Chapter 247 Found Vader!

Just after lunch time, the doorbell of the Smart Eye Detective Agency rang.

De Gaulle put on his coat and went to open the door, and saw Victor standing upright outside.

"Why are you here just now... Oh my God! Tell me your home address quickly, otherwise I will always be waiting for you." De Gaulle asked Victor to enter the room and hurriedly cleared the table to make room for the next conversation.

.

"The place where I live is not fixed. Maybe I give you an address today, but it will change tomorrow." Victor shrugged helplessly.

De Gaulle moved his hands: "Don't you have a fixed place to live?"

"After I moved away from my relatives' house, I was always wandering..." Victor gave a random reason and then brought the topic back on track, "Let's talk about business. Has Vader been caught?"

"Not so fast. Since you are here, let me tell you something interesting." De Gaulle brought a small stool over and sat in front of the low table. The size was just right. "I went to the death scene of Luc Dillon this morning.

, you know that one? What I said last time, Progressives.”

Of course Victor knows, and that's what he came for.

Seeing his curious expression, de Gaulle continued with satisfaction: "The Inspection Bureau linked the case of the Progressives with the case of Dilio. The murderer is probably the same person, but I have carefully studied the time and found out that the murderer is the same person."

If Germany wanted to murder Luc Dillon, he wouldn't have time to kill other Progressives at the same time, unless he had accomplices."

"Obviously..." Victor simply replied. He actually knew that Vader would not be able to kill so many Progressives in a short period of time unless he used invisible techniques...

"I didn't know the situation of other cases, so I went to Luc Dillon's house today, disguised as a gardener, and slipped into the crime scene!" De Gaulle told his actions without any concealment.

Just as Victor expected, he did sneak into the crime scene and stayed there for a quarter of an hour without being discovered.

To his surprise, he was caught by the police as soon as he left the house.

The detective checked his identity and was reported by a nearby gardener who said he did not recognize him, so he was exposed.

"Why didn't the investigators from the Inspection Bureau arrest you on the spot?" Victor raised his eyebrows.

De Gaulle smiled confidently and replied: "First of all, the other party didn't know that I had gone into that room because I was discovered by them outside. Secondly, when they were questioning me, I lied to them that the client who hired me was an improvement.

Party members, if I are arrested by them, the Progressive Party will have another excuse to attack the government."

The Inspectorate is under the command of the White Crown, the president is a representative of the Liberal Party, and De Gaulle has taken advantage of the recent turmoil to protect himself.

Sure enough, when the agents from the Inspection Bureau saw that the matter was not serious, they just kicked him out.

"Well, you must have gained something after wasting so much effort, right?" Victor asked.

De Gaulle replied: "That's right! What I want to say next is that interesting thing. Do you know what the cause of death was after the autopsy, right?"

Victor thought about it for a moment, then shook his head: "How do I know this?"

This information about cyanide poisoning was revealed to Victor by Henry. According to the identity of "Vladimir", it should not be clear, so he pretended not to know.

De Gaulle clapped his hands together: "The first person to take over the case was the police station, and the body has already identified the cause of death. You won't understand if it's too professional. All you need to know is that Luc Dillon was poisoned.

"

Victor frowned and asked back without changing his face: "Is it the arrested suspect (Will)?"

De Gaulle pinched his chin: "On the surface, he is the most suspect, but there is a problem."

"what is the problem?"

"If the crime scene is protected, traces of poisoning will definitely remain. The poison was taken orally, and it was found in the mouth of the deceased. So what did he eat or drink? There should be something like this at the scene.

I was planting things, but I didn’t find any water cups or tableware. Could it be that they were taken away by the Inspection Bureau?”

If the Prosecution Bureau takes away the evidence, then Victor will definitely know that this kind of evidence is quite detrimental to Will.

However, the fact is that no news came out from the Inspection Bureau, and Elold, who was in charge of the investigation, made no progress. If it was not that he was incompetent, then the things had disappeared before the Inspection Bureau intervened.

"Is it possible at the police station?" Victor asked rhetorically.

De Gaulle categorically rejected it. He believed that he had the intelligence of the police department and believed that they would never do such a thing.

"Suppose there is an insider who is bribed by the Liberal Party or some other organization, you won't know it." Victor reminded de Gaulle, but as soon as he finished speaking, he also realized this.

That's right, is there such a person in the Inspection Bureau?

For your own benefit, side with a certain political party, hide your original identity, and act as a mole?

"John is right. The situation on the Progressive Party's side is quite complicated. In short, I don't believe it was Wade who did it. He had no reason to do that."

De Gaulle stood up from the low stool and ran to the stove to pick up the teapot.

Victor said behind him: "If Vader can be caught, things will be explained."

The appearance of the dwarf is very obvious, so it should be easy to find it after the wanted poster is posted.

But because of the recent protests and riots, the police department really cannot spare any manpower.

As for the Inspection Bureau, the designation of Vader as the scapegoat was just a verbal order from the Director of the Defense and Suppression Department and Victor. No one was officially sent to search for him. If he wanted to catch the other party, Victor might have to rely on him himself.

While the detective was making tea, Victor glanced at something written by De Gaulle on the blackboard.

The other party did a lot of homework before going to Luc's mansion and recorded the causes of death of all the dead Progressives.

Leaving aside Dilio and Luc, a middle-aged man died of drowning, an old man over seventy died while having sex with three prostitutes, and a man died...

Except for DiLeo, everyone died on the same day, less than 12 hours apart.

If Vader is really a secret second seer of the Wheel of Fortune, his assessment experts can indeed kill Dilio who has a heart attack.

But what about Luc? Could the evaluators have predicted that he would be poisoned? And then accelerated the process?

There are also drowning, death from indulgence...etc.

The causes of death of the latter few are beyond the scope of assessment experts.

Victor felt as if someone had deliberately connected Dilio with someone else.

The purpose of doing this seems to be to trigger protests and unrest and gain more support for his party before the election.

If this dirty water is to be poured on the Liberal Party, Will Evans is a very important link, because his contact person Yu Rugos is a Liberal Party member.

Thinking about it from another angle, could Urugos be a hidden member of the Progressive Party? Judging from the results, it is really possible that the Progressive Party is the mastermind behind the scenes. They kill their own people and then use Urugos to

Gus lured Will into a trap, framed the blame on the Liberal Party, and forced President George to lose the election and step down in the next election...

While Victor was thinking, De Gaulle's doorbell rang again.

Victor's train of thought was disrupted.

At this time, a small paper ball was stuffed through the long frame under the door.

De Gaulle put down the teapot and went over to take a look, then a proud smile appeared on his face.

"Found it! My helper found Vader's whereabouts for me!"
