"Okay, Bodhisattva, just tell me, what do you want me to do?"
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva kept talking for a long time, and Baozi finally became impatient. He was just a ghost now and didn't even know where he was going back. What's the use of listening to so much nonsense.
In his opinion, most of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's words were about boasting about how hard he worked, how he made decisions for wronged souls, and how he redeemed ghosts.
But these things have nothing to do with his buns.
However, Baozi still heard some useful information in these words.
According to the words of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, the three realms have become different since the successful journey of the Chantan Merit Buddha to the West.
In the past, it was possible to achieve a balance between humans and other demon clans, but after traveling westward, the number of demon clan deaths increased sharply, while there were fewer and fewer humans.
Especially for monsters with good moral character, almost half of them die every year.
Except for those who have become immortals, mounts of Buddha and those who have been famous for many years and are powerful, they can still survive.
The rest are basically dead.
These just show that the layout of the heaven is so deep that it wants to completely knock the demon clan to the bottom and prevent them from ever getting back up.
Then considering the existence of the Demon Slayer Division, Baozi gradually understood the various inside stories involved.
As the Demon Slayer appointed by Heaven to control the balance of human-monsters in the mortal world, most of the time, he is on the way to catch monsters, or on the way back.
It can be seen from the East China Sea Demon Slaying Division that even in Dongsheng Shenzhou, a place where humans and monsters coexist, which the Jade Emperor personally declared, the demon clan still has little status.
Even the Dragon Palace of the East China Sea, which worked for the Heavenly Court, was wiped out by the Demon Slayer Division under the pretext of "Qilin".
The current Dragon King of the East China Sea, Ao Guang, still has to be the Jade Emperor's dragon chasing mount.
As for the Nanzhan Continent, this is even more true. The Nanhai Demon Slayer Division, supported by the Tang Dynasty, used the strength of the Tang Dynasty to clean up the entire Nanzhan Continent so that no wild monsters could be seen at all.
Such terrifying strength makes Baozi scared.
In other words, under the actions of the Demon Slayer Division in the two southeastern continents, the demon clan will only end up as human mounts or blood eaters. It is basically impossible to practice peace of mind.
Going by the trend, after the Demon Slayer Division integrates these wild monsters, it should take action against those monster families and powerful monster clans.
Obviously, the Heavenly Court will never let the demon clan have any chance to stand up. They will start with the small ones and then the big ones, leaving no one behind.
After thinking about this, Baozi's eyes slowly turned cold.
If before, his idea of leading the demon clan to find a place of freedom was based on his belief in growing up in Taoyuan Village, then his thoughts now have completely changed.
Born as a Qilin, he can no longer escape. The purpose of Heaven is not just a simple balance between humans and monsters. What they want is absolute rule.
Once their plan is successful, even if they escape to the ends of the earth, they will not give the demon clan any "Taoyuan Village" to settle down, and will only attract their endless pursuit.
"Heavenly Court, since you want to kill everyone, don't blame me for completely disrupting the order of the three realms!"
Baozi's ghost suddenly emitted a yellow light that was not inferior to the underworld.
The yellow light gradually shrank, and finally landed on the corner mark on Baozi's head. It slowly pulled out the Kirin Holy Horn, and finally pulled out a three-inch long yellow horn.
This change was clearly seen by Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. Seeing the change in Baozi's eyes, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva knew that this guy had completely hated Heaven.
And he has done so many things and lost so many virtuous ghost monks. In the final analysis, this is his purpose.
But Tingting didn't think so. Although he was Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's mount, he was also a monster.
He didn't want Baozi to be in danger, nor did he want to betray Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.
When the Monkey King, the Monkey King, asked him to identify the six-eared macaques, he failed to help his compatriots. Instead, he stood on the Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's perspective and the underworld's perspective and let the six-eared macaques go.
But now, he doesn't want to experience "betraying his compatriots" again.
Therefore, when seeing Baozi getting angry, the horn on his head suddenly flashed at an angle invisible to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.
And this flicker happened to be docked by Baozi's newly completed Qilin Holy Horn, and a message was transmitted to Baozi's mind:
"There is a conspiracy in Lingshan. It wants the demon clan to compete with the heaven and reap the benefits."
Baozi's eyelids twitched, knowing that Di Ting was reminding him, but even if he knew that this was Lingshan's conspiracy, at this moment, he had no intention of rejecting it.
After listening to Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva's words, Baozi has decided to share life and death with the Heavenly Court in order to seek peace for the demon clan.
What he has to do now is to destroy the layout of Heaven on a small scale and use all means to inform the big demons of the three realms to let them be careful of Heaven's conspiracy.
All of this begins with leaving the underworld.
Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva has done so many things, and he must have some means to make him leave. Therefore, even if he knows that there is a problem in Lingshan, he cannot break up with Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva at this stage.
Unless he can find a second way out of the underworld.
Seeing Baozi looking at him, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva immediately understood that this guy was going to ask for his help in returning to the underworld.
Hey, as soon as you open your mouth, I can save you into Lingshan and become a member of my Lingshan from now on.
Such great merit is greater than saving hundreds of millions of wronged souls. Isn't it wonderful?
The monk and the dog, each with their own thoughts, looked at each other like this, but neither of them spoke first. They seemed to be waiting for the other to make the first move.
As the saying goes, a quick sword cuts through the mess, but a slow sword will make mistakes.
Just when a monk and a dog were in a stalemate, the "mistake" caused by the "slow knife" came...
