After absorbing the karma, the power of the Buddha Hell is slowly becoming stronger. This is a virtuous cycle, feeding on the karma and constantly growing the Buddha Hell.

If things go on like this, the prisoners in the Buddha Prison will become weaker and weaker, while the Buddha Prison will become stronger and stronger. In this case, no one will be able to escape.
