Chapter 469: Sympathy for Soldiers, Tuoji Island

Zhuge Ke replied in a deep voice: "I am not benevolent as a woman, this is so that the soldiers can shed less blood and go home earlier! If it is just to use force,

The attacks on the soldiers will never stop, Danzhou will never be stable, and our country will be trapped in this. Is this what your Majesty and you want to see?"

Zhuge Ke paused and then said: "This is obviously not the case. I still hope that the soldiers will live happily and go back to see their wives and children. If I want to demonstrate my martial arts in front of His Majesty, I can use my blood to fill up these islands on the island."

Tribe!”

At this time, the guards heard what Zhuge Ke said, and they were so moved that they immediately clasped their fists at Zhuge Ke and said: "The general is so considerate of my servants. If the servants insist on asking for war again, they will betray the good intentions of the general."

."…………

The fleet heading to Liaodong went quite smoothly. It sailed smoothly past the Miaodao Islands without encountering much wind and waves. Turtle Island had already disappeared from sight.

Quanxu stood on the bow of the ship, looking at the chart and looking at the island in front of him and said: "Da Sima, the front is Tuoji Island, and we can land there tomorrow."

Quan Cong moved his hands and said with a smile: "We are finally approaching Liaodong. If we can land smoothly, we have to thank Sima Zhongda!"

The coastline of Tuoji Island is almost 36 miles, and the highest altitude is 57 feet.

"Dengzhou travels to the northeast sea and passes through Daxie Island, Turtle Island, Xin Island, Mo Island, and Wuhu Island for three hundred miles." Turtle Island is now Tuoji Island.

When you come to Tuoji Island, you can see that there are many harbors on the island. These harbors are called "kou" here, and each village has one "kou".

Tuoji Island has strange scenery and rich sea erosion landforms. It is full of mysterious reefs, sister peaks, fairy caves, a line of sky, and pagoda peaks in various shapes and miraculous craftsmanship.

There are flocks of European birds on the high mountain island, blocking out the sky and the sun, which is really a wonder on the sea. The Tuoji Stone Corridor is a natural art corridor, with brilliant colors and thousands of patterns on the stone walls, which is breathtaking.

The most distinctive feature of Tuofan Island is the colorful stones on the island, which are mixed with red, yellow, black, purple, white, green, etc., and form various patterns, which are very attractive.

The bonsai stones and colored stones on Tuoji Island are also very famous.

Because there are white quartz and blue-green chlorite in the rocks on the island, they are arranged symbiotically to form blue and white strips of colored stones.

If these colored stones are made into bonsais and placed vertically, they will look like thousands of springs vying to flow, making them majestic; if they come in horizontally, white clouds will surround the peaks, making them ethereal and magical.

If they are properly processed into a certain shape, their natural colors can be further revealed, and given appropriate names, then the colorful stones on Tuoji Island will become exquisite bonsais that are exquisitely carved and graceful.

It is probably most appropriate to use "silent poetry, three-dimensional painting" to describe Tuoji Island bonsai.

Colored stones are another specialty of Tuoji Island. Their biggest features are the colorful and changeable patterns. The colors are red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, black and white, and the patterns are straight, curved, long, short and thick.

The rocks that have been eroded by the waves into various shapes are scattered with these wonderful patterns, just like a Chinese splash-ink landscape with smooth ink and dragon and snake strokes. A closer look makes people feel more realistic and vivid: there are

Like carved beams and painted pillars, intrigues,...different postures and different images.

The entire Tuoji Island is like a magical mural world, a fairy tale world full of fantasy, and a natural art corridor.

When tourists come here, they all linger over it; when poets come here, their poetry flourishes; when painters come here, they even lament that they are not as good at painting as they did before.

But all this did not retain the soldiers of the Wu army who were marching north, because their destination was further north, the vast land of Liaodong.

At this moment, Liaodong is no longer the place where the Gongsun family was once entrenched. It has lost its original strength. With Sima Yi weakening it again, it no longer poses much of a threat.

Some people have been saying in the past few years that during the Three Kingdoms period, the world was not only divided into three parts: Wei, Shu, and Wu, but there was another "country" besides the Three Kingdoms.

This statement actually makes sense to a certain extent. What is this “country”?

Of course, this is not a country, but it has always been an independent political power.

Moreover, the leader of the regime has always allowed himself to enjoy the treatment of the emperor, and tried his best to imitate the emperor in terms of clothing and actions.

This regime is the Liaodong regime of the Gongsun family located in the Liaodong region.

The Liaodong regime was first established by Gongsun Du.

Gongsundu established his political power in Liaodong through a series of brutal killings.

Because the people of Liaodong felt that he was of low birth, they looked down upon him.

At the end of the Eastern Han Dynasty, when he was recommended to serve as the governor of Liaodong, he started a series of killings in order to retaliate.

Gongsun Du first killed Gongsun Zhao, the magistrate of Xiangping County, because Gongsun Zhao had made his son the captain of the army to humiliate him.

After Gongsun Du killed Gongsun Zhao, he destroyed more than a hundred wealthy families in Liaodong.

Relying on this cruel and bloody killing, Gongsun Du finally gained a foothold in Liaodong, and no one dared to oppose him anymore.

Then Gongsun Du conquered Goguryeo in the east and Wuhuan in the west, and conquered a large territory.

The main reason why Gongsun Du was able to achieve success was that the Central Plains was in a state of chaos at that time, and no one cared about him. In addition, he was in a remote location, so he was able to do what he did.

After Cao Cao defeated Yuan Shao and basically unified the north, he wanted to win over Gongsun Du. So he recruited Gongsun Du as a mighty general, made him a Marquis of Yongning Township, and gave him a seal and ribbon. But Gongsun Du ignored Cao Cao and said, what do I want from becoming the king of Liaodong?

Marquis Ningxiang? Throw the seal ribbon into the weapons arsenal.

In the ninth year of Jian'an, Gongsun Du passed away.

After Gongsun Du's death, his eldest son Gongsun Kang succeeded to the throne and took control of the political power in Liaodong.

At that time, Gongsun Du also had a son, Gongsun Gong.

So Gongsun Kang found the seal ribbon given by Cao Cao from the weapons warehouse and gave it to his younger brother Gongsun Gong.

At that time, after Cao Cao defeated Yuan Shao's eldest son Yuan Tan, he continued to pursue Yuan Shao's other two sons Yuan Shang and Yuan Xi.

The two brothers ran to Liaodong and defected to Gongsun Kang.

When Cao Cao found out, he stopped his pursuit.

Some people are puzzled and say that we should take advantage of the victory and pursue it.

Cao Cao said, "No need. I won't chase him. Gongsun Kang will send me two Yuan's heads soon."

If I chase them, they will join forces to deal with me, and it will be difficult for me to fight them.

Soon, Gongsun Kang sent Er Yuan's head to Cao Cao.

Cao Cao also named him Marquis of Xiangping and granted him the position of General of the Left.

Of course, Cao Cao actually said this because he knew that Gongsun Kang was powerful and difficult to deal with, and he didn't want to get into trouble.

If Gongsun Kang was not strong, it would actually be a good opportunity for Cao Cao to seize the two Yuans and divert his troops to Liaodong.

In addition, Gongsun Kang also attacked Goguryeo and defeated Han Yi, making it even more powerful than during Gongsun Du's time.

The time of Gongsun Kang's death is unknown, but it was roughly the same time as Cao Cao's death.

After Gongsun Kang's death, because his two sons Gongsun Huang and Gongsun Yuan were very young, Gongsun Kang's younger brother Gongsun Gong inherited the position of Liaodong's governor and took control of the Liaodong political power.
