Extra: Where to take revenge (3)

The crew on the deck had thrown all the cargo into the sea, but still could not get rid of the Ripper Pirates.

"It's over, those pirates will catch up soon."

Looking at the approaching pirate ship, the crew members seemed to have seen the hellish scene of a river of blood on the ship.

Some were frozen in place, waiting for the pirates to board the ship, while others were rummaging around, looking for weapons to fight to the death.

"Little ones!"

The old captain appeared in everyone's sight.

"What are you doing standing there? Don't forget that we have a lifeboat on the merchant ship. Why don't you take it to the sea quickly?"

"Captain, that small boat can only carry ten people at most, but there are fifty people on board now, not including the two brats you called up on the way." The first mate ran to the old captain and said.

The old captain glanced at the first mate, and then said to everyone: "Everyone knows that the lifeboat cannot hold many people. I am an old man and will not waste a place on it. Now I will select some suitable people."

"Holly, your family relies on you to make money, so go up."

"Dolly, you are getting married to your fiancée next week, go up."

"Jack, this is your last time as a sailor. You will retire soon. You should come up too."

…………

When the last two spots were reached, the old captain set his sights on the boy holding a comic book in the corner.

"The last two places will be given to the two brats we pulled aboard."

Before the crew below could react, the first mate became anxious and quickly grabbed the old captain.

"Captain, we don't even have enough crew positions, why do we give them to those two outsiders?"

"Anyway, we were the ones who invited the two of them on the ship. Since we invited them, they are guests. When it comes to life and death, of course we have to be responsible for our guests." The old captain said lightly.

"As a host, you can't let your guests get involved, right?"

"Of course, Captain!" the crew members responded one after another.

The noisy environment on the deck did not affect Annan's reading at all. He still read the comics leisurely and laughed a few times.

"Hey, stop looking, call your companion over quickly, we'll board the ship right away."

Seeing that Annan was still looking at the comics indifferently, Holly stepped forward and said to Annan.

"Boarding? Boarding what ship?" Annan lowered his head and said casually.

"The lifeboat." Holly pointed to the small wooden boat carried by the crowd and said, "Where is your companion? Bring her over too. We will board the lifeboat as soon as it is in the water."

"Comrade." Annan pointed to the pirate ship not far away, "I jumped into the sea when the bombardment started."

"You have already jumped into the sea, so why not...Nani?"

Holly's eyes widened and she looked at Annan in disbelief: "She has jumped into the sea? Why didn't you stop her? We still have a chance to survive."

"I can't stop her."

Annan turned a page and said, "Besides, it's just a small wooden boat that has been tampered with for a long time."

While the two were talking, other crew members lowered the lifeboat into the water. Before anyone could board the ship, it leaked and sank in front of everyone's eyes.

"How could this happen?"

Holly lay on the side of the boat with a shocked face.

"Oh, relax." Annan patted him on the shoulder.

"The basic operation of the Ripper pirate ship is that they usually send people to sneak into the target ship first to destroy it, and finally cooperate with the inside and outside to defeat it in one fell swoop."

"How did you know?"

"Ah, I threw that guy into the sea as soon as he finished destroying it." Annan scratched his head and said with a smile.

Holly looked at the small figure in front of him and said, "Have you read too many comics? Do you think you are a card-faced knight?"

"Boom!"

A chain bullet hit the hull, and after a period of shaking, the merchant ship Annan was on completely stalled.

This was followed by several more rounds of chain bombs, firmly connecting the merchant ship and the pirate ship.

"It's too late. Pirates are about to board the ship. There are many barrels on the ship. Hurry up and jump into the sea to escape."

"Why is a pirate worth 10 million beli in such a panic? There is still a lot of water in it." Annan finally finished reading the comic, closed the comic book and gave it to Holly. "Thank you, wait and see what I do.

Kill that Captain Ripper."

"You are really hopeless."

Just as Holly was considering whether to drag the boy in front of him to escape, an eerie voice came from behind.

"Oh? Why did I hear someone say they want to kill me? Kill the great Lord Modo?"

Turning around, a short figure stood in the middle of the deck, licking the bloody scimitar in his hand with a bright red tongue, staring at Annan with a sinister gaze.

The crew members looked at the sudden appearance of Modo on the deck, and picked up the things they saw around them as weapons, but no one dared to step forward. Everyone felt the strong bloody smell from his body, which was the reason why he had killed countless people.

Proof. And Modo just glanced at the crew members, and some people were so frightened that they collapsed to the ground, and some even turned around and ran away.

"Hey, they are a bunch of lambs waiting to be slaughtered, and they still want to resist." Mo Duo chuckled.

"Hahahaha, a little dwarf, hahahaha... the reward order looks quite impressive..."

"Asshole!"

Modo was so angry that he looked at the speaker, who was still the same white-haired kid who threatened to kill himself.

"Kid, you are not allowed to call me a dwarf!"

Modo roared at Annan.

"Ah, then what should I call you?" As he said this, Annan picked up the dagger wrapped in a cloth strip leaning against the side of the ship and untied the cloth strip calmly.

"Kid, you are still preparing weapons when you are about to die." Modo stretched out his long bright red tongue and licked his lips. "I will cut your throat and suck the blood from you."

"Eh——"

Annan lowered his sword and looked at Modo with disgust.

"You are just a dwarf and not a vampire. Why would you do such a disgusting thing?"

"Kid! I think you are tired of living! Go to hell!"

Modo kicked his legs violently and rushed toward Annan like a vicious dog pouncing on food.

Annan stood there and curled his lips.

"Your speed... is really slow."

Chi!

A flash of sword light flashed, and blood fell like raindrops on the deck...

"I'm sorry, I didn't expect this guy to be so weak. I used too much force."

Annan shook off the blood beads on his dagger, touched his head and said sheepishly.

Everyone nodded numbly, and in their dull eyes, they reflected Modo, who was split into two.

"Captain, I told you when we first boarded the ship. The route you are taking is too far away from the navy's cruising route, and it is easy to be noticed by pirates. Look, if we weren't here this time,

This is where you guys will be handed over."

Annan walked up to the old captain and helped him up.

The old captain shakily lit up a cigarette, took a few long puffs, and then opened the metal wine bottle and took a few sips. Then he recovered and said to Annan:

"Little hero, how about I write you a letter of introduction? I think you can be the base commander of the navy branch."

"That's free." Annan refused with a smile, "I am a navy, but it's my vacation time now, so I don't wear a uniform."

"Oh, so that's it." The old captain suddenly realized, "I said you are so brave, the navy in the South China Sea is really full of talents. But as for your companion, I heard Holly said that she jumped into the sea. Isn't this true?

"Ah, of course not."

Annan patted the old captain on the shoulder. She is on that pirate ship now. How about we go up and take a look.

The old captain took another sip of wine and said, "Okay, let's go take a look."

As soon as he boarded the pirate ship, the old captain was so frightened that he fainted.

I saw scattered pieces of meat and large amounts of blood all over the boat.

A tall figure stood among the billowing heads.

Seeing someone boarding the ship, Esdeath turned around and saw that her whole body was stained red with blood. She was holding a Western sword in her right hand and a pirate with air in and out in her left hand. It looked like a battlefield.

God of Death.

Esdeath frowned and looked at the unconscious old captain.

"Why is this old man so timid?"

"What nonsense are you talking about?" Annan defended, "I must have fainted with joy after seeing so many dead pirates."
