Chapter 96 Internal Strength, Blood

Lu Zhengkang has one more activity in his day.

In fact, for a very calm person like him, there are only a few things to do every day.

Wake up and wash up.

Breakfast is usually a bowl of porridge with a side dish.

Read a book.

Lunch is usually noodles with vegetarian sauce and not much oil or water.

Read a book.

Dinner is usually a white flour steamed bun with two side dishes.

Sitting in meditation and sleeping.

Excrete on time.

that's all.

Now there is an additional martial arts practice, scheduled for the afternoon.

The internal strength of the Central Plains martial arts follows the twelve regular meridians and the eight extraordinary meridians. These meridians connect various organs and systems in the body. They harmonize the human body internally and connect the heaven and earth externally. It can be said to be full of the great thinking and wisdom of the integration of heaven and man in the East.

The five internal organs digest the essence of grains and meats. Warriors may use meditation to allow the spirit to communicate and transform qi, or they may exercise external skills to promote the flow of the essence into the flesh, blood and bones, thereby nourishing the internal qi.

Therefore, the lungs belong to metal, and they will gestate and transform the inner qi of King Kong; the liver, which belongs to wood, will gestate and transform the inner qi of zixia; the kidneys, which belong to water, will gestate and transform the inner qi of xuanyin; the heart will belong to fire, and will gestate and transform pure yang inner qi; and the spleen will belong to earth, and will gestate and transform the inner qi of yin.

Yuan Nei Qi. Different factions of internal energy develop internal energy with different attributes.

During this period, we are also very particular about grasping the time of practice and even the season.

Each of the twelve hours of the day has its own five elements, and the four seasons of the year also have their emphasis.

"Su Wen Jin Gui Zhen Comments" says: "The five internal organs respond to the four seasons, and each has its own reception." "Su Wen Liu Jie Zang Xiang Lun" points out that "the heart is connected to summer qi, the lungs are connected to autumn qi, and the kidneys are connected to winter qi."

Qi, the liver connects to spring qi, and the spleen connects to earth qi.”

When practicing martial arts, one must communicate with the outside world and keep in mind the flow of the five elements between heaven and earth.

The five elements are mutually reinforcing, overpowering and counterinhibiting each other. It is beneficial to practice at the right time, but when the five qi are in conflict, it is often twice the result with half the effort. Especially when it comes to high-level internal skills, warriors often need to absorb the inspiration of heaven and earth and go against the innate state.

Yuan Qi, the cultivation at this time is very, very particular about following the times.

There are many unorthodox warriors who randomly learn all the internal skills circulated in the world, regardless of the transformation relationship between attributes, which often leads to internal energy disorder and even the regression of skills.

For Lu Zhengkang, his innate Qi is Hunyuan internal power, complete with all five elements, but it can be practiced anytime and anywhere.

Internal energy is a mysterious and wonderful thing. Once it is transformed, the meridians flowing around it will not stop day and night, and it will run naturally like a river. When practicing martial arts, what a warrior needs to do is to use the spirit to control the energy, bind the wild and unruly internal energy, and return it to the Dantian.

This is skill.

To open up the meridians, it is actually to penetrate the meridians with spiritual thoughts, so that the scattered internal energy in them can be harnessed for one's own use.

The so-called "scattered energy" in martial arts novels means that, in addition to being absorbed by the Beiming Divine Art, the Star Absorbing Technique and other martial arts, all the internal energy is absorbed by the martial arts. It means that the martial artist is unable to restrain the inner energy because of excessive energy consumption, and the energy in the Dantian returns to the meridians.

.

After mastering and smelting the internal force, the next step is to condense the skill in the acupoints all over the body and turn it into four kinds of infuriating energy with different functions.

They are broken, light, protective, and strange.

Breaking the true energy can make the internal force more sharp, and when facing the enemy, it can more effectively penetrate the armor, body and internal energy.

The lightness of Qi makes the internal force more buoyant, making you stronger and faster no matter you are running or leaping.

The body-protecting Qi makes the internal strength more resilient, resists attacks, and reduces internal and external injuries.

Qiqiao Zhenqi makes the inner force more spiritual and the inner breath runs more smoothly and freely.

