Chapter 93 Death Fight

The crowd dispersed, the reeds swayed, and the Miracle Plain returned to its original appearance. Boom and Rikka sat by the lake, with the fishing rods still in their hands.

"Brother, if I had known it was this kind of performance, I wouldn't have come." Rikka said with some frustration, still looking at the bloody purgatory not far away.

"What? Are you afraid?" Boom was stunned when he heard this, because in his heart, Rikka had never been a little girl who hated blood.

"No, I'm just bored. I also want to float in the sky." Rikka stuck out her tongue and fished again.

Boom looked at each other dumbfounded. If he and he were not brother and sister, he would have kept away from him long ago. The ferocious things outside are not necessarily wild beasts, and biting dogs may not bark.

It was rare for him to take a vacation, so Boom stopped thinking about those things and followed Rikka while fishing and chatting about interesting things in Ogu City.

But at this moment, a noble young man walked over, followed by more than a dozen servants.

"Beautiful lady, I am a viscount. Can I invite you to lunch?" The aristocratic young man bowed slightly and stretched out his palm to Rikka very naturally.

Boom's eyelids jumped wildly when he heard this. From his point of view, this guy was simply looking for death, even when Rikka was in a bad mood.

"Not interested." Rikka still held the fishing rod, as if the other party was like air.

The noble boy retracted his hand in embarrassment, but had no intention of leaving. The servants behind him surrounded the two of them understandingly.

Other people in the fishery, seeing the excitement here, also joined in.

"My young master is a noble, but you two poor people are so presumptuous!" a servant cursed.

"Damn you, you are so shameless, why don't you kneel down and apologize!" Another servant said.

When Rikka saw that the other party was still unwilling to give in, and the crowd was getting denser, she wanted to get up and fight back. But her hand was held by Boom.

Rikka turned to look at Boom with some surprise, because she knew that Boom's character would never show off his strength in front of so many people.

However, this time she was wrong, very wrong. Boom slowly stood up, and then in front of everyone's astonished eyes, he presented the black wooden staff.

Magician! The crowd instantly began to whisper, and some people even tried to dissuade the noble, revealing their awe for the Arcane Union.

"You...are you a magician from the Secret Magic Guild?" the nobleman put away his previous arrogance and asked carefully.

"No, I'm just a wandering mage." Boom replied with a smile.

Wandering Mage! The crowd started talking again, but this time there was a hint of contempt in the voice.

"Haha, can you give me this young lady? I'm willing to pay you a hundred gold coins!" The nobleman returned to his arrogant look after hearing this. In his opinion, wandering mages are just useless.

Used garbage.

"Yes, but you have to pay for it with your life." Boom smiled, but he didn't give in when he spoke.

There was silence, and no one spoke in the entire fishing ground. This was a blatant provocation, provoking the nobles of the royal city, even just a small viscount.

"Okay, okay! If that's the case, how about we resolve this matter in the fairest way?" The noble young man laughed angrily and said with a sullen face.

"Duel? Are you a magician?" Boom glanced at the opponent with some suspicion.

"Your opponent is me, but I think a duel is too much fun, and a fight to the death is more reasonable." A junior magician slowly walked out.

The so-called death match is a competition in which both parties cannot surrender in the battle and only one person can survive. This method is rarely used by people because no one can guarantee victory 100%.

But this junior magician has enough reasons to do so. Because he has a higher level of magic than Boom, he can naturally see Boom's strength.

A moment later, everyone arrived outside the fishing ground. Boom still looked calm, and the other party also seemed confident.

The noble glanced at Rikka intentionally or unintentionally, but Rikka kept looking at Boom, and the concern in her eyes made him furious.

"What are you waiting for? Hurry up and kill this damn pig!" The noble boy was no longer graceful and cursed loudly.

"The ring of burning, the circle of flames, the flaming armor that vaporizes everything, the inseparable silent servant, in my name, the barrier of flames!" As the magician chanted, his magic robe was instantly covered in flames.

"Boy, are you ready to face death?" After completing his spell, the man looked at Boom arrogantly, as if he was a dead fish.

However, Boom was recalling the books and ancient scrolls he had read. This was his first time fighting a magician, and the other party happened to be an extremely orthodox existence.

The defensive spells went first, followed by the offensive spells. Just as Boom thought, fireballs shot at him. Although the number was not large, it was better because of the mellow magic power.

Pain, the severe pain from his shoulder made him tremble uncontrollably. Boom currently does not know any defensive spells, so naturally he can only avoid it by feeling.

Rikka, who was watching from the sidelines, bit her lip and wanted to take action several times, but was dissuaded by Boom's eyes. She didn't want Boom to get hurt, even a little bit.

"Twelve consecutive bullets!" Boom said slowly. The tip of the black wooden staff flashed fluorescently, and twelve strange fireballs appeared out of thin air beside him.

When the magician saw this, his jaw almost dropped in shock. What does it mean to be able to condense twelve fireballs in an instant? What does it mean to be able to change the state of fireballs?

But these questions of his can only be buried in his heart forever. Because except for a trace of residual thoughts, his body has long since disappeared, not even a piece of flesh is left.

"Next!" Boom turned to look at the other person behind the noble boy, who was also a junior magician.

"Kill him!" The nobleman grabbed the magician by the collar and threw him into the death ring.

But more than ten seconds later, this person was also blasted into a soul by the Zodiac's bullets. Boom still stood there, never moving forward or retreating.

The crowd burst into applause, shouts, and screams. If the previous kite performance was the main meal, then Boom's killing was the dessert.

And Rikka had already suppressed her blush, her eyes were full of admiration, and it was difficult to conceal the admiration in her heart. She shouted along with the crowd and kept waving her arms.

After two consecutive rounds of the Zodiac, Boom is now completely empty in his body. The only thing he can do is perhaps to pose like this.

Putting away the black wooden staff, Boom looked at the noble boy. His meaning was simple. Since he survived the death battle, the matter was over.

Turning around and walking to Rikka, Boom took her hand and slowly walked out of the crowd. Today, I was satisfied, so I'd better go back quickly.

However, at this moment, the noble boy spoke again, but his words were meant for the servants to listen to.

"Kill him, and I promise to give you freedom!" The noble boy said, looking at Boom and Rikka bitterly.

Bang! The chain fell. This man was a prisoner and a mid-level warrior. His bloodshot eyes slowly opened, and a standard steel sword was pulled out of its leather sheath.
