Chapter Eleven

Watching a little infantryman gloatingly pull the rope to sound the alarm, my lungs nearly exploded.

I turned my horse around and rushed back to the city gate with my guards. Let me cause a scene at the city gate! As long as you don't catch me inside the city, you won't be able to label me as a rusher!

"Beat these people to death! No weapons!" I ordered loudly and jumped off the horse. Fighting on horseback is not my strong point.

A fireball formed in Jack's hand and flew towards the infantry in the city gate. As soon as this guy heard that I didn't say he didn't use magic, he made a big move. The fireball flew rapidly, and the red light and whistling sound frightened these guys who usually only knew how to bully.

The common people were running around in panic. They originally thought we would rush straight into the city, but they knew we would turn back.

The infantry who were frightened half to death by the fireball were rushed away by the guards on horseback. The guards jumped off their horses to catch the infantry and beat them. In such a small space as the city gate, it is unwise to fight on horseback.

The infantry captain I held in my hand had blood all over his face and he was screaming.

"How dare you make trouble in the Holy City! You're going to die! Oops!"

I threw him to the ground and stepped on his neck hard.

"How about it! I'll call you today!" I raised my head and said loudly, "I am the Governor of the Dark City, Cohen Keda! I will teach these daring soldiers a lesson today! Others should not come over, and I will come if they want to.

Tell you to die!"

Hearing what I said, the guards who ran down the city wall stopped one after another. They only surrounded the city gate tightly outside.

There are about thirty people in this infantry team, so they should have an advantage against the twenty or so of us. But the infantry are trained to go to the battlefield, and such close-quarter fist fights are not what they are good at.

It was different when I looked at my guards. They punched hard and kicked hard, beating the infantry to a pulp. After a while, we were the only ones still standing in the city gate passage...

The people lying on the ground were moaning and begging for mercy, and the number of alarm bells that sounded was increasing. The rapid sound of the bells echoed in the sky above the Holy City. Finally... the biggest alarm bell in the Holy City also rang...

The sound of the bell was an order, and ordinary residents began to close their doors and tidy up their belongings. The army inside and outside the city began to organize their equipment and send out reinforcements. Officials of all sizes rushed here and there to return to their posts... The whole city became a mess.

"You can't run!" The infantry captain at his feet was still struggling and shouting, "Let me go!"

"Let you go? The whole thing is because of you!" I was furious and said to Jack, "Come here and skin this guy into a naked pig!"

"Boss." Jack and a guard ran over, "What is a light pig?"

"Just strip him naked!"

"Then what?"

"Hang up!" I said, "head down!"

Jack was very quick with his hands and feet, and he took off the clothes of the infantry captain in three strokes. The guard next to him got a rope from nowhere, and hung the "bare pig" upside down on the city gate.

"Aren't you very arrogant?" I held a riding crop in my hand and whipped it, "You are chirping like a big shot?"

"Sir," Uncle Maize came over and said, "Their reinforcements are here."

I turned my head and looked outside the city. I saw a cloud of smoke rising in the distance. It was the cavalry on the move. It was even worse from this direction in the city. I could already hear the "clatter" of armor as the infantry ran.

"It's nothing big. Just stand on both sides and show your noble guard marks. Let their leader come to see me." I said to Uncle Maize without stopping the riding whip in my hand. If you want to do it, be bigger.

, it would be best to go to His Majesty.

"People at the city gate, listen!" reinforcements from the city arrived first and shouted, "Put down your weapons immediately! Stop resisting!"

"We are the Governor's Guard of the Dark City!" Jack was the one who spoke. "Our Governor is here! Call your leader over."

A tall general ran over with a few soldiers and looked at the "light pig" and the infantry lying on the ground with surprise.

"Are you the Governor of Dark City?" It took a long time for the general to speak, "What are you doing?"

"Didn't you see?" I whipped the "guang pig" hard again without looking back, "If you fight, you'll beat someone else!"

"Stop!" The general was obviously irritated by my attitude, "I told you to stop!"

