Chapter 28 Baker’s Second Mission

When Robert told Peter this idea.

Peter nodded, then shook his head: "That's natural, but as Spider-Man, I don't have much time to help you deal with these things."

"I should make it clear that you are actually spending this time pursuing Gwen, right?"

Peter laughed awkwardly: "How could that be? Anyway, I will help you pay attention to things in the company."

"If that's the case, what gangsters will come looking for provocation in the future?"

"Don't worry! That's my responsibility as Spider-Man!" Peter assured.

"So what if a lizard man comes out again, or the situation is worse, and Dr. Otto loses control again?"

"Well, brother, my intuition tells me that something terrible happened nearby. I'll leave first." After saying that, Peter ran away as fast as he could.

Robert then clenched his fists and then relaxed.

Looking at Peter hurriedly turning into the alley, he remembered the little red spider that often ran onto his lunch box when he was eating his lunch box in the small park.

Words like cunning! Cheating teammates and other words ran through his mind.

Let's take it with me for a few more months...

Robert sighed.

When Robert returned to the convenience store and walked into it, he immediately felt something was wrong.

The entire convenience store was filled with the smell of potions, and even a few mottled blood spots could be seen on the unclean floor.

And if you connect these blood stains together, it is not difficult to see that this is a line leading to the living room.

Robert frowned and walked into it. Before he got closer, he could hear several suppressed groans.

After walking in, I saw two men. One was holding a white bandage in his hand, wrapping the body of the man lying on the sofa.

Robert glanced at it, turned around and walked back expressionlessly.

But obviously some people won't do what he wants.

Just like Sandman.

"Hey! Robert, what's going on with this guy?" Sandman Baker sounded not in a good mood.

"Such a grown man crawled into a convenience store covered in blood. I thought an evil spirit was coming!" Baker tied the knot and pulled it again in frustration.

Luo Bo said: "Then you should have corresponding antibodies in the future. I believe this situation will not be uncommon in the future, and it will be common."

"Usual? Damn it, this man has already passed out, did you know? If he had been left for half an hour longer, I don't think the Creator would have been able to revive him!"

"Do you feel uncomfortable seeing the fate of the hero? Robert glanced at Baker who was following.

Baker pursed his lips and remained silent for a moment.

"If you feel uncomfortable, you might as well think about Wharton's face. You might as well think about your daughter's adoring expression."

"Well, what you said is a good idea." Baker said.

"So the man who wears black and fights under the name Daredevil will be left to you, at least until he wakes up." Robert arranged the task.

"I don't think you will refuse the tasks assigned by the organization?"

Baker hesitated to speak.

But seeing Robert closing his eyes and concentrating, he was forced by the "organization's authority" to walk into the living room and begin the second task of his heroic career - to take care of Daredevil.

No, I want to see Wharton’s face and my daughter’s adoring expression!

Baker consoled himself.

So, why should I take care of a grown man?!

Baker sat on the sofa, holding his head and curling up together.

And just when his psychological struggle was extremely intense, Daredevil woke up.

And it also brought bad news.
