Chapter 479 Crazy Apartment

"What happened? Are you bastards on a white-collar salary?"

Tony kept scolding the investigator responsible for guarding Pickman along the way, and it was he who came to report to the director.

After getting the news, Tony immediately issued a notice and launched a city-wide wanted search for Pickman.

Victor and Li Anlong also found out about it later.

Next, the investigators responded very quickly, and someone else came to report that Pickman had hid back in his residence in Sanfran.

Victor remembered that Pickman once said that he was staying with his friends or relatives?

So, Tony personally led the team and pulled a large group of people to Pickman's residence.

When they arrived there, they discovered that something unusual had happened to the detectives who had come over previously to monitor the situation.

Someone was injured, and two other agents were holding down a frantic middle-aged man.

There was chaos on the street, and a madman was chasing passers-by with a kitchen knife.

"What happened?!"

Tony was extremely shocked and quickly ordered his subordinates to control the situation and protect the citizens.

"Block the door!"

The agent with the injured leg roared hoarsely, but as soon as he finished speaking, a horrified but extremely aggressive resident with bloodshot eyes rushed out from the nearby apartment building.

He didn't say much nonsense at all, picked up the knife and fork in his hand and rushed towards Tony.

Tony was unexpectedly knocked down by the opponent. As soon as he opened his eyes, he saw the fork from above poking towards his eyes.

Tony screamed, tilted his head, and narrowly avoided the attack.

Then, Victor stepped forward and kicked the lunatic away.

Tony immediately got up and pointed a gun at the man, originally intending to threaten him to drop his weapon, but the lunatic was not afraid of the gun at all and had completely lost his mind. Fear filled his body, and now he only had the instinct to attack.

Finally, after a gunshot, Tony blew his head off.

But then, heart-rending and frightening screams came from the apartment building again, as if something extremely terrible was happening inside.

At this time, Victor remembered the reminder just given by the injured detective, so he stepped forward, closed the door to the entrance of the apartment, and then requisitioned wooden strips and nails from the grocery store next door to block the door.

The chaos on this street has already attracted the police.

They worked with the Police to maintain order and appease the people. Fortunately, the door to the apartment was blocked and no other lunatics appeared.

Another quarter of an hour later, a big shot came. It was a luxurious carriage, and the person who got out of it turned out to be the mayor of Sanfran.

"It's so cruel... It's so cruel!"

The short fat man stared at the injured and stabbed citizens on the street, his eyes full of horror.

The hospital's rescue team also arrived. In addition to the injured agent from the Inspection Bureau, five citizens were injured, and two citizens died of excessive bleeding.

And these were all done by the two lunatics who rushed out first.

"Pickman lives in this building!" Tony wiped the sweat from his forehead with a handkerchief and pointed at the window upstairs angrily.

Victor and Rianlong looked at each other, and they knew clearly that these crazy residents were the same as the audience in that club.

But it was broad daylight and the streets were full of pedestrians, so the impact of such an accident was quite severe.

Except for the madman who was shot to death by Tony, the first two madmen who ran out to attack passers-by were all controlled.

They were tied to chairs and kept struggling and roaring. Their eyes were swollen with blood, and blood was flowing out of their ears and noses.

"Doctors, can you save these two people?" The mayor didn't know whether he passed by by chance or came after being notified. He tried his best to show that he cared about the people very much in front of people.

The medical staff tried their best, but when they got close to the madman, they would attack him with their teeth, making them unable to communicate at all.

After just a few minutes, the two madmen were trembling all over, and their orifices were bleeding profusely. No matter how hard the doctors and nurses tried to save them, they could not save their lives.

However, things were not at their worst yet. The door that Victor had nailed just now was hit with a strong force, and there were other residents inside who were trying to break out.

The mayor didn't know the whole story, so he immediately made a speech to condemn the Inspection Bureau, asked them why they blocked the door, and demanded that they open the door immediately to rescue the residents in the building.

But as soon as he finished speaking, a window upstairs was broken, and two figures fell directly from the height of the third floor.

One of them hit his head on the ground, his brain exploded, and he died instantly in front of people.

There was also a young woman who broke her leg, but she got up, grabbed a pair of scissors in her hand, and stabbed the nearest mayor directly.

Fortunately, the policeman next to the mayor reacted quickly and picked him up and ran away quickly.

After a while of work, the woman's hands and feet were also tied, but just like the madman before, she struggled for a while and still bled to death from her orifices.

"Mr. Mayor! You saw it! All the residents in this building have become like this!" Tony is not under the jurisdiction of city hall officials, so he has no good feelings toward politicians who only care about votes.

He organized the people in the Inspection Bureau and arranged a plan to completely clean up the building and eliminate all threats inside.

The wooden planks can be removed, but that is when the Inspection Bureau has prepared weapons and is about to go in to deal with the problem.

Upon seeing this, the fat mayor stopped Tony's people and said to them: "No! Tony Carlos, you are murdering! We should try our best to save them!"

"They're hopeless! Can't you see?" Tony's tone of voice almost made him spit in the mayor's face.

As a result, the mayor grabbed him by the collar and threatened: "My term is coming soon. Can't you let me retire safely before the election?"

Sure enough, it was for official career. Tony sneered at this and ignored him at all. He immediately ordered his subordinates to load all the weapons and bullets, and then went to remove the wooden boards.

Victor did not stop them. After all, the mental bodies of these people had been completely destroyed, which meant that they were all trapped in the lethality of fear and had no chance of surviving.

They were caught off guard before and were outnumbered, but now they are well prepared. The agents' weapons are pointed in the direction of the entrance to the apartment, where the wooden boards are still being hit by some force.

Tony dared to be the first to do so and demolished the planks himself.

Strangely enough, when he was about to remove the wooden planks, the person behind the door stopped knocking him, as if he had avoided the door.

Tony swallowed, listened carefully to the movement behind the door, and paused for a minute before continuing to dismantle it.

boom!

boom!

The three wooden boards nailed by Victor were removed again. Tony glanced at the agents, then took a deep breath and quickly opened the door.

They originally thought that a large group of crazy residents would be crowded behind the door, but they obviously misjudged the terrifying existence inside the building.

At the opened entrance, no one was standing there, only an extremely twisted and ferocious object squeezed out from inside, like a flood that burst a dam, rushing crazily towards the entire street...

The speed was so fast that it exceeded people's reaction.

Victor felt his eyes go dark, and there was a huge tearing sensation in his body, as if his internal organs were about to be shattered.

But he didn't really die. In fact, he didn't even have time to know what happened.

The scenery in front of him suddenly changed. The street was still the same street, but wherever he looked, it didn't look like the Sanfran in his impression...

The day turned into night, the crowd disappeared, and he was the only one left...

The building was still there, but it was covered with weird and twisted plants and attached to minerals that he had never seen before.

The apartment building is still ahead, the entrance door is open, it is dark inside, and only the shadow of the corridor and stairs can be vaguely seen.

There was almost no light in the entire building, except for a weak candlelight flickering in a window on the uppermost floor, the fourth floor.
