Chapter 64 Bream’s Technology

Looking at Bream's retreating back, Snorri didn't waste any more time. He finally comforted President Brock and his wife, and assured them that he would take good care of Bream and bring the ten eternal hammers with him.

The guards walked out of Zhufuba.

Follow the same road back to Karak-Wane. Since it has just been cleared by Prince Balentine and his men, the road is smooth.

Snorri had a brief chat with Bream. Although Bream had not fully recovered from the great changes in his life, he still expressed enough respect for Snooker, the goddess' choice and boss.

"What did you create that caused such a big explosion?" Snorri was very curious about this matter.

"Well, I have made, or I plan to make, a magic stone-driven boiler. Those glowing green gadgets contain huge energy, far more than the coal we commonly use to drive steam engines." Brim responded to this.

The failed product did not mean to hide any secrets.

"You know magic stones, right? What about steam engines? And coal." Brim, whose knowledge of Snorri was limited to engineers' stereotypes of rune blacksmiths, asked uncertainly.

"Of course, of course, I know more about technology than you think. I have no prejudice against new technologies. Of course, this is under the premise of ensuring safety." Snorri decided to add a restriction.

"I would like to ask a question first, where do you get your raw materials, I mean magic stones?"

"Oh, Prince Balentine's spoils, according to him, you shared that victory with him, didn't you?" Brim asked in return.

"What? That was just a few days ago? It took you so long to create a big explosion?" Snorri was shocked. He felt that he had underestimated Bream's creativity and potential destructive power.
Of course, his reasonable and legal sources of raw materials made Snorri somewhat relieved. If his subordinates communicate secretly with the Skaven, there will be no small trouble in the future.

"It's more than three days, less than four days! After I got the magic stone, I spent some time determining its properties, then briefly estimated the energy contained in its unit mass, and then designed a set of equipment based on the calculation results." Bu Bu.

Reem seemed to be talking about a very ordinary thing. But Snooker's heart was filled with turmoil.

"But when it comes to actual operation, I don't know if there was a mistake in my calculations or some unplanned problem. Anyway, the machine exploded, and you will know what happened next. Thank you very much for your help!" Bream

A brief analysis of the cause of the accident was made.

Snorri knows that the dimension stone is the condensation of chaotic energy directly in the mortal world, so the dimension stone also shows the properties of chaos, that is, the energy contained in its unit volume is not constant.

Sometimes a dimension stone as big as a thumb can explode with energy equivalent to a high-explosive grenade, and when it is weak, it cannot even light a match. This may be a potential reason for the failure of Bream's experiment.
"Then where does your inspiration come from?" Snorri asked next.

"The Great Wheel of Destruction, do you know this?"

Snorri thought of the giant wheel-shaped war machine he had seen in his previous life, with sparks and lightning all the way around. It was fast, powerful, and difficult to destroy. Thinking of this, Snorri nodded and then shook his head.

shook his head.

Brim didn't pay much attention. He directly started his explanation: "A few years ago, my father and I commanded the artillery crew to destroy one. To be honest, its power still gives me nightmares from time to time!"
Snorri nodded, the destructive power of the giant wheel of destruction was obvious to all.

"We were surprised to find after the war that that giant machine was driven by only one rat man!" Bream said.

"What? One mouse is enough? Is it an engineering warlock?"

"No, no, no, it's an ordinary mouse. It keeps pressing a scale beam at the end of the giant ship. Its task is to use the scale beam to inject the warpstone powder into the boiler and then burn it. This provides energy for the giant wheel."

Breem's voice was trembling.

"Since then, I have realized the huge energy contained in the magic stone, and I have been looking for opportunities to study it, but it seems that there will be no chance in a short time!"

Snorri suddenly thought of the dimensional stone halberd he had seized from the rat warlord before, but he suppressed the urge to tell Brim, and it was better to let this young tribesman settle down first.

At noon the next day, a group of twelve dwarves arrived at the outpost at the foot of Karak Varn.

Snorri found that the number of people in the outpost was far less than before he left. He asked a tribesman and found out that the miners were eager to resume production, while the other dwarves were busy rebuilding the Mountain Lake Castle itself.

The Valaya ritual performed by Snorri only removed the erosion left by the greenskins and ratmen, but could do nothing to do anything about the damage they caused.

After a short rest, Snorri took Brim up the mountain road. He wanted to take a look at the first fortress he had built before leaving.

When he arrived at the top of the mountain, he found that a group of original dwarf warriors had taken off their armor, put down their axes and shields, picked up hammers and chisels, and were recarving the damaged statue in front of the gate.

Dwarves are such a group, and almost every member is an excellent craftsman.

Snorri looked at it from a distance and found that the sculptures rebuilt this time were very different from the shapes in other cities.

The huge body of the mother goddess Varaya is carved on the front of the mountain. Between her legs is the main entrance of the Mountain Lake Castle. Standing at her feet and on both sides of the gate are the two brothers Snorri and Gnom.

Small relief.

Looking at the statue of himself holding a hammer in his right hand and smiling, Snorri felt a lot of emotion in his heart. He felt the respect and love of his tribe for him, even though he was still a young man with a mustache.

Brother Gnom ran out of the castle after hearing the news. He was not wearing any armor and was dressed like a craftsman. "Perhaps he was decorating his wedding room!" Snorri thought to himself.

After the warm embrace, Gnom looked a little shy for the first time. Apparently he already knew that Snorri wanted to marry him.

"Ah, your blue sheep is being trained. You have to wear off its wildness before you can ride it!" After a moment of silence, Genom decided to talk about the blue sheep first.

"You have to speed up the progress! Don't let me walk to Karak Breeze Castle on two legs. If I sprain my foot on the way, it's hard to say when you can see that girl Pamela!"

Snorri made a big brother joke.

"You goblin kid, how can you get up?" Gnom hit Snorri on the chest. "You have to work hard, don't delay your future nephew to marry you!"
