Chapter 55 Internal Strength (2)

Yun Xi's heart was shaken, and his hands seemed to be enchanted. There was a force guiding him, and he couldn't help but open the book.

But he saw that there were many words densely written on the first page. The words were horizontally and vertically, evenly rounded, and roughly the same thickness. He knew that the font was a small seal font, and it read: "Practice martial arts and practice martial arts, which actually strengthens the body."

, it is not used to hurt others. The so-called people who have accumulated good deeds will have more blessings. Those who have accumulated bad deeds will have more disasters. If you practice advanced martial arts but go against the grain, you will die yourself."

This sentence comes from classical Chinese. The original text is "A house that accumulates good deeds will always be blessed; a house that accumulates bad deeds will inevitably suffer from disasters." It has been slightly modified. Please forgive me.

Yun Xi couldn't take his eyes off him and continued to look down. He saw what was mentioned above. Practicing martial arts is not for the purpose of being strong and competitive, but for the purpose of being chivalrous and righteous, eradicating violence and bringing peace to the people. In other words, if a person who practices martial arts harms the world, there will be retribution.

.

He nodded, silently agreed with this statement, and said, "The person who wrote these words is far-sighted and what he said is absolutely true." He then kept these words in his heart.

Turning to the second page, I saw four small seal characters "Tai Shang Gang Qi" written on the far right. Below was an elegant yellow painting. With a few simple strokes, a standing person was outlined. Only the right palm of the person was visible.

Lift it up and push it towards your chest, spread your fingers, and take a step forward with your lower body's left foot, forming the shape of a long bow.

The names of several acupuncture points are written next to the five fingers in Chu Suiliang's font. The thumb is written as Shaoshang point, the index finger is written as Shangyang point, the middle finger is written as Zhongheng point, and the ring finger is written as Guanchong point.

What is written on the little finger is Shaoze point.

On the side is written the beginning of Qi, which is where it comes from.

There are two lines of small words written on one side

The body often has no remaining strength, but the body is full of strength. If one can keep it, all the strength will be transformed by itself. If you want to do something after transformation, I will suppress it with nameless simplicity. With nameless simplicity, you will have no desire and no desire to be still.

, the world will decide on its own.

The meaning of these sentences is that there is no extra power in a person's body, but there are many hidden powers. If people with these hidden powers can get it and draw it out, then all things will be

Natural cultivation and growth. However, when cultivation and growth, greed will arise. I will use the simplicity of Taishang Gangqi to subdue it. The simplicity of Taishang Gangqi can eradicate greed.

.After eradicating greed, one can be as still as a virgin, and one's whole body will enter a natural and stable state.

Yun Xi recited it several times and couldn't help but imitate the movements of the people on the booklet. As soon as he bowed his left leg, he felt the "Shaoshang point" on his thumb jump, like an electric shock, which made people feel extremely comfortable.

.Not long after, a warm current slowly injected into the wrist from the Shaoshang point, and then flowed through the wrist to the arm. The whole body suddenly became warm and felt very comfortable.

He glanced sideways with his peripheral vision and moved it to the Shang Yang point. At the same time, the Shang Yang point felt the same as before, a warm current suddenly emerged and slowly moved forward.

Then the Zhongheng acupoint, Guanchong acupoint, and Shaoze acupoint also jumped, and then the heat flow started from the fingers and flowed down.

At first, these five warm currents worked independently, traveling through his entire arm, and when they came to the "Jianzhen point", they suddenly became stronger. Even though they were separated by clothes, they could still be felt "bang bang bang".

Jumping non-stop, it feels like a young girl in spring and a deer in her arms.

Yun Xi felt extremely comfortable in all his limbs. Suddenly, the strength in the five areas suddenly disappeared and turned into a large stream of water, starting from the Jianzhen point from top to bottom. It was extremely fast, with a feeling of plummeting, and hit the Dantian at once.

.

Yun Xi let out a low "ah" in his nose, which was really helpful. This power hit his Dantian, and his whole body felt warm. After a while, it gradually disappeared without a trace. But his whole body became more comfortable, and now there was something in front of his eyes.

A high mountain seems to be able to push it away.

Yun Xi then turned to the second page. There was also a person drawn on the second page. But this time the person was lying on the ground. The annotations were not the acupuncture points on the fingers of the left and right hands, but the acupuncture points on the top of the head.

There are also words

Yun Xi recited silently several times, and suddenly her head started to heat up, and an inexplicable warm current rushed to her dantian. After this warm current returned to her dantian, it also disappeared out of thin air, but her body felt very comfortable.

