Unconsciously, the number of words in this book actually reached 1.2 million words.
To be honest, I have written two books with more than this word count before, which were 1.28 million and 1.23 million respectively.
Those two books, one was written when I was in school and the other was written while I was working. They are both part-time jobs.
But in reality, writing a book part-time is very painful.
You have to concentrate on studying or working hard, how much energy do you have left to write a book?
Often when writing 800,000 words or 1 million words, people have become numb, tired, and all their passion has been drained away.
It's like being squeezed dry.
Later, I learned from my experience and made a lot of determination to quit my job and write books full-time.
Sure enough, everything has changed.
Now, the more I write, the more passionate I become. I don’t listen to what is happening outside the window. I focus on typing every day. I no longer have so many worries. No one is asking me to do this or that. I can’t do it.
Even if you are good, you will be criticized and ridiculed in all kinds of ways.
Not to mention, I am an introvert who is not good at communicating, and I have to endure the intrigues between colleagues every day.
People often ask me if I write books full-time and my income is not good, will I regret it?
