Summary at the end of the volume and preview of the new volume
I finally finished writing the third volume [Leaping over the Dragon Gate], let me summarize it.
The main text is 263,000 words and the outline is 50,000 words.
If the full score is 10, then I think this volume can be given a 7.5.
0.5 points more than the second volume.
The 0.5 points are due to the grasp of the structure of the entire volume, the advancement of the plot, and the description of several climaxes. I feel that the writing has the desired flavor.
So it is an improvement compared to the second volume.
Let’s review the contents of Volume 3 again.
The first half, which is the three climaxes, was actually written very satisfactorily, and I guessed that subscriptions would increase.
The first one is the enthronement of his master Zhang Ruogu. Qi Heshan understood his master’s good intentions, and then tens of thousands of carps jumped over the dragon gate, just to make a pilgrimage to Kunlun Mountain and save his master’s life. He wrote all the scenes he wanted to write, which was very satisfy.
The second one is the invasion of the superpowers. It is to point out that the superpowers from a foreign land have mastered the secrets and inheritance on the Rubik's Cube, and also allows the big monsters to vent their anger, so this climax design was created.
The third climax is naturally when Meng Gungun and Xiao Qing come out and establish rules in the world.
Among them, Xiao Qing defeated Lao Tianshi, Meng Gungun fought against three, and swept across the world with one sword, making him invincible in the world.
As well as the foreshadowing of Meng Gungun digging up a dragon egg, and the scene of entering the Rising Sun Realm, I thought the writing was so flavorful! I was also very satisfied.
These are also the three major highlights of the first half of the third volume.
When designing these plots, I guessed that my grades would go up, and the result was as expected, they went up a bit.
Unfortunately, when I was writing the third climax, due to some unkind operations, the number of readers who followed the update decreased. This is very sorry and helpless.
As for the second half of the third volume, the highlights are the gods in the foreign land, An Chen training the students, showing Meng Gungun's sword skills, and pointing out the direction for Xiao Qing's breakthrough.
Finally, the scene ends with Xiaoqing breaking through and entering the Ten Thousand Valleys Realm, five big monsters coming out of the mountain to challenge, and Xiaobai and Xu Xinyan's reunion.
The big climax in the second half is also missing a bit.
The main thing is that it has shifted from conflict to foreshadowing, with a little less tension, so subscriptions have been gentle, which is to be expected.
In addition, this volume also has two obvious shortcomings.
The first one is Zhou Yixing's identity as a time traveler. It was not dealt with in a smooth manner and was rather abrupt. It was just explained using a diary and a few things.
As for why you need to write so many time-travelers?
This is one of the settings, related to the origin of the system.
The second disadvantage is updates.
At the end of the third volume, the updated chapters are all about preventing theft, which makes book friends who follow the update feel annoyed.
This is also a helpless move. In order to maintain full attendance, I have no choice but to do it. I can only work hard to adjust it in the fourth volume. Again, I ask for your forgiveness.
As for the setting of this volume [Leaping the Dragon Gate], it is actually quite interesting.
The name naturally comes from the meaning of carp leaping over the dragon gate.
The dragon gate is a difficulty for carp.
Therefore, in this volume, the main thing I want to write about is the process of each character overcoming their own difficulties.
For example, in the beginning, teacher Zhang Ruogu was Zhang Kongming’s difficulty, Red Carp’s difficulty, and Qi Heshan’s difficulty.
Then Xiaoluo's classmate and his old master Zhang Youdao, friends and teachers, are Lin Qianyi's difficulties. After jumping over them, he can see the heaven and the earth.
Then, the cuteness is a difficulty for the red carp, and it is still struggling to overcome it.
In the end, Anchen is a difficulty for all students and people outside, and it is also an insurmountable hurdle.
But eventually someone will try to overcome it, such as Meng Gungun and Xiao Qing, their discussion with the teacher, and the scene where Zhou Yixing pays homage to An Chen.
Everyone, every big demon, is leaping over the dragon gate to overcome difficulties and see the new sky.
So this process is actually the process of cultivation, the process of gradually becoming stronger.
After writing the third volume [Leaping over the Dragon Gate], the first half of the Blue Star chapter is over.
Within the expected length, the second half also has three volumes. I hope it can be written better and the plot can be polished to be more rounded, natural, and more beautiful.
As for the title of the fourth volume, it is called [Human World].
"In the human world, in the vast mortal world, there are joys and sorrows, joys and sorrows, separation and reunion, family and country's righteousness, and hidden identities of all living beings."
I also plan to write this volume in the form of a travelogue, describing the love between children, grudges, lofty sentiments, and feelings about family and country.
I hope that everyone's first impression of reading the novel can be found in this volume.
If it can be done, even if it is more than half successful, I hope that when the time comes to summarize, I can score an 8 or above.
The main perspective of the fourth volume is of course placed on An Chen, which is also a brand-new attempt and writing method.
So this can be considered a work in progress.
If the writing is not good, please bear with me and give me your valuable opinions.
Some readers said earlier that an upgrade article will be written later.
No need to worry, everyone.
This book mainly focuses on the plot, including training and combat, but it doesn’t take too much writing, mainly because I’m not very good at it.
So I just use my strengths and avoid weaknesses, write a good plot, tell some interesting and fun stories, and introduce some characters with different personalities for everyone to see. This is good.
This is also the intention throughout this book.
After reading this, you may also be confused and don't know what the plot is.
In fact, some of the foreshadowing and foreshadowing in the first three volumes point to the day when An Chen will see the light of day again.
So this is the core plot of the Blue Star chapter.
After everyone understands this, if you think about the previous plot or watch the subsequent plot, you will understand what is being written.
If you ask yourself, the plot behind it is still very good, so I would like to pass it up and ask everyone to continue reading.
As for the update, we will try our best not to prevent theft, so please bear with me, brothers and sisters.
