One hundred and eighteen. Countdown to evil fall

The monstrous villain lost his mind and attacked them, but he still wanted to be freed by Lu Li's hand. Maybe he would never know the truth again.

The only thing that became a fact was that Evil Fall solved the strange people who came from the gathering place to pursue them, and was killed by Lu Li.

Catalina picked up the black thorns that fell on the street and retreated into the elm forest.

This place still sheltered Lu Li as it did twenty-four years ago.

Things may not be so peaceful on Elm Street next time and the weird nest won't let it go.

The trouble is that Catalina's blanket was left in the stone house. They can't be sure whether the monster is dead or how long it will take for the monster's lair to arrive. They can't go back and get the blanket back.

The only thing he can do seems to be to erase the footprints at the entrance to the forest to avoid being chased into the elm forest along the footprints.

But the blanket is like a sharp knife hanging above their heads. If the weird nest masters the weird level of tracing methods and curses, they will be unable to resist.

We can only hope that the situation will not turn to the bad side.

"Leave it to me!"

After hearing the worry, Pusius suddenly moved his limbs, rushed out of the forest, ran into the ruins, and got into the stone house.

After what seemed like a long wait, the silhouette of Psius appeared on the street, holding a blanket in his mouth.

Compared to its body, the blanket was too big, and Pusius had to run sideways, which caused him to keep falling, and his green face kept hitting the bluestone road, breaking his skin.

Just a hundred meters away made him fall bruised and bruised.

"You did a great job."

Caterina ignored her blanket and bent down to touch Psius's head.

"I'm not a burden, I can also do something for the team."

Pusius raised his head, his face stained with blood and sweat showed determination.

Putting away the blankets and carefully covering the footprints at the edge of the elm forest, Lu Li and others returned the same way, returning to the tree stumps again with the lingering consciousness of the forest.

This is the true place of death for evil.

The dark brown dead tree stumps are like strange tombstones, standing quietly in the dead and noisy woods.

Lu Li quietly stared at the tree stump until he passed in front of it.

The lonely Psius was awakened by grief at the stump, and let out a sad canine whimper.

"Tell me about the strange lair."

"You want revenge?" Catalina frowned and looked at Lu Li: "Don't take risks, we can't fight against the weird."

"I want to know about nest structures and weird species."

Pusius didn't see much weirdness.

The main body of the strange lair is underground, a sewer of old Belfast. It is so dark that it is difficult to discern the outline of the surroundings. Even when talking to them, the appearance of the suspected leader of the strange lair is unclear.

But Pusius felt that they were not strong, otherwise they would not have succumbed to the edge of the ruins of Belfast, nor would they have been easily allowed to leave to inform their companions.

They need new members, or food.

But the Weird Nest can still tear them apart like a newspaper.

The structure of the nest is also hidden in the darkness, but it is not difficult to judge. The rules among the weird are not too complicated, and are usually a simple law of the jungle.

The strongest person becomes the leader, and the weak person is at the bottom, as well as the backup food.

"Is there any information about the Church of the Twisted Vine?"

Pusius shook his head and recalled the conversation in the lair.

Asked about the temptation of the Twisted Vine Church due to evil. He claimed that his companions wandering outside the city were all hungry and whether there were any traces of delicious humans in the ruins of Belfast.

In order to get them to stay or something, the leader revealed some information.

Apart from the hard-to-provoke heretics and the hard-to-find survivors who are hiding like rats, the only place in the city where a large number of humans are known to gather is the Church of the Twisted Vine.

Unfortunately, Evil Fall couldn't ask more clearly. He wanted to know more, but the leader stopped him on the pretext that he would know everything after joining the lair.

"They lied to us, right?" Pusius asked with hatred.

It actually truly believed that the nest wanted to recruit them.

"have no idea."

It might be a weird thing sneaking out to look for food, or it might be an instruction from the leader of the weird lair, or both.

While Lu Li and Pusius were talking, Catalina frowned, quietly landed behind Lu Li, and pulled out the dagger.

She curled up her abdomen and pointed the blade towards the left side of her abdomen, creating a gap in the edge of the leather armor that had been with her for several years, leaving an arc-shaped hole like a moth.

Catalina exhaled her turbid breath and became much more relaxed. She put away her dagger and followed Lu Li and Pusius.

When returning to the coastline leading to Wanghai Cliff and the northern side of the forest, they faced a choice.

The approach of winter makes the days shorter, and towards 3 p.m., a strange fog will appear in the darkness.

There was still an hour and a few minutes left, and they had no time to return to the north coast.

Should we take the risk of continuing to travel for an hour in the strange fog, or return to Wanghai Cliff, which has lost its protective capabilities, to spend the night.

Both options sound terrible.

"Will the elm forest block the existence in the fog?" Katarina stopped.

"Part of it." Lu Li looked at her calmly.

"Then I suggest looking back at the sea cliff."

"Why."

"The Weird Fog is more dangerous than you think... as many hunters die in it as are killed by the Weird."

"Shouldn't we shorten the time we spend in the strange fog?" Pusius asked. It is self-evident which is longer, an hour or a day.

"But the fog will only appear in the fog. As long as the bonfire is big enough to disperse the surrounding fog, they will not be able to get close to us."

But torches don't work.

30 minutes later, two wooden houses leading to Wanghai Cliff appeared in front of them.

They had 30 minutes left to build a bonfire.

Looking for firewood on the top of Wanghai Cliff. Dry firewood is a complete luxury, as the corrosive sea breeze also makes everything damp and humid.

However, they brought kerosene, forced the wet charcoal to burn, and then used the flame to dry the firewood. The follow-up became much smoother.

Turbulent smoke filled the cave, but fortunately most of it got into the chimney on the fireplace and was blown away by the sea breeze blowing over the sea cliff before forming an obvious smoke column.

"Evil Fallen is right about one thing." Catalina's cheeks were blackened by smoke. She piled a pile of wet wood next to the campfire and said to Lu Li: "You are like a piece of cake with a sweet aroma. Anyone can do it."

When you smell it, everyone wants to eat it.”

Lu Li didn't answer, and Catalina hadn't finished speaking yet.

"The Evil Dead is dead, so I will be the one who goes to the city to look for the Church of the Twisted Vine tomorrow." She said while flicking the flames in the fireplace.

"And me." Psius agreed firmly.

Lu Li remained silent and left the cave.

"Mr. Lu Li..."

"Let him think quietly for a while." Catalina stopped Pusius who wanted to follow.

The sea breeze blew through the body, and the tips of the hair swayed with the wind.

Lu Li stood beside the dead Annie, looking at the gray world of death.

On the leaden sea surface, a strange fog is spreading.

His black eyes left the sea, and Lu Li prepared to return to the cave.

At this moment, he suddenly felt a looming light beside him, like a star that was almost extinguished by thick clouds.
