Chapter 6 Entering the Tiger Prison

As the ancestor of martial arts, Wang Liangyu did not dare to take on the identity.

Because Wang Liangyu knew that he was not worthy.

In response to Wang Liangyu's repeated rejections, Confucius just smiled and did not continue the topic. Instead, he and Wang Liangyu had a serious discussion about martial arts and Qi cultivation, offering advice and suggestions to Wang Liangyu, and putting forward his own ideas and suggestions.

Wang Liangyu was filled with joy and started discussing with Confucius seriously.

Under the guidance of Confucius, a Confucian sage, Wang Liangyu gained a lot from cultivating Qi in martial arts.

Winter turns to spring, and several months pass in the blink of an eye.

It’s been less than a month since the Dao Discussion Conference started.

"Yan Hui, when should we set off?" Seeing that the day was getting closer and closer, but there was still no movement from the Confucian family, Wang Liangyu was a little impatient, so he grabbed Yan Hui and asked.

Yan Hui smiled and explained: "There are still a few senior brothers who haven't arrived yet. We still have to wait for a few days."

"Who else are you waiting for?" Wang Liangyu frowned, thinking of the increasing number of people in the hall recently, and thought to himself, "Confucius wouldn't want to bring all three thousand disciples there, right?"

The Dao Discussion Conference was held at Junji Peak of Taishi Mountain. The venue was not small. Lu Qi led people to build it more than a year ago. Although Wang Liangyu had never seen the scale of construction of Junji Peak in this era, in the Spring and Autumn Period of the Condor World

The storyteller had seen it in his fantasy. It would be no problem to entertain seven or eight hundred people, but if all three thousand Confucian disciples were to go there, there would probably be no room for them all!

Yan Hui seemed to notice Wang Liangyu's worry and said slowly: "Master's intention is to select some people among his disciples and then go to the Dao Discussion Conference."

"Ah?" Wang Liangyu was startled when he heard this, with a look of astonishment on his face, "Master, you want to hold a primary election?"

Yan Hui smiled slightly awkwardly and said solemnly: "The Master attaches great importance to the discussion of Taoism among various schools of thought."

When Wang Liangyu heard this, he didn't expect Confucius to attach such great importance to it.

A few days later, there were more and more Confucian disciples in the hall. Some Confucian sages who were familiar to Wang Liangyu, such as Zigong and Zilu, rushed back from all directions.

Subsequently, the preliminary elections within Confucianism began.

The primary election is divided into two parts, the literary selection and the martial arts selection.

The anthology, as the name suggests, mainly tests their understanding of Confucian classics, discusses the Confucian path, and debates.

The martial arts selection is relatively simple, with direct Confucianism dueling, and the strength is judged by strength.

In the first astronomical anthology, almost all Confucian disciples participated. Thousands of people expressed their opinions, argued and spat.

After a day of arguing, no one can convince anyone.

Even when the quarrel arose, Confucius was useless. Even he would sometimes be refuted by his disciples and become speechless.

Wang Liangyu watched the whole process, amazed, and marveled at the abundant vitality of Confucianism. Why should such Confucianism be unhappy?

The anthology lasted only one day and ended, with 72 people barely selected.

The next day, the martial arts competition.

Compared with the liveliness of the literary selection, the martial arts selection was slightly deserted. The vast majority of Confucian disciples were self-aware and knew their own Confucianism and Confucianism level, so they did not participate. In the end, only the seventy-two people participated yesterday.

The martial arts selection was held in the courtyard of the museum, where they competed for cultivation and Confucian skills.

After a fierce battle, only ten of the seventy-two were left, namely Yan Hui, Min Ziqian, Ran Boniu, Zhong Gong, Ziwo, Zigong, Ran You, Zilu, Ziyou, and Zixia.

Among the ten people, Wang Liangyu was the most familiar with Yan Hui and Zigong, while the other eight had only heard of their names but did not know who they were.

However, in the martial arts competition, Wang Liangyu truly saw the extraordinary strength of the ten people. Each one of them was brilliant and powerful, not much weaker than Yan Hui.

Wang Liangyu couldn't help but sigh at this. Confucianism is really strong. No wonder Confucianism will become a famous school in the world and spread for thousands of years.

With this ability to teach disciples, there is no reason why Confucianism should not prosper!

After the primary election, two days later, Confucius took ten other outstanding young disciples, including Yan Hui and Zeng Shen, and set out for Mount Taishi.

The rich man Zigong paid for a large ship and carried everyone into the Yellow River via Qishui River and up the river.

Passing Chaoge, Wang Liangyu mentioned the reclusive Guiguzi in Yunmeng Mountain, hoping that Confucius would come forward and invite Guiguzi to attend the Taoism Conference.

Previously, Wang Liangyu was blocked from going to Yunmeng Mountain, and was kicked out after being taught a lesson by Gui Guzi.

Although Wang Liangyu left a message at the end, Wang Liangyu was not sure whether Gui Guzi would participate, so he wanted Kong Fuzi to take action, maybe Gui Guzi would give him face.

After hearing Wang Liangyu's request, Confucius shook his head and refused, saying: "There is no need to force it." After a pause, he added, "If he means it, he will go ahead. If he doesn't mean it, forcing it is useless."

Wang Liangyu heard this and had no choice but to give up.

The boat sailed for several days and arrived at Hulao.

When Wang Liangyu came down from Taishi Mountain, he rode to Hulao, but now Wang Liangyu and his party don't need to.

Because Hulao is located at the junction of the Yellow River and the Si River, it is easier to travel along the Si River to reach the vicinity of Taishi Mountain.

