One hundred and eighty-four. Luokou Town, Void World, Dark Star City

Cape Storm.

Ocean-going ships from the ice-free port of Wiener dock at the crude port.

The Inquisition team, disguised in religious uniforms, dragged giant wooden boxes off the ship and followed several convoys of people.

They chose the team with the least inspection. But when they paid the fare, a team member came around behind them and kicked the wooden box with his dirty boots.

The team member ignored the glare from the guy who was almost two meters tall, raised his chin and asked: "What's in it?"

Team leader Hoggart turned his hood to the team member who was too close to the wooden box: "Goods for guests."

"Open for inspection."

He patted the wooden box again and wanted to return to the convoy.

A strong body that could not be concealed by the clerical robes stood in front of him.

The team member pushed his hand towards the strong man without fear: "You want to cause trouble on our territory? Civilian"

A sharp sound pierced the air, and the strong man tensed his body.

There were traces of the blade piercing into the wooden box, and the team member screamed in agony while covering the three missing fingers.

Bastos and two of his men appeared in front of him. One of them, a skinny monkey-like servant, was playing with several blades.

"What's going on?"

Bastos, who was wearing the fur of a beast, asked the other men.

"These civilians were buying tickets, and Weir asked to open them for inspection, and then... Master Hesma cut off his fingers..." the subordinate replied fearfully.

Bastos' cold, vulture-like gaze fell on the silhouettes of the four black robes, feeling their... anger.

"Are you going to resist?"

Team leader Hoggart stepped forward: "There are goods we prepared for a distinguished guest. They cannot be opened."

Bastos watched them silently, and the atmosphere was terrifyingly depressing. After a moment, he said in a low voice: "Bring the detection bug."

The thin monkey servant holding the blade left, and then the man with the broken finger dared to return to the convoy with his palm in hand.

"Idiot, are you tarnishing the reputation of my team?"

Bastos's seemingly calm words made Weir shudder, and he endured the severe pain to explain: "I'm sorry, boss... I think they are suspicious... How come civilians are carrying such big and heavy wooden boxes."

After a few seconds of silence, Bastos waved his hand impatiently: "Go away and stop the bleeding. If you delay the departure, you will be a new pig."

Weir, who was covered in cold sweat, ran away and ran past Hesma, a skinny monkey holding maggots that looked like maggots magnified dozens of times.

Hesma approached the wooden box with the detection bug in hand. The team leader Hoggart stopped the team member who wanted to do something and allowed him to inspect the wooden box, and then pulled out the blade.

"No problem Master."

The skinny monkey Hesma returned to Bastos and said flatteringly.

Bastos crossed his arms and glanced at them coldly: "Don't cause trouble, and don't bring trouble. Not everyone is as lucky as the exorcist."

"Exorcist? That Mr. Lu Li?"

Bachelor Lana suddenly asked.

Bastos grinned a ferocious smile that was far from friendly: "Of course, everyone here knows that the exorcist once rode in my motorcade and was saved by me from the weird leader."

"Boss Bastos only gave the Exorcist one horse. It was he who lured away the weird leader and saved the convoy and me."

The bandaged silhouette beside him suddenly said hoarsely.

Bastos' smile disappeared and he shouted angrily: "You didn't have your tongue ripped out when you were a pig."

"Did he have collusion with weirdness at that time?" Captain Hoggart said to himself.

Bastos turned his attention away from the bandaged man. His cold eyes glanced at Captain Hoggart from head to toe without any regard for politeness, and turned to leave.

"I have nothing to talk about with the Wieners."

The trouble was solved. The trial team who rented a truck loaded the wooden box onto the truck and waited for the convoy to set off.

The knights of the Inquisition saw the chaos in the wasteland, but it was only the beginning. As they left the convoy and entered the old sewers, their trials had just begun.

Chaotic and bloody branch lines, weirdness everywhere, hordes of heretics, and leaders who control the rules

For the Knights of the Tribunal, whose belief is to purify the world, this place is like hell in the eyes of the priest.

They worked hard to control their emotions and abide by the bishop's instructions.

"One day, human beings will stand on the earth again."

Captain Hoggart said to his players, but also to himself.

The length of the mine tunnel is nearly twenty miles, leading to Dark Star City or passing outside Dark Star City.

Lu Li and the others chose the latter.

The price of riding a mine cart is 10 shillings for two people, and 10 shillings for one person.

After paying everyone's ticket, they got into the minecarts that were connected like a train. They were slowly pushed by a stone monster until they went downhill and appeared ahead.

The gradually accelerating "squeak" sound of the rails rubbing against the rails lasted for several minutes, and the vision suddenly became brighter.

The minecart drove into the area where Dark Star City is located.

The Dark Star City in front of him reminded Lu Li of the underground he once was.

The underground world is also supported by rock pillars and has no end in sight. It is also a giant city. Perhaps this is one of the lost cities built by previous generations to avoid disasters.

This place is also called the city that never sleeps by some beings.

The beams of light that have been spotted in countless cities and hit the top rock walls are proof of this.

Everyone in the minecar looked at the spectacular Dark Star City in a daze. Maybe they would enter this city, but not now.

The long mine cart drove slowly past Dark Star City in the distance. Half an hour later, it entered the deep mine tunnel at the other end and reached the end.

The subsequent mine tunnel has not yet been completed, and several pitiful worms with pitted surfaces are digging into the rock.

Due to the arrival of Lu Li and others, they briefly stopped digging, causing the overseer to strike with their pickaxe.

"They want you to save them."

The eldest sister suddenly came out of her hood, lay on Lu Li's shoulder and said.

Perhaps because of the cooperation on the Allen Peninsula, Worm regarded Lu Li as someone he could seek help from.

After thinking for a moment, Lu Li walked towards the group of supervisors.

Like the rat men in fantasy novels, the minions were uneasy at the approach of the pagans. The overseer leader came with his bald tail between his legs.

Knowing that he wanted to buy these worms, the overseer leader set a price of 50 pieces of strange currency.

Expensive but worth it.

But the overseer leader then hinted that they could take away the worms for free if they were willing to bribe him with 30 weird coins.

Finally, he spent 30 pieces of weird currency to buy the worm. The rat-man overseers retreated, and Lu Li left the mine tunnel with the captured worm and returned to the branch line.

The worms were seriously injured and could no longer dig their tunnels, which was why the supervisor gave up on them so easily.

Lu Li let the worms dig out their nests to rest, then blocked the exits for them that might cause trouble, and continued on their way.

"You are... changing."

Ophelia commented on Lu Li's actions.

Compared with when we met, he has become a little different... better now.

"That's right! I like this kind of Mr. Lu Li so much!" Pusius was wagging his tail excitedly. This was exactly the same as the exorcist he imagined. Bishop Jon didn't understand and could only join in with the praise.

Lu Li said nothing and walked quietly.
