Chapter 60: Dobby the House-Elf

At ten o'clock, dinner was already over. The Weasley family had already gone back via Floo. Ivy was also preparing to send Hermione and Harry back, and Betty still accompanied him.

First, Hermione was sent home, and this time she met her parents. Hermione's family forced them to drink tea inside, and her mother kept expressing her gratitude to the three of them. She said that Hermione had never had many friends, so she was very grateful.

They can take care of her at Hogwarts.

Harry felt a little embarrassed when he heard this. Ivy was also amused. Who takes care of whom is still up for debate. After all, "Hermione and her two useless men" are not empty words.

As for Uncle Harry's house, it's even worse. Not to mention welcoming guests - Ivy personally saw Harry carrying a large bag of snacks and Dudley snatched them all away as soon as he walked in. It seems that the round cake will have to be given again.

He gives some.

On the way back

"Aren't you going to help?" Even Betty, who didn't care about anything else, apologized for Harry.

"This is someone else's family matter," Ivy said calmly, "Besides - what do you want me to do? No matter what, they are his last relatives. Can I really beat them up? And Harry is not incapable of resisting.

Since he has acquiesced to this status quo, it means that he himself does not want to harm Dursley and the others."

"Harry doesn't hate them?" Betty didn't believe it.

"Why should I hate him? He may have suffered a lot. But no matter what, it was the Dursleys who raised him. To put it bluntly, the reason why people are angry is that they have such a kinship. But there is no such thing.

Give birth and take care of yourself! In my opinion, the Dursleys have nothing to do to Harry. The only person they are sorry for is Harry's mother."

In the final analysis - Harry suffered so-called abuse, which is more accurately expressed as unfair. The Dursleys did not give him the treatment that his family deserved.

"Then let this matter go?"

"Don't think too complicatedly. Harry's thinking is very naive, but he has plenty of life experience. He knows how to deal with the relationship with Dursley."

While Ivy and the others were chatting, Harry was in trouble again.

When Harry came back and opened the door, he found Dudley waiting at the door.

It's definitely not to welcome him, Harry thought to himself.

"Are there snacks in this? Let me hold it for you!" Dudley grabbed the bag.

"That's mine - give it back to me!" Harry stepped forward to fight for it

"Shh -" Dudley made a quiet gesture, "My father is discussing business, if you make any bad noise and disturb him - hum."

"Now - return the snack to me immediately! If you don't want to become a pig again." Harry said coldly, while gesticulating in a decent manner.

"You!" Dudley shrank into a corner in fear. Hagrid's magic had frightened him out of his wits last time. He tightened the bag in his hand, as if the food could give him courage.

"Half of one person" Dudley said timidly

Most of the cakes given by Ivey during the day went into his stomach, and it was difficult for him to give up this delicious food after tasting the sweetness.

"It's all mine, don't even think about it." Harry stepped forward to take the bag back.

"What are you yelling about-" Vernon came out. He lowered his voice and shouted.

Dudley immediately hid behind Vernon

"He took my stuff." Harry stared at him.

"Your things? Huh!" Vernon turned around and rummaged through the bag. "Snacks? Just right! After chatting for so long, the Masons are also hungry." Vernon took the bag and was about to go back to the house. Dudley said

Looking at him proudly.

"If you don't give it back to me, I will use magic to drive away the Masons! Ragu, pull, bara, boom -" Harry pretended to recite the spell.

"Stop! What are you going to do-" Vernon shouted in horror

"Give it back to me! Quick!"

"Okay, okay - don't read it yet!" Vernon couldn't help it, the Masons were his gods now.

Vernon took out a few cakes from the bag, handed one to Dudley, and threw the rest to Harry. Harry didn't say anything, took the bag and went upstairs.

"Mr. Mason, for today's meeting, we have specially prepared snacks for you. Please try them and see if they suit your taste."

That was the last sound he heard before going upstairs

In the room

Harry closed the door and turned on the light. As soon as he turned around - he almost screamed. He covered his mouth fiercely and looked at the monster on the bed. It had big bat-like ears, a slender nose, and a pair of protruding...

Green eyes as big as tennis balls.

The monster jumped out of bed and bowed deeply to him. Harry noticed that it was wearing an old pillowcase with several holes cut in its arms and legs.

"Hello, Harry Potter" the monster greeted first, looking very excited.

"Uh - hello - who are you?" Harry looked unnatural.

"Harry Potter!" it screamed. "Dobby has always wanted to meet you, the great Harry Potter!"

"Thank you." Harry walked to the desk and sat down. "Dobby? What's your name?"

"Yes, sir. Dobby the house elf"

"House elf?" Harry had never heard of the term.

"We are servants of the wizard"

"Then why did you come to my place?"

"Dobby is here to tell you, uh - it's hard to say, Dobby doesn't know where to start." Dobby was very enthusiastic but a little timid.

"Let's do it first and speak slowly," Harry said politely.

"Sit - sit down!" Dobby was shocked and immediately whimpered, "No wizard has ever asked Dobby to sit down - like he is an equal~"

"Okay, okay, keep your voice down. Sit down first and tell me what you have to say slowly."

"Thank you. Dobby wanted to say that Harry Potter cannot return to Hogwarts."

"What!" Harry's voice was louder than Dobby's. "I must go back! I don't belong here. I belong to your world - to Hogwarts."

"No, no, no - Harry Potter must stay in a safe place. If Harry Potter returns to Hogwarts, his life will be in danger."

"Why?" Harry looked ugly.

"There is a conspiracy. The most terrifying thing will happen at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry this year."

"What terrible thing? Can you tell me?"

"No." Dobby spread his hands. "If Harry Potter asks again, Poppy will beat himself up."

"Then I won't ask. Thank you for reminding me. You can go back." Harry lost interest.

"Harry Potter must promise not to go to Hogwarts," Dobby begged nervously.

"Okay." Harry could tell that Dobby was definitely in trouble, so he might as well comfort him first.

"Really?" Dobby's eyes widened, almost popping out of his eyes.

"Um"

"real!"

"Um"

"Great! Dobby saved the life of the great Harry Potter." A look of great satisfaction appeared on Dobby's face. This made Harry feel a little guilty.

Then Dobby snapped his fingers, and several envelopes appeared in his hand

"I was afraid that Harry Potter wouldn't listen to Dobby, so Dobby even blocked several letters sent to Harry Potter."

"It was you who stopped it! No wonder -" Harry suddenly realized. They had discussed this matter at Ivy's house, why all the letters sent to him by Ron and Hermione disappeared on the road.

"I'm still wondering why Ron and Hermione bring me letters through Ivy," Harry said to himself. "By the way, why don't you stop Pancake from bringing me letters?"

When it comes to round cakes, Dobby is a little timid. "Dobby dare not stop the messenger from Mr. Shafiq's family, otherwise the master will not be able to save Dobby."

"..." Harry was speechless. This guy was indeed a bully.
