One hundred and twentieth eight chapters Sanqing accept apprentices

In addition to Laozi, Yuanshi Tianzun and Tongtian Cult Master each began to accept disciples in the tens of thousands of years since the Sanqing Dynasty was sanctified.

The recruitment of disciples by the Sanqing Saint was naturally a major event that shocked the world. Countless cultivators came here in admiration, hoping that by joining the Saint's disciples, they would not only be able to obtain the superior teachings, but also listen to the Saint's great teachings and be protected by the great religion.

This is even more exciting than joining the heaven. After all, although being an official in heaven is majestic and has a strong backer, it is also subject to great constraints. Not only does it have to be reported at all times, but there are also corresponding responsibilities and things to deal with.

Moreover, the hierarchy in heaven is very strict, and the gods are arranged layer by layer. There is a big difference in power and status between superiors and subordinates, so the superiority and inferiority are very obvious. This is difficult to accept for some people who like to be carefree and arrogant.

Disciples of saints don't have these worries. Apart from respecting their master and obeying his instructions, they can completely ignore other people. Even senior brothers from the same sect do not have much power to restrain themselves.

For a time, Kunlun Mountain attracted a lot of attention, and countless seekers with all kinds of thoughts came here. They came in an endless stream every day and lingered in the mountain, hoping to become a disciple of the saint.

Yuanshi Tianzun accepted his disciples and believed that the disciples were not very good, so he set up a large array outside Kunlun Mountain to specifically test the luck, luck, happiness, and nature of his feet. Only those who could pass the array were qualified to become disciples.

This formation is very mysterious. It’s not that the higher the level of cultivation, the easier it is to pass. Therefore, only one out of a hundred can come out of the formation. Yuanshi Tianzun picked and picked among these people, and finally selected twelve of them.

Virtuous disciples with excellent qualifications and good character are accepted as direct disciples, namely:

Guangchengzi, Taoyuan Cave, Jiuxian Mountain.

Red sperm in Yunxiao Cave in Taihua Mountain.

The real person of Jade Cauldron in Jinxia Cave, Yuquan Mountain.

Taiyi Zhenren in Jinguang Cave in Qianyuan Mountain.

Huanglong Zhenren in Magu Cave, Erxian Mountain.

Manjushri Guangfa Tianzun in Yunxiao Cave, Wulong Mountain.

Samantabhadra in Baihe Cave, Jiugong Mountain.

Taoist Cihang of Luojiadong, Putuo Mountain.

Great Master of Lingbao from Yuanyang Cave in Kongtong Mountain.

Feiyun Cave in Jialong Mountain is afraid of leaving his grandson behind.

Jintingshan Yuwu Cave Daoxing Tianzun.

The Qingxu Moral Lord of Ziyang Cave in Qingfeng Mountain.

There were also a few souls who had passed through the great formation but had a weak relationship between master and disciple. They begged the saint to be accepted as his disciples. Tianzun felt that they were sincere in their Taoism, so he accepted them as registered disciples, namely the more famous Yun Zhongzi and Anji Xianweng.

There is another person who makes Tianzun very embarrassed, whether he accepts him or not accepts him.

Although Gai Yin is just a Daluo Jinxian, he is of higher seniority. He once listened to Taoism in Zixiao Palace, and he and Dao Zu were both masters and disciples, so he can be regarded as a peer of Tianzun.

Yuanshi Tianzun said: "Fellow Taoist is a guest in Zixiao Palace, with profound blessings and superb cultivation. Although he is only Daluo, he has also sat down with Taoist ancestors and heard the secret method of beheading corpses. The poor Taoist has nothing to teach fellow Taoist."

This statement of apprenticeship is really inappropriate."

The humane Daoist monk Ran Deng is the form of a coffin in Yuanjue Cave in Lingjiu Mountain. Because a coffin lamp is always burning on top of the coffin, it is named Ran Deng Taoist. When he was listening to the sermon in Zixiao Palace, only Tai Tai

With Yijinxian's cultivation level, many secrets of the Great Dao cannot be understood at all.

Listening to the sermon is different from attending classes in later generations. If you don’t understand, you don’t understand. There is no such thing as taking notes. Therefore, the way he obtained is incomplete and his cultivation is not progressing quickly. He is still wandering in the late Daluo period. Compared with the second generation of Zifuzhou

They are all inferior.

In order to obtain the complete Hongjun Avenue, Taoist Randeng lowered his stature and planned to worship Saint Yuqing as his teacher. This pursuit of the Tao was considered to be very sincere.

"The saint has a good appearance. Although Ran Deng has heard the Taoist sermons, his qualifications are limited and he cannot get one out of a hundred. Now I heard that the saint has recruited many disciples, preaching and teaching. Even though Ran Deng is not talented, he also has the heart to follow the Tao. I hope the saint will bow down. I have mercy on you and give you the wonderful method of burning lamps and jade."

Yuanshi Tianzun pondered in his heart, this Taoist monk Ran Deng has a very strong heart to seek the Tao, and he is sincere, which is really rare. It is not that the Yuqing Tao cannot be taught, but after all, he has a master-disciple relationship with the Taoist ancestor, and it is really difficult to arrange it in this generation.