Of course, Lu Zhengkang improved his body-protecting Qi without saying anything else. It doesn't matter if you can't beat others, just don't get hurt by them. Besides, there are many body-protecting methods in Shaolin Kung Fu, so it's always good to give full play to your strengths.

In addition to the five elements and four characteristics, internal strength also has a pure state.

The so-called purity, proficiency, refinement and purity can only be achieved after years of hard training and repeated polishing of internal strength.

Every time it is more pure, the inner energy becomes more refined, from soft to hard, from weak to solid, with hard hitting soft, even an inch of iron nail can penetrate a hundred feet of clouds.

At this time, the innate Qi is very advantageous. Because of its high quality, it has a relatively high level of purity. This is why Lu Zhengkang can make the inner Qi break through the rocks.

These days, in addition to the regular restraint of internal force, he also has to practice the transformation of virtual and actual internal force. He must be able to penetrate paper without damaging it, and penetrate gold and iron without stagnation.

Compared with reading and sitting in meditation, practicing martial arts is neither more interesting nor more boring. In his opinion, it is just a way to kill time.

A few more months passed like this, the golden autumn passed by in a hurry, and the cold winter came.

There was a snowfall in Songshan Mountain in November. What people didn't expect was that it would be the whole winter in one fell swoop.

Heavy snow has closed the mountains and the roads are difficult to travel, so this year's Dharma conference was not held and people huddled in their houses.

In late December, the New Year atmosphere was getting stronger day by day. At this festive time, Shaolin Temple encountered an uninvited guest.

A middle-aged man with white hair walked through the snow-covered mountain road to the temple gate.

The Zhike monks guarding the door were lazily basking in the sun, feeling the rare warmth in the cold winter. They couldn't help but be a little surprised when they saw this middle-aged man.

This man had regular features but a fierce temperament. He was wearing a red robe with a black background, which was complex in shape and painted with evil totem patterns. His eyes were oozing with faint blood, which made several Zhike monks feel uncomfortable.

One of them boldly stepped forward and asked, "May I ask what the donor is here for? Do you have a greeting card?"

"I, Yu Feng, the elder of the Blood Sect, have been entrusted by the leader to come to your temple to submit an invitation. I hope that the monk will bother to inform the abbot."

The visitor was very polite and took out a piece of white paper from his arms and handed it to Zhike Monk. As soon as the monk took it, he felt that the tentacle was soft and thin, but the texture was excellent, and it was more comfortable than the famous rice paper.

.

The monk who knew the guest made eleven salutes, turned around and ran towards the temple.

The abbot was sitting in the Zen room knocking wooden fish, and there were no visitors. The monk Zhike first went to find the elder Zen Master Zi Ni. The Zen Master took the invitation, frowned immediately, and read the words on it.

"In the past, the Great Master Xiangshu deposed the imperial court. Since then, things in the martial arts world have become more and more prosperous. I have longed for it with my heart. Now, I have united with hundreds of Jianghu colleagues to establish a sect in the Blood Valley in the north of the Yangtze River in early February next year. The grand ceremony has been prepared.

Bi, special invitation

Famous martial arts heroes participated in the feat and witnessed this moment. I have long heard that Shaolin is the Mount Tai and Beidou of martial arts and has great prestige. I know that the abbot of Shaolin, Zen Master Zixing, is also a person with outstanding character and martial arts. I hope to come to our sect to teach us.

The basil is shining brightly.

Pay homage to Lei Guangling, the leader of Jiangbei Blood Cult."

Zen Master Zi Ni asked the monk who knew the guest: "Who sent this invitation?"

"It's a benefactor who claims to be an elder of the Blood Sect, waiting outside the temple gate!"

Zen Master Zi Ni frowned and ordered: "Go back and tell the gatekeepers to be wary of this person. We will make another decision after the poor monk invites the abbot!"

The monk Zhike followed the order and left. Zen Master Zi Ni hurried to the abbot's room and knocked on the door three times.

"It's Zi Ni, why are you panicking?"

"Abbot Haojiao knows that there is a vicious thief outside the door who kills people and takes skins!"

The next moment, the door burst open, and Zen Master Zi Xing walked out with a livid face.

"Okay, okay! I want to see which evil spirit dares to be so arrogant! Come to Shaolin Temple, but don't leave!"
