Chapter 35: The Time of Gamble

The flying heads caused a commotion in the convoy. Everyone was subconsciously wary of the grass and dense fog around them, thus ignoring the two agents from the Inspection Bureau walking towards them.

Vaguely, Victor could see that the two men's postures were stiff, as if they were welded to the back of a horse. They sat upright, and their dull and deliberate expressions were concealed under their round-top soft felt hats with red stripes.<

/p>

He moved his gaze downwards and saw that the feet of the other two people were closely attached to the entire horse's belly from the sides. Horse flesh and human flesh were indistinguishable from each other. The two of them looked like they were growing out of the horse's back.

.

The horses walking slowly were also filled with the smell of death, and the smell of blood spread around the agents of the Intelligence Bureau.

"They" approached the position of the second convertible. The groom and escort in the driver's seat were holding their guns and staring at each other closely. They recognized the uniforms of the Inspection Bureau they were wearing and were ready to ask Henry at the rear.

But the next second, one of the agents' head split horribly, like blooming spots, each piece filled with ferocious fangs. A disgusting tongue-like pillar of flesh emerged from

He poked his head out from the middle and licked it around the escort's head. In just a moment, the escort's head disappeared!

The burst of scarlet sprayed the driver next to him with blood all over his body. He was so stimulated by the sudden frightening scene that he opened his mouth and screamed hysterically, but he forgot that escaping was the most important action at the moment.<

/p>

It was too late. Before he could jump off the carriage, his whole body was torn into several large pieces, and the remaining limbs were scattered everywhere.

Two squirming limbs appeared from where he was sitting just now. They were the arms of another Detective Bureau agent. At this time, they had turned into terrifying organs like sickles of a mantis.

The other two escorts on the caravan stood up and drew their guns and shot at the two terrifying monsters. Their companions behind also cooperated in unleashing firepower on them.

The horses in the first two trailers were frightened and ran around wildly. Before they could break free from the noose, they were torn apart by sharp and terrifying force. The horse's head and legs flew everywhere, and the exploding blood set off a fishy wind.

The Intelligence Bureau agent "riding" on the horse was tightly stuck to the horse's body. In the smoke, the whole body of flesh and blood was constantly squirming. All kinds of terrifying organs grew out and moved toward everyone in the convoy.

The attack is simply a living meat grinder.

Some people flew dozens of meters and fell into the grass, some people's arms were covered in blood and flew into the air, and some people's stomachs were pierced and their internal organs spilled out.

When the people in the convoy realized that the counterattack was ineffective, strong fear was violently aroused in their hearts, and the roars turned into howls of ghosts and wolves. They finally had to abandon the goods and choose to escape.

A coachman was trampled under the heavy horse's hooves, his whole chest was squeezed to the point of bursting, and his internal organs were vomited out in pain.

Henry used a caravan as cover and was still attacking the two unknown monsters with his pistol. Sweat was dripping from his forehead, eager to save the still alive coachman.

Ordinary firepower obviously cannot cause much damage to it, and Henry needs support.

"Victor! There is a gun on the ground, pick it up and fire!"

After shouting several times, there was no response, but a horse howl pierced the sky. Finally, the convertible suddenly broke away from the group, turned around and fled madly towards the forest.

It was Victor who was driving the carriage. Although he looked embarrassed when he ran away, he was extremely decisive and even Henry was stunned.

Henry gritted his teeth, mounted a fairly stable brown horse, and after soothing him, he quickly followed Victor into the forest.

It was easy to catch up with Victor's horse-drawn carriage on a single rider. After bumping into each other, Henry had already arrived at the rear of the convertible.

However, at this time, the tree trunks behind began to collapse in pieces, and the blooming shrubbery shook like a turbulent wave. You could vaguely see that the terrifying creature with its fangs and claws was chasing after it!

The convoy has basically been wiped out, leaving only Victor and Henry.

When Henry noticed the violent movement behind him, he began to turn around and shoot at those terrifying indescribable objects.

A long tentacle-like thing was shot by him and retracted into the messy grass forest, but the next second, another long tentacle sprang out from the grass forest and entangled Henry

Riding horse legs.

Henry moved extremely quickly and jumped onto the bed of Victor's carriage before the horse fell.

With a jolt, Victor's yelling and cursing came from the driver's seat.

"A bunch of idiots who should have run away long ago after firing a few shots and found out that it was useless, why are they still wasting bullets?!"

Henry's face was pale, but now was not the time for internal strife. He picked up the double-barreled gun on the caravan, quickly loaded it, and aimed at the two ugly and twisted things behind.

The appearance of these two things cannot be accurately described. They are like various animal remains in a pot ready to be stewed. Their flesh and blood are connected to each other. Inside the bloody thing, you can even see the body that fell down just now.

Half a horse's head.

Victor heard the fierce gunshots behind him and felt a chill running down his spine. If he kept running like this, the horse would eventually collapse from exhaustion.

At this juncture, he finally understood what the hexagrams he had previously divined were referring to.

"When a sick person comes out of the West, he must beware of curses, for fear of contracting the disease!"

Victor could vaguely recognize that the two police officers who appeared from the forest fog were actually Weeden's two intern subordinates.

That evening, they ignored Victor's warning and drove all night, but they failed to reach Dandelion safely.

These two people must have encountered something terrifying, and finally turned into that terrifying appearance, as if they were cursed or mutated, becoming this twisted and unknown form, with only blood and killing in their eyes.

As he thought about this, Victor's right eyelid twitched. He led the horse with one hand and used the other hand to make a fortune at this critical moment!

"A, B, C, Ding, Wu, Ji, Geng... Zi, Chou, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Wu..."

If your thumb falls in the air, it indicates disaster for pedestrians!

Bad luck!

The hairs on Victor's body stood up, a chill hit his mind, and the clothes on his back were covered with cold sweat. Moreover, at this tense moment, one of the wheels of the carriage got stuck in the cracks of the rocks with a click, and broke off quite decisively.

The car body tilted, and the two fierce horses screamed shrilly. They were tilted by the tilted car body and rolled over. Victor was overturned and fell to the ground hard.

Henry was much better at it. He reacted quickly and jumped off the carriage first.

Hearing Victor's muffled moans in his ears, Henry hurried over to help him.

Victor endured the severe pain from his sitting bones and limped out of the car.

The two monsters were already close, and Henry continued to load the gun, but he also knew that without the carriage, the bullets would have little effect on the monsters.

Victor gritted his teeth, and the hexagrams about voidness emerged in his memory one after another.

"When a patient encounters a ghost, he will be safe and healthy..."

"Jie Yan's security and health..."

Muttering a few words, Victor narrowed his eyes and stared at the two fierce horses that were still struggling with the traction ropes. He immediately picked up a scattered knife from the ground and cut the traction ropes of the two horses.

It was quickly cut off.

With two long roars, the horses galloped away. Victor didn't care about the luggage on the caravan, and immediately dragged Henry and ran in the other direction.

"Empty death belongs to the earth, and it is for Gou Chen. The masters of all plans are one, five, and seven."

"One occupies the child position in Kan Palace, which is the north; the fifth occupies the chen position in the Xun Palace, which is the southeast; the seventh occupies the noon position in the Li Palace, which is the south!"

The two horses and their route were divided into three paths. The frightened horse could not control it, but Victor's escape direction took one of the three directions just calculated to the north, and the two monsters had to choose whether to chase and kill the two monsters.

The two fierce horses running away are Victor and Henry. This is a moment of luck!