"Stop, okay." I turned around and looked at him, "Who do you think you are?"

"This is the officer on duty today from the City Defense Department!" a soldier beside him shouted loudly.

"Sir?" I dropped my riding crop and said, "Is this one of your men hanging up?"

"Well...yes." It took the "sir" a long time to recognize "Guangzhu", "Why did you hit him?"

"What's the point of beating him?" I chuckled, "Why do you think I asked you to come in?"

"Sir" was stunned, and his face was immediately bruised by my punch. It's not that I particularly like punching people in the face, but his whole body was covered with iron armor, and it would hurt my hands if he hit him.

"Sir was beaten by Governor Cohen Keda...ah!" A soldier next to "sir" fell to the ground again before he could finish his sentence...

"Fuck! The Governor is amazing!"

"Brothers, come on!"

"I heard that the other party is a new noble..."

"What about the nobles? So does the chief! Let's fight!"

"No weapons!"

"If you don't need it, don't use it. Brothers, use your fists. Come on!"

After a loud commotion, the reinforcements who arrived finally figured out the situation. The people in front dropped their weapons, took off their armor and rushed towards us. The people behind us turned back to report the news.

A larger group fight began, with guards wearing noble marks on one side and infantrymen taking off their armor on the other.

There were many infantrymen guarding Biao. The guards kept silent and struck fiercely, while the infantry moved forward one after another without moving forward. The usually wide city gate seemed to have become smaller at this time. A crowd of dozens of people surged up and down in the passage.

, from time to time there are wailings such as "Mom!" "Ouch!" "My little brother..."...

The cavalry who came from outside the city gate were obviously aware of the situation, and with the attitude of "not participating, not encouraging, not stopping", they lined up neatly not far from the city gate without making a sound. Comparing the two places, they said there was something wrong.

As weird as it is.

The guards were divided into two rows to block the passage. I stood in the middle, sometimes retreating, sometimes counterattacking. There were few of us, and we took advantage of our unison. The infantry were in dire straits. There were only a few people who really dared to fight with the nobles.

Those in the back who didn't know the situation wanted to push forward, but those in the front rows stepped back when they saw the situation was not good. Who wants to get beaten? As we advanced and retreated, we huddled together and were beaten badly by us... Jack...

The kid was the most cunning. Every time he retaliated, he would drag someone with flowers on his collar over and give him a good beating.

Don't say that you have participated in it, as long as you have seen dozens of people fighting, you will know. Once such a situation occurs, it will be too late to stop it. How chaotic is the scene? There are people all around, and some people are shouting, come on,

Some people yelled to be careful, and others whistled; those who fought were red-faced, hot-headed, and couldn't hear anything. They just knew how to hit, hit again, and knock down one person after another. If they were knocked down, they would complete the task.

"I am Lieutenant General XX! Stop, everyone!"

Sorry, didn't hear it!

"I am Minister XX! Stop!"

I heard it this time, but couldn't stop.

"He and I are General XX, don't you want to hang out anymore?"

The infantrymen were so frightened that they stopped, just in time to catch up with our counterattack, and we knocked down a whole row... As a result, the infantrymen, whose eyes were red with anger, shouted with tears in their faces, "Nobles do not obey the rules!" and they fought together again...

"Crackling" a series of small fireballs fell on the "line of fire". Although it was a reduced version of the power of the fireball technique, it still burned people on both sides and screamed "Wow!"

"That idiot did it!"

"I **** your mother! Set fireballs!" People on both sides yelled and cursed as the flames on their bodies were being beaten!

"Damn!" A general with a silver helmet and silver armor came in, whipping everyone with a riding crop, "I was the one who set it off! Who's scolding?"

Silver armor, which can only be worn by the palace guards.

"They scolded me!" People on both sides pointed at each other with dozens of fingers at the same time, as if they had agreed.

"Your Majesty has an order!" General Shinjia glanced at me, "All those fighting will gather in the Palace Square! Immediately!" (To be continued)