Confucius traveled around the world throughout his life, but he had never been to Hulao Pass. He was very curious about this historic city, and took a group of disciples to wander around while the boatmen were replenishing supplies.

Although it was his first time to come to Hulao Pass, Confucius cited scriptures and told the origin of Hulao Pass to the disciples behind him as he walked:

""The Biography of Emperor Mu" records: The emperor was hunting in Zheng, and there was a tiger in the grass. The soldiers of Qicui captured it and offered it to the east of Guo, so it was called tiger prison."

Wang Liangyu was among the crowd and didn't pay much attention to it. But after hearing Confucius' words, he was startled. Suddenly he remembered something and couldn't help but asked: "Master, is this "The Biography of Emperor Mu" real?

?”

The reason why I asked this was because Wang Liangyu suddenly remembered that during the Republic of China, Wang Liangyu accidentally captured two foreign cultural relic thieves and found out from their mouths a story about the battle between gods and demons in ancient times. Later, after Chen Yulou's many investigations and verifications, he determined that

This ancient secret is true. It is known that the gods and men of heaven and earth lived together in the Western Zhou Dynasty, and this led to the ancient practice skills and the picture of the beasts.

This chapter is not finished yet, please click on the next page to continue reading the exciting content! The Hundred Beasts Diagram is a technique created by the ancient humans to imitate the postures of wild beasts. It has the effect of strengthening the body, clearing the meridians and activating collaterals, and can even absorb and fuse

Using the essence and blood of alien beasts, you can practice the magic of alien beasts, and you can use the magical powers of alien beasts.

This method is the source of human martial arts!

Wang Liangyu clearly remembered that Chen Yulou had quoted the records in "The Biography of Emperor Mu" when he introduced him to him.

Later, Wang Liangyu also deliberately learned about "The Biography of Emperor Mu", and then he knew that "The story of King Mu of Zhou riding eight horses to the west to patrol the world, traveling 35,000 miles, and meeting the Queen Mother of the West" came from this book.

Hearing Wang Liangyu's question, Kong Fuzi looked surprised, nodded and said, "Of course it's true!"

Wang Liangyu's thoughts moved and he continued to ask: "Is the Eight Horses of the Emperor of Zhou really a monster? Does the Queen Mother of the West also exist?" After that, without waiting for Confucius' answer, he continued to ask, "Does Master know about the Map of One Hundred Beasts?"

Returning to the Spring and Autumn Period, Wang Liangyu was not surprised by the era when gods and men lived together in ancient times. Wang Liangyu was more concerned about the practice of the Hundred Beasts Map, the source of human martial arts.

When Confucius heard this, he was startled for a moment, and then he let out a long sigh and asked in a quiet voice: "You actually know the Map of One Hundred Beasts?"

Wang Liangyu nodded and looked at Confucius expectantly, hoping to get some good news from him.

There are a total of 108 pictures of strange beasts in the Hundred Beasts Picture, so it is called the Hundred Beasts Picture. By training the body of a hundred beasts, one can obtain the appearance of a hundred beasts, which is comparable to the four evils of ancient times.

It's a pity that after many disasters, the paintings of hundreds of beasts were scattered and lost. When it was passed down to the Shang and Zhou dynasties, not even one of the hundred paintings remained. When King Ping moved eastward, not even one of the hundreds of beasts was left!

During the Republic of China, Chen Yulou's "Hundreds of Beasts" was only a human-made "Hundreds of Beasts" imitating the "Hundreds of Beasts". Although it had the shape, it lost its meaning. It no longer had the charm of the real "Hundreds of Beasts" and could not be considered a real painting.

The picture of the beasts.

Seeing Wang Liangyu's expectant look, Confucius smiled bitterly, shook his head and said: "The picture of the beasts has been lost for a long time, and I have only heard of its name. What a pity!" After a while, he explained,

Behind Confucius, Yan Hui and other disciples looked confused when they heard this. They looked at Confucius and Wang Liangyu curiously, not knowing what the Hundred Beasts Picture in their mouths was.

Seeing the expressions of all the disciples, Confucius sighed softly again, and immediately introduced the Picture of One Hundred Beasts to everyone.

After a pause, Confucius introduced again: "In the past, dogs and soldiers broke into Haojing, King Ping moved eastward, and more than half of the classical books collected in the Zhou royal family's collection room were lost. Twenty-one years ago, the Zhou princes were defeated in chaos, and they brought

The classics of the Zhou Dynasty went to Chu, and when the prince died, the classics of the Zhou Dynasty disappeared without a trace."

After everyone heard this, they all had regretful expressions on their faces.

Wang Liangyu also looked disappointed. He originally thought that he could get some information about the Picture of One Hundred Beasts from Confucius, but he didn't expect that even the knowledgeable Confucius wouldn't know.

Seeing the expression on Wang Liangyu's face, Confucius knew Wang Liangyu's dedication to martial arts. He pondered for a while and said: "Li Er, the history of Zhou Shou Tibetan, who has been stationed in the Tibetan Tibetan Room for decades, is knowledgeable and knowledgeable, and may know all kinds of beasts."

picture!"

Wang Liangyu's eyes suddenly lit up when he heard this, with a bright divine light on his face, and his face was full of expectation: "Master, do you think Li Er will participate in this conference on Taoism?"

The master pondered for a moment and shook his head: "Li Er's teaching follows nature, and he does everything without doing anything."

Wang Liangyu was greatly disappointed, so he changed his mind and asked, "Master, do you know where Li Er is now?" After a pause, he added, "I will go visit him after the Taoism Conference is over!"

"Luoyi, the capital of Zhou!"
