Jia Yuanchun, who had already understood his situation, suddenly realized the trouble at this time.
I came home to visit my relatives, but it's not like I won't go back in the future. After I go back, if the emperor really asks me, how will I, the "Fengzao Palace Minister" who is known as the most literary and talented person in the palace, respond? Baoyu's poem is "the sound of overwhelming music", let's look at the one about welcoming the spring:
The scenery in the garden is unique and wonderful, and it is a pleasure to be ashamed of one's orders.
Who believes that there is such a place in the world, where you would rather not feel free to wander?
The writing was really just a makeshift: there was no scene, no emotion, it was just twenty-eight words for "the beauty of the garden".
And the poem about Tanchun is even more counter-productive:
The construction of a famous garden is majestic, so why should I be ashamed of my humble learning when I am ordered to do so?
It's so wonderful that I can't put it into words for a moment, but everything is truly radiant.
There is absolutely nothing, and what I wrote is in one sentence: "You asked me to say that the garden is beautiful, but my knowledge is poor, it is so beautiful anyway."
Although Xichun’s poems finally contain scenes:
The mountains and rivers stretch across thousands of miles, and the towers rise high into the five clouds.
The garden is built in the radiance of the sun and moon, and the scenery takes away the power of creation.
But...you are from "Thousand Miles" and "Five Clouds", are you bragging a little too much?
If this poem is presented to the emperor, the emperor will not think that the "Provincial Family Courtyard" built by our Jia family is the "Thousand Miles of Rivers and Mountains"?
Jia Yuanchun quickly picked up the poem by his sister-in-law Li Wan:
The beautiful water and bright mountains bring you back, and the romantic literary talent surpasses Penglai.
The green-tailored singing fan is fascinated by the fragrant grass, and the red-lined Hunan skirt dances with falling plum blossoms.
Pearls and jade should be passed down to the prosperous age. How lucky are the gods to come to Yaotai!
Mingyuanyi invites you to visit and enjoy it, but no mortals are allowed to come here.
As expected, she is the daughter of the Imperial College's Jiji Restaurant. At least she understands some principles of "responsive poetry", but... But your flattery is not right.
What about "praising the saints"? You didn't mention a word about it!
Instead of praising the Emperor, why are you just praising me as a god from beginning to end?
Are you trying to kill me?
When the emperor saw this poem, he thought that I was going home to visit my relatives and sang and danced, so I didn't know how to show off.
.
Finally, Yuanchun finally saw the words in Xue Baochai's poems, "The style of writing has already changed when Chen travels to the evening, and the filial piety changes when Yinglong returns to the province." It refers to the filial style of writing, and Lin Daiyu said, "How fortunate to invite favors, the palace carriages pass by frequently."
The last thing I did was to thank Tian'en, and Yuanchun finally let out the long breath he had been holding in.
Oh my God!
Among this group of sisters and brothers, there are finally two "sensible" ones.
But Yuanchun still favored Baoyu after all, and wanted to find a place for Baoyu no matter what, so he said again:
"Baoyu was young, and these three poems were written with a feeling of peace and prosperity in the world. The words and sentences are elegant, which is not easy."
Looking at the word "Yingzhi" on the paper in Jia Lian's hand, Yuan Chun couldn't help but remember that when his mother entered the palace, she mentioned that Jia Lian had snatched the Rongguo Mansion from Jia Zheng. When he thought that it would be Baoyu's property in the future, Yuan Chun couldn't help but think of it.
I am quite dissatisfied with my spring heart.
In addition, Yuanchun was afraid that Baoyu would not understand the meaning of the note written by Daiyu, and was reluctant to let Baoyu lose face, so he turned to Jia Lian:
"Can you understand the meaning of the word 'yingzhi' written by Sister Lin?"
Jia Lian had just received Lin Daiyu's advice. At this time, he calmly stepped forward and saluted and replied:
"Whenever the author is mentioned because of the emperor's order, it is called "Yingzhi", whether it is a palace banquet, an imperial examination, a composition, or a poem.
