Chapter 3 The Green Goblin of the Future

 "Hey! Peter!"

"Hey! Robert!"

"Harry!" Peter hugged him directly.

"Still so arrogant, Robert!" Harry joked.

"Harry." Robert nodded and greeted.

Fortunately, the original Robert also looks like this in normal times, so there is no need for Robert to put in all the effort to play the middle two.

Just, in public...

The original person, Robert, couldn't bear to look directly at him.

Robert looked at the towering building in front of him and secretly sighed that it was indeed a big company...

Leave Gotham City and earn 100 million...

Having strengthened their inner beliefs, Robert and Peter walked in under Harry's guidance.

Peter looked around: "Harry, what are we looking at?"

"Hey! Didn't Robert want to be the King of Heroes?" Harry blinked.

"Are we at Osborne Company secretly researching heroic weapons? I guess that's interesting, brother!"

Robert's mouth twitched, aren't you talking about the Green Goblin's equipment...

Peter, who had prepared his spider suit, had his eyes shining: "Where is the hero equipment?"

Subsequently, the three of them saw the amazingly powerful pumpkin grenade, the glider that could fly into the sky, and the gloves that could emit powerful laser beams from their fingertips.

To be honest, this Green Goblin equipment is quite fancy.

But equipment aside, this Green Goblin should be the lowest hero...

Robert believes that without the glider, the Green Goblin would be useless.

Of course, this is for Spider-Man.

But for Robert now, a pumpkin grenade from the opponent can blow him up into the sky, so there is no need to talk about hang gliding or not.

After visiting the hero equipment, Harry led the two of them to meet his father, the future Green Goblin and chairman of the Osborn Group, Mr. Norman Osborn.

Mr. Norman has a long face that looks unsmiling. He is upright and capable against the backdrop of suits and leather shoes, but he still has a kind attitude and has friendly conversations and greetings with Harry's classmates.

Robert, who is familiar with the subsequent plot, will not be fooled by his appearance and knows that the person in front of him is an ambitious man who longs for power.

It is natural to be polite and polite to each other.

But Peter showed strong admiration.

"Mr. Norman, the hero equipment developed by your company is so cool!"

"Hahaha, a prize, a prize, a prize!"

Um...

Seeing that no one spoke for a while, Peter laughed awkwardly and said, "Since I have troubled Mr. Norman for so long today, let's leave first."

Norman was noncommittal.

After sending Robert and Peter away, Harry was scolded as expected.

"Harry, what did I tell you?!"

Norman walked around: "Don't tell other people about researching weapons and serum!"

"I didn't tell them about the serum!" Harry argued.

"But you exposed our research!" Norman pointed at Harry and rushed out of the door angrily.

No matter what happens on Harry's side.

After saying goodbye to Peter, Robert returned to his peaceful convenience store.

Eating braised instant noodles and gnawing chicken legs, Robert raised his eyes from time to time and looked at the hero illustrated book he unlocked the night before.

Currently, there is only one Spider-Man in the Hero Illustrated Book.

Reminiscent of the previous robber - the future super villain "Sandman" Thomas.

And the future "Green Goblin" Norman we met today.

Robert has probably figured out the path to this hero illustrated book.

Only people with extraordinary abilities are eligible to be entered in the Hero Illustrated Book.

In other words, even if Iron Man comes and the armor has not yet been developed, he can only be an ordinary person who is not recognized by the hero illustrated book.

As for the strategy progress in the illustrated guide.

Only halfway through?

Robert is neither happy nor sad. He is leaving Gotham anyway, and he should not be involved in any strange dangers.

This kind of strategy is optional.

After Robert finished eating the noodles, he squinted for a while, and it was dawn in the blink of an eye.

There weren’t many customers all night, so last night was a lot more relaxing.

After changing shifts with the store manager, Robert picked up his schoolbag and headed to Midtown High School.

"Good morning! Robert!" Peter said mysteriously.

Robert said without squinting: "Good morning."

"Have you heard? There's a Spider-Man on the street recently. He's super handsome!" Peter said, making a gesture like Spider-Man spraying webs.

"Puff puff puff!"

"The Spider-Man you are talking about is you, Peter." Rob ruthlessly unveiled Peter's "mysterious veil".

"Haha, how could that Spider-Man be me..." Peter tried to save him.

"I just suggested you become a hero a few days ago. Recently, Spider-Man appeared. I really can't think of any reason why that Spider-Man is not you." Robert followed suit.

"Good guy, as expected of you! King of Heroes!" Peter approached Robert and lightly punched him in the chest.

It still hurts.

Robert gasped.

So, throughout the whole day, Robert felt the fear of being dominated by Spider-Man.

"Do you know? Robert, last night, I saw some gangsters bullying a little kid in the alley, so I rushed up to them and beat them away!"

"Also, there are a lot of bad things happening on the rooftops of those buildings! When I was hanging out in the sky yesterday, I saw several... Hey, I gave them a lesson."

Robert listened to the heroic deeds that Peter told over and over again. When he read in the morning, his eyelids almost closed.

If he hadn't had a good sleep last night, he would have been coaxed to sleep by Peter today.

But Robert paid a little more attention to what Peter said next.

"Robert, do you know? Harry's father, Mr. Norman, is the Mr. Norman I saw a few days ago. He was dismissed by a vote of all the shareholders of the board of directors and is now unemployed..."
p>

Norman is unemployed?!

Then he has become the Green Goblin?!

Robert's face was solemn. If nothing unexpected happened, Norman would retaliate against the shareholders of the board of directors.

And when the time comes, the Green Goblin, whose negative emotions have expanded, plans to get rid of Spider-Man and establish his strongest position in Queens.

Danger!

Robert reminded Little Spider: "Peter, don't go near the Osborne Group recently, trust me."

The current Spider-Man cannot be called a hero.

No matter from the perspective of mind or strength.

Robert is even less qualified.

So we should stay as far away as possible to avoid fighting an old Green Goblin and offending a little Green Goblin.

Thinking of this, Robert looked at Harry who was memorizing the text seriously.

Harry didn't seem to be in a good state of mind either. He was scratching his head and scratching his head, obviously unable to carry on.
