Chapter 57 Your chair is good

"Sixth floor, classroom 21?"

Albert took the parchment that Professor McGonagall had given him and wandered around the corridors on the sixth floor of the castle, looking for Classroom No. 21 used by the Transfiguration Club.

At present, he has almost walked through the corridors on the sixth floor of Hogwarts Castle, but he has not found Classroom No. 21.

No, it should be said that there is no classroom No. 21 at all. For this reason, Albert also asked for the portrait on the sixth floor, but he still had not heard of this classroom.

Have you been fooled?

Obviously unlikely.

After all, Professor McGonagall would not do such boring things. Then there is only one possibility, the last sentence on the parchment: remember Gamp's basic law of deformation.

Classroom No. 21 is hidden in a secret place on the sixth floor. Keeping Gamp's basic deformation rules in mind is the key to finding the entrance.

However, Albert walked around but still couldn't find a single painting, stone carving, or tapestry related to Gamp's basic law of deformation.

If he had to make a connection, it would be the portrait in front of him.

It is impossible for a wizard to conjure delicious food out of thin air...but the wizard in the painting did it...

Albert moved the portrait away, but there was still no secret passage behind the portrait.

Now, he could only wait until Professor McGonagall asked someone to take him in, or... give up joining the Transfiguration Club. He thought the former had a better chance.

"Is that you, the new member that Professor McGonagall said?" A few minutes later, a red-haired girl walked over, looked at Albert up and down, and said the expected words: "McGonagall

The professor thought you might get lost, so he asked me to pick you up!"

"I couldn't find Classroom No. 21, and I didn't see anything related to memorizing Gamp's basic deformation laws." Albert shrugged helplessly.

"Didn't you find it already?" The red-haired girl pointed to the portrait behind Albert, "...it is impossible for magic to create delicious food out of thin air."

"I thought this was food summoned by magic." Albert said, looking at the witch who was using her wand to conjure a large table of magic on the table. In fact, he had thought so before. The key was Classroom No. 21.

Where is the entrance?

"You are right." The red-haired girl turned to the witch and said, "We need to enter Classroom 21."

The witch nodded toward them, and the painting suddenly moved to the side, revealing a half-person-high hole in the wall behind the painting.

"Go in!" the red-haired girl said, "You need to tell the witch to enter Classroom 21, and she will open the door for you."

"It's a bit like the Fat Lady, but the difference is that you don't need all kinds of passwords." Albert thought in his mind. He stepped over the hole and walked in. Inside was an upward staircase. After walking for a while, he came to a wooden door with a wooden door on it.

There is a copper sign hanging on it that says Classroom No. 21.

However, when he entered, he found that he had actually arrived in a classroom. No, it didn't look like a classroom at all, but more like...an office.

Albert looked at the classroom, which contained 12 sofas of various styles.

"It is said that this place used to be the office of a certain professor. After it became vacant, it was used by McGonagall's classroom as an activity venue for the Transfiguration Club." The red-haired girl who walked into the classroom behind her explained casually.

By the way, Albert always felt that this person had seen the person behind him somewhere.

"The original club only had ten members?"

"Eleven, there is no seat for you here. You need to conjure up a chair yourself. This is the rule of the club." The red-haired girl said with a smile.

"That's not bad." Albert muttered, took out the parchment given to him by McGonagall's classroom from his pocket, took out his wand and touched it, "Vera Verto."

The parchment began to grow larger, and then an ordinary wooden chair appeared in front of Albert. He placed the chair on the ground, thought about it and took out a candy from his pocket, ate it and placed the candy wrapper on the chair.

On, the second deformation was carried out.

The candy wrapper turned into a soft cushion, and Albert reached out and pressed it, which was quite satisfactory.

"I finally understand now that Professor McGonagall will invite you to join the club." The red-haired girl said to Albert: "I am Isobel McDougal."

"Albert Anderson." Albert also introduced himself. He thought for a while and asked, "I would like to ask, Katrina McDougal is..."

"My sister, she is in the same class as you." Isobel said.

"No wonder I think you two are so... similar."

"Good evening, Isobel." A senior boy walked into the classroom and looked at Albert and his wooden chair curiously. "Hello, I heard that the club has added a new member. Is it you?

By the way, your chair is nice!"

"Thanks."

"I dare say you were not as good as him in the first grade!" Another lazily voice sounded, and the members of the Transfiguration Club gradually came together. The first thing they saw when they came in was that they were surprised by Albert's age.

, then looked at Albert's chair and said before that your chair is good.

"Sit over here!" A senior girl greeted Albert: "You are from Gryffindor, right? I am also from Gryffindor, and these two guys next to me are also in trouble."

Both of them smiled at Albert and specially made a seat for him. Albert picked up the chair and sat in the vacant seat. Just as he was about to chat with them, Professor McGonagall

He came in. The first thing Professor Transfiguration did when he came in was to look at Albert's chair, and also said, "Your chair is nice."

Could this be a nod to his shapeshifting skills?

"Our topic today is the paper that won the Most Promising Newcomer Award in "Transfiguration Today"." Professor McGonagall handed a copy of "Transfiguration Today" to Albert, "I suggest you spend some Galleons to order this copy.

Magazine."

"I will."

"Professor McGonagall occasionally helps to revise the manuscript of "Transfiguration Today"." The senior student next to Albert said in a low voice.

"First of all, we would like to congratulate Mr. Selwyn for winning the "Transfiguration Today" Most Promising Newcomer Award." After Professor McGonagall finished speaking, she started to raise her hands and applaud.

Everyone stood up and applauded the thin boy sitting on the chair two tables away from Isobel.

Secondly, we have welcomed a new member, Mr. Albert Anderson. As you can see, Mr. Anderson's talent is really amazing, so I made an exception and let him join this club in advance.

Applause rang out again, and the voice from one direction was particularly quiet. No need to guess, it was probably a Slytherin student. After all, Albert also knew that Gryffindor and Slytherin didn't like each other.

"Okay, open the magazine, our topic is Animagus..."

Albert was speechless, because he suddenly found that he could only barely understand the content.