Since the emperor has issued an edict, the ministers should be considerate of kindness and righteousness, and use their literary talents to entertain the emperor, praise peace, and beautiful customs."
Yuanchun was stunned for a few words.
This...is this still the unsatisfactory and vulgar son of the unsatisfied Jia She?
.
Yuanchun was older than Jia Lian, so in Yuanchun's memory, compared to Baoyu's innate "smartness, handsomeness, and good looks," Jia Lian had no ability and little potential since he was a child. He didn't like reading, and he was just a mediocre person who only knew how to play tricks.

Although Baoyu is a bit unrealistic and only likes to think wildly all day long, he is still much better than Jia Lian, a trivial person who waits all day long and only knows about vulgar pleasures and whose vision is so narrow that it makes people look down upon.
But listen to Jia Lian's few answers just now, where is the vulgarity? Where is it trivial?
Previously, Yuanchun heard in the harem that Jia Lian used Duke Rong's "Loyal and Brave Sword" to chop up an illegal coffin in the street, and he didn't believe it.
Later, I heard one after another that he was promoted and summoned by the emperor. Yuanchun still did not think that Jia Lian himself was so outstanding.
Until then.
Yuanchun immediately softened his tone and said to Jia Lian:
"Since you know a lot about it, you must also be able to write custom poems.
It makes perfect sense for you, my brother, to write this fourth poem for Baoyu."
.
"I obey."
This matter did not trouble Jia Lian. He immediately bowed and responded, turned back to the table, and handed the note written by Daiyu back to Daiyu.
Daiyu was worried about Jia Lian and couldn't help asking in a low voice:
"Can you write?"
Jia Lian saw the worry in Daiyu's eyes and asked in a low voice:
"How about giving me the poem you just wrote for Baoyu?"
Daiyu thought to herself: The paper ball I threw just now was immediately dropped by Jia Lian. I guess the paper ball is still on him.
Then he whispered:
"Be careful when copying."
Unexpectedly, Yuan Chun, who was sitting on top, slowly walked down, sat down at the big table, and said to Jia Lian:
"Write it and I'll see if you make any progress."
Daiyu was shocked when she saw it.
Concubine Jia was right next to her, so how could Jia Lian secretly take out the note and copy it?
Jia Lian didn't say anything. He took the pen and ink that Dai Yu had just used and wrote on the paper:
The apricot curtain invites guests to drink, and there is a villa in sight.
Water chestnut water and goose water, mulberry and swallow beam.
A border of spring leeks is green, and ten miles of rice flowers are fragrant.
When there is no hunger or discouragement in the prosperous age, there is no need to be busy with farming and weaving.
.
Daiyu was shocked:
I just wrote this poem on the note very fast, and Jia Lian was not next to me, how could I see it? Even if he saw it at a glance, he would never forget it? This man...
Yuanchun was also surprised.
This is a very typical literati hymn. It seems to describe a peaceful pastoral life, but in fact it praises the peace and prosperity of the country and the people, where the people live and work in peace and contentment, and praises the emperor's saintly merits, civil and military skills.
The wonderful thing is that the diction is extremely high and does not reveal any trace, and it also shows the elegance of being in the court, spending time as a fisherman, woodcutter, and farmer, as well as the magnanimity and style that a family of poetry, etiquette, hairpins, and tassels should have. More importantly, it shows loyalty.
Singing hymns, being grateful and grateful, and praising the emperor all the way to the point, the itching is at its worst.
With this poem, everyone who returned to the palace in Yuanchun gained face.
Just imagine, which person in power doesn’t like this kind of fresh and refined flattery?
Yuanchun also became wise at this time, and quickly ordered Tanchun to transcribe these poems on colored paper, and ordered the eunuch to take them outside to pass them on to Jia Zheng and others.
Not long after, Jia Zheng wrote "Ode to Returning to the Province" again, and Yuanchun also ordered people to collect it and bring it back to the palace.
.
Then naturally it was time to watch a play, and the eunuch rushed to find Jia Qiang:
"After finishing the poem, get the play quickly!"
Jia Qiang hurriedly handed over the brochure with the play list and the playlists of the twelve little actors.
