Chapter 7 Magic Night

Late at night, the light in the second-floor window of the resident No. 19 on Tibey Avenue was still on.

Albert quickly read the content in the book and also upgraded his fast memory to level 2. His memory became much stronger. Ordinary people did not have this ability, at least in terms of memory, it was definitely not as strong as Albert's.

Just now, Albert discovered that he had another unfamiliar skill: wizard blood, level 0.

This skill cannot be upgraded with ordinary experience, it can only be upgraded through skill points.

This was the first time he had seen this situation. Albert hesitated for a moment before raising the wizard bloodline to level 1.

After upgrading his skills, Albert found that his efficiency in learning magic had become higher, or in other words, his magic power had become stronger, and he had mastered the illuminating spell faster. After practicing for only ten minutes, he had reached level 1.

class.

It means that Albert has initially mastered this spell and can use it easily even without paying special attention.

Should I invest all my skill points?

Albert hesitated. Skill points were difficult to obtain and he needed to reserve some for himself.

However, after much hesitation, he nodded and put in the remaining two skills, only to find that he could only upgrade them to one level?

What a trap!

After Albert upgraded the wizard bloodline to level 2, he didn't feel any other changes.

Is it a passive skill?

Albert was a little depressed, but he had no regrets. He walked out of the room and began to try the lock-picking spell.

He held the wand in one hand and opened "Standard Spells, Elementary" with the other hand. He waved it twice gently according to the gestures taught in the book. It was a bit like an S-shape in reverse, which felt very awkward.

After trying a few more times, Albert locked the door with his backhand and gave his door handle an Alajo hole.

Albert stretched out his hand and twisted it a few times, but the lock did not open.

Failed.

Although the failure was expected, there is still good news. There is another unlocking spell on the panel, but this time there is no experience.

"Albert, what are you doing?" The girl's voice sounded from behind, and Nia appeared at the end of the corridor in her pajamas.

Albert turned his head and looked at his sister. He knew her current mood, as if he had caught a thief stealing snacks.

"Why don't you go to bed?" Albert asked.

"Can't sleep!" Nia complained: "How cunning, you are really practicing magic secretly."

Albert was a little embarrassed, but this was indeed the case. It was like being caught stealing... ahem, stealing desserts, which was a bit humiliating.

"I want to play too!" Nia said, staring straight at Albert's wand.

"But this is not a toy!" Albert shook his head and said, he would not let his sister use this wand.

Children don't know how to restrain themselves. They only do things according to their own preferences. No one knows what big trouble they will cause.

Of course, the premise is that Nia is also a wizard.

After all, Albert himself is a wizard, and there is a high chance that Nia is also a wizard, so he will not let Nia try to use a wand easily, at least not now.

"How cunning, aren't you just playing secretly?" Nia complained, like a child who had her toy taken away.

"Aren't you going to go back to sleep?" Albert changed the subject.

"No, can't sleep"

"Then I'll tell you a story!" Albert took out the key, reopened the door and walked in.

"Albert is so cunning!" Nia muttered, but still picked up Tom and walked into Albert's room.

As soon as Tom entered the room, he sniffed everywhere, seeming to be looking for owls, and was very dissatisfied with the birdcage next to the window.

"Okay Tom, Sheila went out to look for food!" Albert picked up the short-haired cat and touched its belly. Then he put the wand into the drawer, locked it, and put the key in his pocket.

As if to guard against thieves, Albert knew his sister's personality very well.

"Disgusting! Is it necessary to be so guarded against thieves?" Nia pouted in dissatisfaction.

"I don't know you yet?" Albert rolled his eyes at Nia: "If you get the magic wand, why don't you blow up our house?"

"I can't?" Nia said stubbornly.

"Who knows you won't? Don't forget where the scratches on your arms came from." Albert didn't want to try, "Don't promise me, I don't want you to suddenly lose one one day.

His arm, or worse, his life."

"No way." Nia felt a little guilty.

It was indeed a similar situation at the beginning. Not long after Tom arrived at their house, she was scratched because she treated Tom roughly. She still remembered that Albert scolded her angrily.

That was the first time Nia saw Albert angry.

"Don't forget the lesson." Albert asked, "Do you still want to listen to the story?"

"Okay!" Nia leaned on the soft cushion, touched Tom's hair, and listened quietly to Albert telling fairy tales. He was already very proficient, and it was just to practice speaking and improve his English level. After all, the core

He is not an orthodox British person. Although he has been influenced by his experience after time travel, he still has some differences in this aspect.

It is worth mentioning that he also mastered a foreign language, and his French was improved by one level with his experience. There is no reason why Albert will be regarded as a genius.

"Albert, do you think I can use magic in the future?" Nia suddenly asked.

"It should be possible. I can use magic, and Nia should be able to use magic too." Albert comforted.

"That's because you are a genius and can learn everything very quickly."

"This has nothing to do with Tianbu Tiancai!" Albert was speechless for a while, "We are brothers and sisters. If I can do it, you should be able to do it too."

"But grandfather can't. He said that his family members can, but he alone can't," Nia murmured, "and dad can't."

A certain He was innocently shot.

"Even if you can't use magic, you can still do other things." Albert comforted.

"It's so cunning. You can already use magic, but you still say such words to comfort others. Tom, hit him." Nia grabbed Tom's paw and put it on Albert's face.

As the night progressed, Nia fell asleep unconsciously.

The door was pushed open, and Daisy and Herb, wearing pajamas, walked into the room, looking helplessly at their sleeping daughter.

"Finally fell asleep." Herb picked up Nia and returned to her room.

"Good night Albert, go to bed early and don't stay up late. You can read the book tomorrow." Daisy kissed Albert's face and said softly, "Neither your father nor I will object to your decision."

"Good night." Albert covered a yawn and reached out to push Tom. The guy just turned over lazily and seemed not to move.

"Forget it, good night, Tom." Albert pushed the cat aside, stretched out his hand to fiddle with the pillow, and found a comfortable position to lie down and prepare to rest. He was already very tired.

But, having said that, magic is really a magical thing.