This booklet has more than a hundred pages, and there is a picture on each page. However, the characters in the pictures are very different, and there are acupuncture notes on the side. There is also a text explanation under the picture. Yun Xi often reads it several times.

, you will feel a sensation in the corresponding acupoint, and then the warm current will gather and return to the Dantian.

It turns out that these hundreds of pages of "Tai Shang Gang Qi" respectively record the diagrams of the twelve meridians and the eight extraordinary meridians.

"Tai Shang Gang Qi" was written by a martial arts master during the Northern and Southern Dynasties who studied for decades. The book records in detail the luck and methods of each acupuncture point in the human body, which is the supreme internal strength of the past and present.

If there is no one to guide you in the Dharma, you may go astray and become possessed, or you may be crippled for life, or you may die in hell.

But Yun Xi possesses profound inner strength, and all the inner strength is wandering in his body. After reading this booklet, he is like a dragon entering the sea, and a fish returning to the abyss. Coupled with his understanding of the text, he has learned it without any teacher. He is just curious about what is going on in his body.

He was so comfortable and comfortable, but he didn't know that his kung fu had advanced to another level.

Previously, he only had a superficial understanding of some important acupuncture points, such as the temple points. Later, when Lin Xing taught him martial arts, he mentioned the names and locations of many acupuncture points to him. Now, what is recorded in this booklet is more detailed than Lin Xing's dictation.

A lot.

The twelve meridians are also called "twelve main meridians" in traditional Chinese medicine, including the Lung Meridian of Hand Taiyin, the Pericardium Meridian of Hand Jueyin, the Heart Meridian of Hand Shaoyin, the Large Intestine Meridian of Hand Yangming, the Triple Burner Meridian of Hand Shaoyang, and the Small Intestinal Meridian of Hand Taiyang.

, these twelve meridians, namely the Stomach Meridian of Foot Yangming, the Gallbladder Meridian of Foot Shaoyang, the Bladder Meridian of Foot Taiyang, the Spleen Meridian of Foot Taiyin, the Liver Meridian of Foot Jueyin, and the Kidney Meridian of Foot Shaoyin, belong to the six internal organs and the six fu organs.

The six internal organs include the meridians of the heart, liver, spleen, lungs, kidneys and pericardium, which are distributed on the inside of the limbs, chest and abdomen of the human body. Among them, the three yin meridians of the hand are distributed on the inside of the upper limbs, and the three yin meridians of the foot are distributed on the inside of the lower limbs.

The six fu organs refer to the gallbladder, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, bladder and triple burner meridians. They mostly run along the outside of the limbs, head, face and lower back of the human body. Among them, the three Yang meridians of the hand are distributed on the outside of the upper limbs, and the foot is distributed on the outside of the lower limbs.

Three Yang Sutra.l

The remaining eight pages record the eight extraordinary meridians in addition to the twelve meridians.

The eight extra meridians include the Du meridian, Ren meridian, Chong meridian, Dai meridian, Yangwei meridian, Yinwei meridian, Yinqiao meridian, and Yangqiao meridian. They are different from the twelve regular meridians in that they neither directly belong to the internal organs nor the exterior and interior.

Due to the cooperative relationship, it is said in ancient writings that it is a "different path and strange practice", so it is called "Qijing".

There are eight representative acupuncture points in the Eight Meridians, namely Gongsun, Neiguan, Linqi, Waiguan, Shenmai, Houxi, Lieque, and Zhaohai. The ancients once had a "Song of Eight Acupoints" that has been handed down.

as follows

Gongsun Chong meridian is connected to the stomach, heart and chest, the inner guan yin dimension is connected to the gallbladder meridian, and the yang dimension is sharp to the outer canthus.

The Du channel of Houxi runs at the medial canthus neck, the Shen channel and the Yangqiao channel also pass through the Ren channel and travel to the lung system, and the Yinqiao channel illuminates the throat of the sea diaphragm.

Taishang Gangqi passed through every acupuncture point in the twelve meridians and eight extraordinary meridians in his body one by one, and it was like letting him experience a cleansing of the marrow and a change of tendons. He could not sense it from the surface, but in fact he had experienced a Nirvana and rebirth.

.

As a result, in a short period of time, his kung fu was once again in the hall, twice as high as before.

The classical Chinese passage mentioned in the article comes from the last chapter of the "Tao Jing" in the Tao Te Ching, that is, Chapter 37. In order to adapt to the situation, the original text has been slightly changed and may be far-fetched. Readers, please forgive me.

Friends who are interested in the Tao Te Ching can refer to the original text.
