Chapter Five: Infiltrating the Big Class

Ji Yangyang looked around at his friends, some of whom were already ready to make a move.

"Crazy people don't always beat people, they are very good at pretending to be nice people."

She rolled her eyes and said confidently: "Brother Zhixi was just deceived by Zhou Zhou. If you get beaten while playing with Zhou Zhou, don't blame me for not warning you."

Ji Yangyang finally threatened him with worry.

"I won't hit anyone!" The sudden voice was filled with anger.

Zhou Zhou had finished the handkerchief-throwing activity at some point and stood behind Ji Yangyang, puffing out her cheeks angrily. Although she hated Ji Yangyang, she couldn't hit anyone, okay?

Ji Yangyang is worse than her, Ji Yangyang lied.

Ji Yangyang's face turned red when he was caught saying bad things about others, and he immediately reacted and felt confident.

"If your mother hits someone, you will definitely hit them too. My mother says it's hereditary."

It is true that the last time Liao Wen beat someone was in the Liao family. In fact, after marrying into the Zhou family, Liao Wen basically did not have much dealings with the Liao family.

The beating that Ji Yangyang mentioned about Liao Wen was Ji Yangyang's third birthday half a year ago. The Liao family suddenly sent an invitation letter to Liao Wen, and Liao Wen went.

Zhou Zhou didn't know exactly what happened that time. She only knew that she was called to the study by her grandfather to see her grandfather holding Ji Yangyang while chatting, and then she heard the sound of things being smashed downstairs.

Liao Wen suddenly went crazy and chased Liao Yue and started fighting. After returning that time, Liao Wen became even more mentally disturbed.

Zhou Zhou's little mouth suddenly tightened. Although she was young, she felt that her mother suddenly hit someone that time, and the worsening of her condition might have something to do with the Liao family.

Because after that time, my father stopped letting the Liao family contact my mother.

"And your mother is a bad person. She took over my grandparents and left my mother without a father or mother." When Ji Yangyang saw that Zhou Zhou was silent, he thought she was guilty and became arrogant and continued to attack.

Zhou Zhou still reacted, and Lu Zhixi, who had been standing behind Zhou Zhou, sneered, and a few young eyes gathered over him.

"Even I, an outsider, know that the Liao family lost their daughter and adopted a child from an orphanage to replace the lost daughter. The Liao family lost the child due to improper care and instead blamed the adopted child..."

He said to Lu Zhixi: "I don't know what Aunt Liao did wrong."

Lu Zhixi's dark eyes met Ji Yangyang's, with a bit of coldness in them.

Ji Yangyang was frightened and froze for a moment. When she came to her senses, Lu Zhixi had already led Zhou Zhou away.

Until Lu Zhixi and Zhou Zhou disappeared from sight, someone finally couldn't help but cautiously asked Ji Yangyang.

"Yangyang, Zhou Zhou's mother is the child adopted by your grandmother, so Zhou Zhou is your sister?"

The children were only three years old and could not understand the meaning of Lu Zhixi's long speech, but they still grasped the key points.

"Zhou Zhou is not my sister. Her mother is just a substitute adopted by my grandmother. We are not related by blood!" Ji Yangyang's little face turned red, but she didn't know whether it was anger or embarrassment.

"Zhou Zhou's mother is crazy!"

Ji Yangyang couldn't hear Zhou Zhou's shouts. She was in the midst of the reluctance to part with Lu Zhixi.

Although Zhou Zhou and Lu Zhixi are in the same kindergarten, they are not in the same grade. This class is an activity class. Lu Zhixi comes down to see Zhou Zhou, and will go back to class next class.

"Brother Xixi, can I go to class with you?" Zhou Zhou sniffed and asked cautiously, suppressing the sourness.

The disappointment on the little girl's face made Lu Zhixi feel soft. Zhou Zhou was afraid of being isolated when he came to the new school.

And...what if he leaves later and gets bullied again?

Lu Zhixi frowned and thought for a while, but didn't answer directly. Instead, he looked at the class schedule next to the podium. The small class had a music class next period. It shouldn't matter if he didn't take the music class, right?

"Porridge, you go to class with me."

After a meal of porridge, Zhou's face immediately turned cloudy and clear: "Okay!"

After responding, the little girl seemed to be afraid that Lu Zhixi would regret it, so she eagerly jumped down from the stool and held Lu Zhixi's hand: "Brother Xixi, let's go quickly."

