Chapter 60 Shirley: Rolf, lets exchange secrets!

Shirley, carrying her lunch box, slowly walked into the room. When she stepped through the wooden door, she paused briefly and looked back at the two little girls who ran away recklessly.

The girl with the ponytail quickly looked away. She walked into the room, put the lunch box on the table, and said with a smile:

"Why did they leave?"

"I sent you to investigate that magical creature. Otherwise, you would have nothing to do and spend all day doing nothing."

Rove waved his magic wand and a chair flew over. After Shirley sat down, she opened the lunch box, took out all the lunch and put it on the table.

Shirley had already eaten. She propped her chin up on her arm and looked at Rolf eating lunch with her bright eyes.

"Will there be any danger?"

"No, I just asked them to conduct a questionnaire survey on those students who claimed to have seen that magical animal." Luo Fu picked up the bread and whispered:

"The school has also stepped up patrols. As long as we don't go out at night, there shouldn't be any trouble during the day."

Shirley also brought a large cup of black tea. She poured the tea into a small cup. After taking it, Luofu swirled the rim of the cup with his fingers, smelling the refreshing aroma, squinting and saying:

"How are the magical creatures in the box checked?"

"In line with your progress, I also checked the bowtruckle's bamboo forest habitat and the swallow-tailed dog's stone cave." Shirley took out a piece of parchment and said:

"The number of animals is no different from what was previously recorded."

Luo Fei nodded lightly. He and Shirley had been checking the magical animals in the box for the past few days, which could be regarded as proving their innocence, proving that the magical animal really had nothing to do with him.

However, upon inspection, I discovered that this was indeed a large amount of work.

"By the way, I found two more nests secretly dug by Sniffs, just under the Swallow-tailed Dog's stone cave."

Shirley said with a smile on her face, somewhat proudly: "I found more than a dozen Galleons."

Luo Fu said helplessly: "They must have stolen it from me."

"Why do you always like to put money around?" Shirley rolled her eyes at the boy, showing that she didn't have any sense of being a thrifty person.

"Don't slander me. I have mysophobia and obsessive-compulsive disorder. How could I put galleons around?" Luofu said with a smile:

"If you have the ability, look for it. If you find any Galleons lying around, it will be considered as your overtime pay."

"That's what you said!" Shirley tilted her head and raised the corners of her mouth: "I cleaned the cabin in the morning and found a lot of galleons under the bed."

"..."

In fact, a comprehensive inspection of the box, in addition to verifying the number of animals, is similar to inspecting the Grand View Garden.

Many magical creatures, without reproductive isolation, will breed across races.

For example, the Hidden Monster is a hybrid between an Invisible Beast and a Ghoul. There is also Hagrid in a certain time and space who used Manticores and Fire Crabs to breed dangerous Explosive-Tailed Skrewts.

This kind of cross-species breeding, like inbreeding, can easily produce polygenic genetic diseases in its offspring.

Therefore, of course, we must take precautions against such abnormal behavior and stop it in advance.

The two discussed the box matter for a while, and then Luofu suddenly remembered something and said softly:

"By the way, Shirley, I probably won't be able to attend the Halloween dinner."

"Are you going to the Forbidden Forest during the banquet?" Shirley asked.

"It's not the Forbidden Forest, it's still in Hogwarts." Rolf explained softly: "That night is the 500th anniversary of the death of Gryffindor's headless Sir Nick. He is going to hold a death anniversary dinner... I want to attend.

"

Shirley's body tilted slightly, her elbows resting on the edge of the table, and she asked curiously: "Why do you suddenly think of going to the death anniversary dinner? Did Nick invite you to go?"

"No, a ghost will appear at the funeral. I'll ask that ghost for some questions," said Luo Fe.

The girl said softly: "Do you need me to accompany you?"

"No, a living person's dinner party is much more interesting than a dead person's dinner party. It's enough for me to suffer alone." Luofu smiled and shook his head: "If I didn't want to ask something, I definitely wouldn't go."

Shirley stared at the boy's blue eyes, probably due to her innate keen intuition, she suddenly smiled and said:

"Did someone already go with you?"

"I was accompanied by a ghost. She was the one who told me the news." Luo Fe did not hide anything: "Ms. Gray from your college."

"Ms. Grey?" Shirley's reaction was almost the same as Luna's, a little surprised.

There is no way... There is such a beautiful but indifferent female ghost wandering in the tower. Any Ravenclaw will be deeply impressed by her.

"Are you two familiar?" Shirley asked curiously.

"Not too familiar." Rolf shook his head and said, "I went to Albania last Christmas and met her on the Orient Express. We have only known her for a year."

"I have been in Ravenclaw for a year, and I have never seen Ms. Gray say a few words to anyone, let alone take the initiative to help others!" Shirley pursed her lips and said:

"I see that your relationship with her is not simple."

"Don't talk nonsense."

"You're not talking nonsense, my intuition has always been very accurate." The girl stared closely into the boy's eyes.

"I won't tell you." Luofu blinked and said with a smile, "Secret!"

The girl with the ponytail bit her thin lips, then smiled and said:

"I also have a secret that Professor McGonagall won't let me share with others. How about we exchange it?"

Luofu raised his eyebrows and looked at the girl, surprised: "I didn't notice it, you hid it quite well?"

"Both each other!" Shirley chuckled. She put her cheek against the cool table and said softly:

"Would you like to change it?"

Luo Fu laughed dumbly and said: "But I have a lot of secrets, and you can't exchange just one secret for me."

Shirley thought about it seriously and said, "Then I can exchange it for something else!"

"Even you yourself are working for me." Luo Fe looked at the girl up and down and couldn't help but smile: "What else can you give me in exchange for her?"

Shirley put her finger to her lips and said with a smile:

"Let me sing you a song...well, I can only sing."

"Then I'm at a huge loss." Luo Fe looked at the ponytail of the ponytail girl hanging on her back, and he suddenly said:

"Shirley, why don't you untie your ponytail and show me. I've never seen you with your hair loose."

The girl pursed her lips and smiled. She stretched out her hand to hold the slender ponytail, her white fingers touched the hair rope, and whispered: "Do you really want to see it?"

Luo Fu was stunned. He suddenly glanced out the window and said, "No, I won't watch it anymore. I won't watch it now!"

"Why?" Shirley was a little surprised.

"There are students outside the corridor. I let them see the scenery I exchanged for my secret, so thank you!" Luo Fu shook his head gently.

Shirley blinked her beautiful eyes slightly, and the girl reached out and gently rubbed her hot cheek and said, "You want to see it, but I won't show it to you yet!"

"No, I'll give you the secret in exchange!"

The girl didn't say anything, she just closed her eyes, raised her eyelashes, and gently protected her ponytail with her hands.
