The beginning of this kind of practice all starts with ‘precepts’.
Through the precepts, we constantly exercise our knowledge and knowledge,
And the body's shell is reflected back from the store of consciousness.
——The uniqueness of the Secret Realm method is here. To train one's "will" through "precepts" is undoubtedly a kind of understanding that does not require too much manpower and material resources, as long as people practice it day after day.