The little girl's hands were warm, and the bright smile on her face made Lu Zhixi look slightly warm.

"Yeah." Lu Zhixi naturally said it without regretting disappointing Zhou Zhou.

The senior class was upstairs from the junior class. Before the bell rang, Lu Zhixi successfully smuggled Zhou Zhou into the senior class and helped her find a small bench to sit next to him.

Although the students around him were curious about Zhou Zhi, they didn't ask because of Lu Zhixi's usually cold, arrogant and distant attitude.

It wasn't until Xia Lei finished using the restroom and hurried back to the classroom that he was startled by Zhou Zhou Zhou's clear eyes before he even sat down.

"Porridge...Porridge...Sister Porridge, why are you here?"

Zhou Zhou blinked innocently and replied with a milky voice: "Brother Xixi brought me here~"

Lu Zhixi?

Xia Lei looked directly at his deskmate. Lu Zhixi looked calm but did not refute Zhou Zhou's words.

"Lu Zhixi, how could you abduct Sister Congee into our class? Class will begin soon. If the teacher knows about it..."

Zhou Zhou seemed to realize that Xia Lei didn't want him to stay, so he became a little anxious: "I'll be good, don't drive me away, okay?"

The little girl's pitiful tone made Xia Lei pause for a moment, and he hesitated for a long time but couldn't say anything to tell Zhou Zhou to go back.

After a long time, he seemed to be discouraged. He couldn't bear to be a bad person, after all, Sister Congee was so cute.

"How about we hide Sister Congee, otherwise the teacher will definitely scold us if he finds out."

Lu Zhixi nodded slightly and did not object.

Zhou Zhou's eyes suddenly curved up, and the looming pear dimples on his cheeks were also revealed: "Thank you, brother Zhou Lei."

The classroom is not big, but it is not difficult to hide. As long as Zhou Zhou doesn't stand up and sits obediently on the small bench, there is a desk, Lu Zhixi, and Xia Lei blocking her. Unless the teacher comes over, he will not be able to find her.

Sure enough, when the school bell rang for the second time, the teacher entered the classroom and didn't even notice Zhou Zou. She went up to the stage with a smile to greet the children and then started class.

Xia Lei quietly breathed a sigh of relief, then glanced sideways at his deskmate Lu Zhixi. Lu Zhixi's expression was as calm as ever.

At this time, there was a commotion in the small class because the teacher discovered that the child Zhou Zhou was missing.

After all, the empty space in the third row is too obvious.

"Where are the children sitting here?"

The students shook their heads in unison, and the teacher panicked and called Teacher Xia quickly.

The next step was to search for the children all over the campus. The living children suddenly disappeared from the kindergarten. Teacher Xia was so frightened that she broke out in cold sweat.

In the first class classroom, Zhou Zhou didn't know that she was making people upset outside. She was taking out a toffee from her pocket and stuffing one into her mouth, not forgetting to stuff one into Lu Zhixi's palm.

"Brother Xixi, the toffee is very sweet." A low voice.

Lu Zhixi's eyes were gentle and he did not refuse Zhou Congee's kindness. The toffee was indeed very sweet, with a milky aroma that was exactly the same as Zhou Congee's.

"Is it sweet?"

"Sweet." Lu Zhixi responded warmly.

Xia Lei on the side was envious, he also wanted a well-behaved and lovely sister.

but…

"Sister Congee, where is my candy?" While the teacher was turning around to write, Xia Lei restlessly poked Zhou Congee's arm.

Zhou Zhou was stunned. When she was sharing the candy just now, she didn't even expect that there was Xia Lei. She blinked slowly and hesitated.

Xia Lei also blinked in confusion: "Don't I have any candy? Just give it to Lu Zhixi. I just played with you, don't you treat me differently?"

Xia Lei's accusation made Zhou Zhou feel guilty for no apparent reason, and he subconsciously went to his side, Lu Zhixi, for help.

Lu Zhixi did not disappoint her either.

"Xia Lei, if you are making trouble like this, the teacher will come over and..." Lu Zhixi glanced at Xia Lei lightly, showing off a bit.

"Congee is my sister Congee, not yours."

Xia Lei pouted angrily: "You can't even shout a word? You two should treat each other differently."

Zhou Zhou immediately felt more guilty. After hesitating for a while, Zhou Zhou promised seriously: "Brother Xia Lei, Aunt Zhou only lets me eat two candies a day. I will bring them to you next time, okay?"