Seeing that Saint Yuqing was shaken, Ran Deng hurriedly bowed down again and said, "I beg the teacher to take pity on me and be sincere, and accept me as my disciple."

Yuanshi Tianzun sighed secretly, held up the lamp, and said: "That's all, you are also a disciple of Xuanmen. You have cultivated the Hongjun Dao. It comes from the same source as the Yuqing Immortal Technique. There is nothing wrong with passing on your Dao. However, after all, you and the teacher Having been a master and a disciple, I can only accept half of your master's courtesy at most, which can be considered as passing on the Dharma on behalf of my master. You can be regarded as my registered disciple of Chanjiao!"

Ran Deng was overjoyed. He came here to seek Dharma. As long as Yuanshi Tianzun was willing to teach the Yuqing Dao, it was enough. As for whether he was a direct disciple, he didn't think much of it. Hearing this, he hurriedly bowed: "Disciple Ran Deng, pay my respects to the teacher."

Yuanshi Tianzun accepted half of his courtesy and said to the fourteen disciples: "Randeng Taoist friend is a senior master and a Daluo Jinxian. I now appoint him as the deputy leader of Chanjiao and manage the teaching affairs on my behalf. You should treat him as a teacher." Don’t be lazy when it comes to things.”

The disciples did not expect that Ran Deng had such an extraordinary origin, and that he was actually a guest in the legendary Zixiao Palace. They immediately felt reverence and bowed hurriedly: "Greetings to the deputy leader and Mr. Ran Deng!"

Ran Deng smiled and helped everyone up, and together they went to the back mountain with Yuanshi Tianzun, where they began to learn the teachings and teachings, and listened to Tianzun preaching in person.

Yuanshi Tianzun only accepted a total of fifteen disciples, but there were so many people who came to Kunlun Mountain to become their disciples, and I didn’t seem to have many plans to accept disciples, so the remaining people all ran to worship the Tongtian Cult Master, hoping that can be included by him.

Leader Tongtian has always admired Hongjun's teachings without distinction. Moreover, the pursuit of Jiejiao's teachings is a glimmer of hope. These disciples come to become his disciples in order to change their destiny and seek transcendence. Of course, he will not drive them away.

But after all, he is a saint, and not everyone is qualified to be his disciple. Ancestor Hongjun also has teachings, but he only has four direct disciples and four registered disciples. The others can be regarded as Xuanmen at best. Outer disciple.

Therefore, the leader of Tongtian Cult also set up a large formation at the foot of the mountain and asked everyone to join the formation. The focus of his inspection was not on the basic character of the mind, but on whether the disciples had the spirit to compete with the sky and whether they had the tenacity to survive in adversity.

After some investigation, he also followed the example of Patriarch Hongjun and accepted four direct disciples, namely: Taoist Duobao, Holy Mother of Golden Spirit, Holy Mother of Wudang, and Holy Mother of Turtle Spirit.

In addition to this, he also accepted the Seven Immortals who were accompanying him, such as Wu Yunxian and Jin Huanxian, as well as four elite outer disciples: Zhao Gongming, Yunxiao, Qiongxiao, and Bixiao.

As for the ordinary outer sect disciples, there are countless of them. As long as those who have listened to his sermons are counted, there are tens of thousands of disciples in the Jiejiao sect at one time, and their popularity is even greater than that of the ancestor Hongjun back then. He is the well-deserved number one in the prehistoric times. teach.

However, most of the disciples of the Jie Cult are monsters and aliens, and there is a mixed bag of good and bad. There are some moral ones, but there are more extremely evil ones.

These human monsters fight and kill in order to survive and cultivate, but how have they ever experienced peace and stability? Now in the holy realm of Kunlun, there are no external enemies, and the spiritual energy is rich, it is like being in a dream.

The most important thing is that rare elixirs that are rarely seen in the outside world can be found everywhere in the Kunlun Mountains, and there are also many magical objects that cannot even be imagined.

While this opened their eyes to the disciples, they were like mice falling into a rice vat. Their true nature was revealed for a while, they scrambled to snatch resources and spiritual objects, and even fought over it. This made Kunlun Mountain a mess.

Tongtian Cult Leader didn’t care about these elixirs. He didn’t care about the disciples who had low cultivation level and had needs. He let them use them. Although Yuanshi Tianzun, Laozi and others were displeased in their hearts, for the sake of Tongtian Cult Leader’s face, they reluctantly

I endured it.

However, when the second generation disciples of Chanjiao saw so many spiritual objects being wasted and even snatched at their own doorsteps, they naturally had unswerving thoughts and had many conflicts with the disciples of Jiejiao, which became more and more serious.

During this period, some Jie Cult disciples even went to West Kunlun to go wild after causing harm to East Kunlun, but they were defeated by the protected divine beasts and heavenly soldiers and generals.

Everyone's dizzy minds were suddenly awakened. This West Kunlun was the hometown of the Queen of Heaven, and it was not a place where they could act arrogantly, so they continued to do more harm to East Kunlun.
