Chapter 701 Invasion

"what time is it?"

Isobel just woke up, rubbed her head into Albert's arms, and asked confusedly.

"It's almost half past six."

Albert reached out and picked up the pocket watch on the bed table, and with the help of the weak candlelight, he could see the current time clearly, "We have to get up, we have to attend the Halloween party later."

"A little tired." The girl muttered.

"I guess my blood sugar is a bit low."

Albert gently hugged his girlfriend, put the pocket watch back on the bed table, and took a box of chocolates from the sweets pile. After unpacking, he handed the chocolates to her mouth, "It will be better if you eat some sweets."

Come on. Come on, open your mouth!"

"blood sugar?"

Isobel took a vague bite of the chocolate and shrank into Albert's arms like a kitten, "What is that?"

"Want some more?"

"Um."

After Albert slowly fed Isobel a piece of chocolate, the two finally got up. The girl stood in front of the mirror and sorted out her wrinkled clothes, then seized the last ten minutes and hurried downstairs to the auditorium.

There were hundreds of jack-o-lanterns floating in the sky above the auditorium. Since Hagrid had no intention of taking care of the giant pumpkins in the field, Professor Flitwick had to find other ways to remedy the situation.

Albert quickly found Fred, George and Lee Jordan. The three of them were sitting under a group of fluttering bats. They did not forget to leave a seat for Albert.

"It cost thirteen galleons in total."

Fred pretended to be looking at the orange streamers spitting flames on the ceiling, and whispered to Albert: "However, we can't be sure whether that bastard is trying to fool us with fakes."

As he spoke, George took out the dried black pod-like poisonous tentacle seeds from a bulging bag.

Albert put the seeds of the poisonous tentacles to his ears, and could vaguely hear a slight splashing sound. He nodded towards the three of them and said, "This is what we want. Don't plant it for now. Find a box and put it away first."

"I will."

Not long after, the Halloween party began, and delicious food suddenly appeared on golden plates, instantly attracting everyone's attention.

Albert concentrated on dealing with a chicken leg, chatting with his roommates about what happened today.

If nothing else, Black had almost broken into Hogwarts Castle and was trying to get into the Gryffindor common room through the Fat Lady.

Now is the best chance to catch Black, but Albert has no intention of catching Black now, which means that his Galleons have flown away, and if Black is caught now, he will definitely die.

Albert is usually very patient with a guy who may bring him great benefits.

With laughter, the dinner came to an end.

This year's Halloween dinner ended with a show provided by the ghosts of Hogwarts. At the Gryffindor table, the almost headless Nick was recreating the scene of his beheading for everyone.

"I think we can invent a similar game, where the little wooden man slowly climbs the steps and walks towards a set of nooses, and lets the players answer the riddles. If they can't answer, the little wooden man will be hanged." George said.

Looking at Nick over there, he described the game idea to his roommates.

"I think children will like it." Albert agreed casually: "You can let the villain make some sounds after he is hanged, or give some punishment to the failed players."

"I think we can invent a pair of boots that can walk on walls." Lee Jordan said, looking at the ghost floating in the air, "or a prop that allows people to float in the air."

"Perhaps, you can put some Billywig sting powder into your mouth." Fred said without thinking, "There are still a lot of Billywig stingers I bought last time. It is said that I ate too much of it.

It can make people float in the air forever."

"It's not eating too much, it's allergies. There are very few unlucky people like that." Albert corrected.

"Perhaps you can use a levitation spell, and then get a pair of boots that can attach you to the wall. Maybe you can walk on the wall." George expressed his thoughts.

After the dinner, Albert, who had eaten, slowly followed everyone. Before he could return to the common room, he saw Professor Dumbledore hurried to the Gryffindor common room, and then Albert

I saw everyone walking back, preparing to return to the auditorium.

"what happened?"

"The Fat Lady's portrait was damaged by Blake." Fred explained, "By the way, where were you just now."

"Right behind you." Albert stretched out his hand to cover his yawn and said lazily, "I ate too much at night and walked a little slower."

Students from Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, and Slytherin also came. There were whispers in the auditorium, and everyone was asking for information from students in other houses.

This chaotic situation gradually calmed down until Dumbledore appeared.

All students were informed by the Headmaster that they needed to stay in the Great Hall overnight as a thorough search of the castle would be carried out.

Before leaving, Dumbledore cleared the auditorium and conjured hundreds of sleeping bags out of thin air for the students to spend the night in the auditorium.

However, the prefects did not have that luck. They were required to stand guard at the entrance of the auditorium to maintain order and ensure that there would be no trouble in the auditorium.

"Do you think Black is still in the castle?" Shanna moved closer to Albert, holding the wand in her hand, looking a little nervous.

"Don't worry, Black is no longer in the castle." Albert said with relief.

The two of them walked through the crowd and walked toward the outside of the hall.

"Did you predict it?" Shanna asked in a low voice.

"No, as long as Blake is not stupid, he will not stay in the castle. It is inevitable for the professors to search the castle." Albert said, "However, his behavior of destroying the portrait of the Fat Lady was stupid. It is not difficult to see that Blake's

I'm a little out of control emotionally."

"How did he get in?" Shanna was even more worried about this problem.

"Probably through secret passages." Albert said without thinking, "There are many secret passages in the school, and it's not surprising that Black knows one of them."

"But Filch knows all the secret passages," Zannah reminded.

"It's impossible for Filch to know all the secret passages." Albert saw Nick coming this way and asked, "Is something wrong?"

"Percy is looking for you." Nick reminded.

"I see."

As soon as Albert walked up to Percy, he heard him ask the two prefects to search the castle with Professor McGonagall.

As for him and Shanna, they have to stay here to patrol and maintain order in the auditorium.

"I can change with them." Albert didn't want to stay in the auditorium and be lazy.

"It's okay with me." Shanna thought of Albert's words and felt that there should be no danger in following Albert.

"We're fine."

Not many people are willing to participate in the search for Blake. After all, talking about Blake and searching for Blake are two different things.

"Nick, please take them to Professor McGonagall." Percy was very satisfied with the efficiency here and said to Nick immediately.

"You must know something, right?"

Zannah knew that Albert was not a person who liked to boast. He would think that Black was no longer in the castle. There must be some evidence.

"Blake destroyed the Fat Lady's portrait with a knife." Albert took out the candy from his pocket, peeled one and put it in his mouth, then handed a few to Shanna, "Let's have some candy to cheer us up tonight!

Don’t even think about sleeping."

"You mean, Blake doesn't have a wand in his hand?" Shanna also had a very flexible mind and immediately thought of the reason.

"If Blake had a wand, I think he would burn the whole thing down in a fit of rage."
