Talk about patriotism from a different angle

In recent days, a guy scolded me on "Zhang Shuo" for kneeling down and licking the government. The words were unpleasant. The general idea was "patriotism", which is a useless thing. But I actually did it so cheerfully. There must be something wrong with my brain.

After writing books for so many years, I have met many different kinds of people. Usually when I encounter comments that make me unhappy, I just delete them and ignore them - dogs bite people, and people can't bite dogs, right?

But this guy who scolded me suddenly made me interested in arguing. This kind of person talks about the benefits of everything, and won't do anything if there is no benefit. If you ask me, this is Luther's standard mentality.

I originally wanted to talk about "patriotism" from the perspective of the country, ideals, and future interests. However, I have said similar words before, so I simply changed the perspective and talked about what "patriotism" can bring me.

How much immediate benefit.

I am a code writer, and my customers are readers. I use words to gain recognition from readers and exchange for royalties is my source of income.

Then I must analyze what commonalities my readers have and what kind of stories they will like?

Obviously, my readers are all Chinese.

Human beings are creatures with strong self-awareness and strong social nature. A person will definitely hope that his or her ethnic group can prosper. After all, if the ethnic group is destroyed, it will not benefit anyone.

I do not deny that there are many "Jingri" and "Jingri" among the Chinese, but for most people, it is an instinct to hope that their country will be strong. So I will definitely write in this direction.

If I wrote that the main character was a Chinese who became a traitor and helped the Japanese to harm his compatriots, he would be scolded to death. The sales would definitely not be good.

And I wrote that the protagonist deceives and kidnaps, harms the Japanese, harms the Americans, steals foreigners' money, picks up foreigners' girls, and takes over foreigners' territory. Hahaha..., the readers like it very much. The money will naturally be

coming.

I won’t have trouble with money, right?

So I definitely have to write "patriotic." And judging from the current situation, our government is good in all aspects and is recognized by the broad masses of the people, so I must also conform to this ideological tendency.

If I write about the main character complaining about everything, no one will like it, and there will definitely be only a few people who have the same mentality.

And I need to follow the mainstream thoughts of society, so that my writing will reach a larger audience and make more money.

As for how much I earned?

My current writer level is LV5 and I have signed a long-term contract. The next step is to make a contract with a great master. Readers who are familiar with the starting point can make a rough estimate.

I've gone from being a loser to building up my self-confidence again. Isn't the benefit of being "patriotic" enough?

Of course I have to write "patriotic".

This is all money!
