Chapter 8 Encounter on the train

On the last day of August, in the garden at No. 3 Ligustworth Road, a handsome man with glasses was watering the flowers and plants in the garden.

There was a sound of a car coming, and Harry looked up happily and found that it was not Mr. Smith's car, and sighed in disappointment.

"Oh..."

Harry sighed, he was going to school tomorrow, and if Mr. Smith didn't come back, who should I ask for the compensation for this holiday?

He doesn't have pocket money given by the Dursleys like Dudley. If he wants to make money, he can only help Mr. Smith do some work such as watering, lawn mowing, car washing, etc. and help Charles write holiday homework.

Mr. Smith is generous. He can get £1,000 every three days during the two months of summer vacation and clean the car every five days.

Harry felt it was a pity that Charles also graduated from elementary school this year and had no summer homework, otherwise it would be a good income.

But I am going to Hogwarts tomorrow. Charles may go to high school like Eton School that Dudley wouldn't even dare to think about, and he will not be able to do his holiday homework for him in the future.

Dudley had wanted to make the money, but he was driven away by Mr. Smith after watering the garden into a swamp. Harry still remembered that night Uncle Vernon scolded Dudley for the first time.

Harry turned off the faucet, tied up the garbage bag filled with freshly cut branches and placed it in the designated location, then went into the house and took a bottle of Charles' happy water from the refrigerator and returned to his room, at No. 3 Liverfolk Road

Room.

After he finished the sip of happy water, he lay on the bed, burped, and felt calm in his heart.

There was a locked iron box at the head of the bed, and all the money I received from Mr. Smith and Charles was placed inside.

Harry only used this money to study with Charles at a nearby boxing club. Everything is second to learn, mainly to avoid staying at his aunt's house for so long.

At this time, he couldn't help but wonder whether he should put it in the vault of Guling Pavilion.

He looked at the bookshelf in the room again, and there were many books on it, all of which were taken to put on Charles' bookshelf. They were all novels such as Sherlock Holmes's Detective Collection.

Now that noon is coming, Harry is waiting for a while and decided to stay here until the evening before going back.

Anyway, there is still food in the refrigerator, so I left a note and asked Mr. Smith to deduct the money from his compensation.

But he felt that Mr. Smith would not deduct it.

Harry lay down for a while and felt a little bored, so he simply went to the gym next door, put on gloves and practiced boxing against the sandbag.

At this time, a scene a month ago was constantly replaying in his mind, which was a perfect uppercut.

The sandbag was hit and kept making a "bang bang". Harry didn't know how many times he repeated it, but he always felt that he was still a little bit worse than that punch.

But at this time, his stomach made a "gurgling" sound like Hedwig, forcing him to have something to eat in the kitchen downstairs.

When Harry hung his gloves on the wall, he saw Charles' gloves bent, and his mouth couldn't help but bent.

He was thinking that if he told Charles about his recent experience, Charles would definitely say that he was talking in his sleep.

There were actually meatballs with tomato sauce in the refrigerator. Harry happily cooked a large pot of noodles, mixed them with the hot meatballs, and had a beautiful meal.

He didn't know what the meatball was made of. It tasted like chicken and it was crispy when bitten. Finally, he left two and fed Hedwig.

After a sweaty afternoon in the gym, Harry made himself a dinner and watched a hilarious TV show in the living room. After making sure that the water and electricity were turned off, he left a note and returned to the darkness.

No. 4, Ligustworth Road, fell asleep with the vision of a better life in the future.

The experience at the train station the next day made Harry a little overwhelmed. Fortunately, with the help of the red-haired family, he came to the 9? platform.

The platform looked messy, people said goodbye, pet screams one after another, and even Hedwig started to compete with other owls.

Suddenly, Harry heard a familiar voice: "Don't be timid when you arrive at Hogwarts. If someone bullies you, if you don't have any trouble, write me and I'll deal with the parents."

He recognized that it was Mr. Smith's voice, but when he turned around, a few tall people passed by and blocked their sight. After they walked away, none of the people there knew.

Harry shook his head, thinking that he was too concerned about the £1,000, so he regarded other people's voice as Mr. Smith's voice.

The train drove, Harry had a pleasant time, met his first wizard friend, Ron Weasley, and shared lunch with his friends. He saw chocolate jumping like a frog and moving photos, like a lottery draw.

The boy who eats Bibidobeans and looks for a toad...

"Du thu!"

At this time, someone knocked on the door of the car and asked politely: "Dis it easy to open the door?"

Harry was waiting for Ron to cast spells on the half-dead mouse with his wand. After hearing the sound, he subconsciously replied: "Inconvenient!"

After blinking two times, Harry was suddenly stunned and opened the car door at a faster speed than hiding his fists in the boxing ring. He looked at the handsome guy outside the door and shouted in surprise: "Charles! Why are you here?!"

"Yo, Harry!" Charles smiled and greeted the two in the carriage, "This is Mr. Weasley, I met a senior Percy Weasley, and his hair is the same as yours.

Color.”

Ron just heard Harry mention this name that is the same as his second brother (but a different Chinese translation). When he learned that he was the only person Harry could count as a friend, he also greeted him politely.

Charles introduced them to the bucktoothed Jen and Freckled Vie behind them, and asked, "Did you see Neville's toad?"

Harry replied: "No."

Ron also said, "He came to ask just now."

Neville's face is even more bitter.

At this time, Hermione saw Ron holding a magic wand, curiosity about magic over Harry, and said curiously and expectantly: "Ah, are you casting a spell? Can you show me?"

As she said that, she walked into the carriage on her own, sat next to Ron, and asked nonstop: "What spell are you going to cast on it? Are you a shapeshifting spell? Or enlarge it?"

Harry was also curious about magic like Hermione. He didn't ask Charles' questions for now, and looked at Ron.

Ron looked a little at a loss, and after saying "Oh" twice, he said, "Then you're ready."

Next, Charles looked at Ron with a smile on his face as he turned this stupid fat mouse yellow with a smile, and then nothing happened, the gray spots were still the same.

"Are you sure this is a spell?" Hermione asked with a frown, "I have practiced several spells at home in the textbook, and they all work..."

After waiting for her to quack, Charles pinched his chin and said, "Maybe this mouse has heatstroke, so why not feed it to the owl."
