Professor Quirrell bear Snape's pressure alone, we must give him support..."

"This is really a

Bad decision, isn't it, Potter." A calm voice sounded from behind them, "If you do this, we will be deducted a lot of points. I dare say that if other people know about it, they will definitely not treat you well.

Look at your face."

The three of them were all startled by the sudden sound. They quickly turned around and looked in the direction from which the sound came. They saw Albert appearing in front of the three of them at some unknown time.

behind.

"when will you……"

Before Hermione could finish speaking, she was interrupted by Albert raising his hand.

"When Potter was about to rush in and disrupt the situation," Albert said gently, "he was very courageous, but also very reckless and stupid."

"Then what do you think we should do?" Harry felt inexplicably irritated. He knew that he should take action as soon as possible. Ron was secretly nudging Harry with his elbow, not wanting his good friend to have a dispute with Albert.

.

Albert is a very easy person to get along with.

Of course, if you have a bad face, don't expect the other person to look good on you.

"this is for you!"

Albert took out the deformed lizard belt and pulled out a mouse-like object.

"Pull the tail and it will move on its own. After about fifteen seconds, it will make a loud noise. I wish you good luck." Albert handed Harry the bait mouse he tried to make a while ago.

"Remember to cover your ears."

As he spoke, he made a gesture of covering his ears and said mysteriously: "Remember to keep it secret."

Harry looked at the simulated mouse in his hand with doubt, then looked up at Albert who turned to walk away. When he looked at Hermione and Ron, Hermione had already snatched the bait mouse from his hand and pulled the mouse.

tail and throw it to the ground.

That thing was really like a mouse, running forward continuously, and finally sneaked into the classroom where Snape and Quirrell were.

A few seconds later, a harsh sound accompanied by a puff of choking smoke came from the classroom. Harry, Ron and Hermione were all stunned by this scene.

In the end, it was Hermione who came to her senses first and quickly pulled Harry and Ron away.

As soon as the three of them left, there was a burst of angry curses from the classroom where Snape and Quirrell were. The two rushed out of the classroom and looked around to find the culprit that caused all this.

However, they gained nothing.

Snape also realized that the two sides could no longer talk. Looking at Quirrell's leaving figure, he returned to the classroom and inspected the crime scene, looking for traces left by the murderer.

A few minutes later, Snape discovered the culprit of all this, a tattered bait rat that really looked like a rat.

When Snape grabbed the mouse by its tail and picked it up from the ground, the remaining intact head of the mouse suddenly exploded, and black smoke enveloped Snape's body, covering him with dust and looking like

Extremely embarrassed.

"Damn it, if I know who did it, I will definitely expel him." Snape coughed and cursed as he walked out of the classroom.

When Harry, Ron and Hermione saw Snape leaving in embarrassment, they were all stunned by the effect of Albert's joke props.

Harry opened his mouth in shock. This was the first time he had seen Snape in such a state of embarrassment.

"That's great." Ron finally couldn't help but laugh out loud after Snape disappeared around the corner.

"I wonder if Albert still has it," Harry muttered.

"Don't think about it, even if there is one, you will definitely have to spend money to buy it." Hermione did not forget about the communication bookmark.

"Oh, I hope this thing isn't too expensive." Harry murmured. Last time, Harry got galleons at Gringotts and still had a lot of money left to spend.

Ron opened his mouth, but finally said nothing.

Albert had no idea that he had an extra customer. He was checking his panel tasks, and 1/5 of the "Helpful Hand" task had been completed.

As expected, I was able to get the mission from the trio.

Albert was in a very happy mood. When he raised his head, he happened to meet Isobel's eyes. He smiled and shrugged: "Okay, I admit, I really don't like Snape very much. If we can find some for our Potions Professor,

Trouble, of course it’s better.”

"Snape knows Legilimency." Isobel reminded kindly, "Harry Potter and his two friends do not know Occlumency. Once Snape intentionally peeks into their brains, your case will be certain."

I can’t hide it.”

"I know, but so what, it's not the first time that Snape has caused trouble for me." Albert's tone was very calm. He really didn't like Snape, and this matter also involved a mission.

He didn't mind creating some unexpected surprises for Snape.

Although the reward for the "Helpful Hand" mission is not high, completing it can effectively increase the trio's favorability by 15 points, which is beneficial to his future plans.

After the two entered the Room of Requirement, Isobel suddenly said: "I always feel like you are planning something!"

I'm investing in the future, and you probably don't know that I once wanted to be..."

"Okay, it's not the first day we've met." Isobel interrupted, "I think you are doing something very dangerous."

"Why do you think so?"

"Harry Potter is the savior." Isobel looked into Albert's eyes and said, "He himself represents trouble, especially if it is related to Potter. I don't think the treasure in the restricted area on the fourth floor should be placed there.

Being there was purely accidental.”

"Well, it's really Isobel." Albert admired Isobel's keen intuition.

"Let's not talk about it." Isobel said with a smile, "I won the wizard card competition and helped you promote a wave of wizard cards. Should you give me some rewards?"

"What prize do you want..." Before Albert could finish speaking, his mouth was blocked.
