Scene 53 Anger and Chu Zihang

It’s the familiar principal’s office again, the familiar bookshelves, and the air is filled with the familiar scent of wood.

"Can you tell me why you are taking leave? Mingfei." Angers drank the Sri Lankan Ceylon black tea that has not changed for thousands of years.

Lu Mingfei remembered that it seemed to be produced in some UVA area and picked in August. He didn't understand this anyway, he only knew that it was extremely expensive.

"Can I say it's because I want to travel to the UK?" Lu Mingfei scratched his head.

"No, this reason is not absolute enough." Ange rejected Lu Mingfei with one vote.

"Uh..." He felt a sudden change and put down the tea cup, although he couldn't remember how many times he had done this in the principal's office... To be honest, he really felt that the "principal's afternoon tea" had been a bit too much recently.

More than he had in all his previous lives combined.

"Let me tell the truth, it's because of senior brother."

"Chu Zihang?" Ange frowned, "What's wrong with him? Is there something wrong with his body?"

"No, that's not the case yet." Lu Mingfei was a little troubled, "Why don't you ask the principal yourself, he is right outside the door."

"Well, please," Ang nodded, "call him for me."

……

……

A few minutes later, Chu Zihang sat opposite Ange.

There was silence between the two for a while, and finally Angers spoke first, "Would you like some tea?"

Chu Zihang was slightly stunned, "No, I don't like drinking tea, thank you principal."

Angers flicked his wrist, and a scarlet folding knife appeared in his hand, and then he used the folding knife that made countless dragons and hybrids frightened... to peel a pear on the table.

"Then eat a pear."

He picked up the stem of the pear with his old and thin hands, and the circles of pear skin were curved in beautiful arcs, then fell softly on the tray, leaving only one peeled pear and handed it to Chu Zihang's hand.<

Chu Zihang instinctively wanted to refuse, but Ange looked up at him and said, "Eat it, otherwise I will be embarrassed."

"Thank you, principal." Chu Zihang still took the pear.

"The principal's afternoon tea has a special feature. You must eat or drink something in my office. Since you don't drink tea, you must eat pears."

"Because it's called afternoon tea, I will be very distressed if my students go back with empty stomachs." Angers said, slowly wiping the pear juice on the folding knife with a handkerchief, then putting it away and stuffing it.

Into the leather sheath inside the shirt sleeve.

"I like peeling pears very much. I once read about the Republic of China era, and it was said that the leader of the underworld, Du Yuesheng, liked to peel pears for his subordinates to eat. This is an honor and there is no cost." Angers smiled.

Chu Zihang looked at the pear in his hand with some confusion. Of course he knew Du Yuesheng. It was easy to understand why Du Yuesheng used this method to win people over, but Anger didn't have to.

"I thought it was fun, so I tried to pick up a pear and start peeling it. As the circles of pear peel fell from my hands, I suddenly understood that the man named Du Yuesheng peeling the pear was not just a way of wining over, but also a pear.

This is the way you Chinese people cultivate themselves."

"For ordinary people, peeling pears requires a good grasp of wrist strength. You can't be too impatient or hesitant. A little mistake will cause the pear skin to break, which will not be beautiful."

"You should straighten your body and be calm and dignified. At this time, your strength will have a feminine beauty, the most lasting and the most vitality." Angers said casually.

"Principal..." Chu Zihang took a bite and put the pear on the tray. Of course he understood that Ange was not talking about the technique of peeling pears, "Why are you telling me this?"

"I heard that you and Mingfei cooperated very well during the mission in China." Angers ignored Chu Zihang and asked casually as if talking about his parents' shortcomings.

"Yes, Lu Mingfei... and I have a good understanding."

"But something unexpected happened, didn't it?" Ange narrowed his eyes slightly, "Afterwards, I heard members of the school engineering department report to me that you had been acting very strange for a period of time, and you were suspected of using... explosive blood."
"How long have you mastered this technique?" Angers' voice became low and cold.

The temperature in the office seemed to have suddenly dropped, so cold that ice shards would condense from the air.

Chu Zihang shuddered slightly, and Ange looked directly into his eyes, motionless.

"Two years." Chu Zihang admitted readily. He understood what Ange was talking about. Once the blood bursts, the power and domain range of the speech spirit will increase sharply, and there is no way to hide it from Ange.

"In other words, you mastered this skill soon after you became the president of the Lionheart Society." Angers stood up and walked around the office.

"You summed up this technique from the original files of the Lion Heart Club, right? Although you are already very talented, it is still too difficult to master it on your own."

"Yes."

"It's incredible," Angers lowered his head, smiled, and sighed, "The Lions Hearts is the oldest fraternity in this college. It has rich archives, even some things that are not even in the library. How can you

Found in the LionHearts archives."

"But that's not complete. As a founding member of Lionheart, I took away the most important part."

"This part is the "explosion of blood" technique, but you can actually deduce all this from clues. It's amazing. Do you understand why I want to take away that part of the file?"

"There are dangers in blood explosion. The purity of bloodline seems to be improved instantly, but people will have strong aggression, which is called "killing will" in the archives." Chu Zihang replied.

"Yes, "The Will to Kill" is a spiritual power unique to the dragon clan. Biologically speaking, this thing is like a beast that will be excited by the smell of blood. This is genetically determined and is called the "bloodthirsty gene"

"."

"The dragons have the urge to attack all targets when they are angry. This urge will greatly enhance their abilities."

"But sometimes they are allowed to be reckless. After the blood burst, the will to kill in the mixed blood will also increase, and people who have always been gentle may become as cruel as beasts. However, this is not the reason why "blood burst" is considered taboo."
Chu Zihang nodded, "I'm listening."

Angers sat down on the principal's chair again, facing the floor-to-ceiling windows behind him, with bright afternoon sunlight streaming in through the glass windows.

He was silent for a while, "For a long time, the school board has been very secretive about the matter of 'bloodline'."

"You only know that you have the blood of two races at the same time, but all the courses bypass the core secret of blood. Do you find it strange?"

"I feel it, there are some things you don't want to teach." Chu Zihang nodded slightly, "And I know the consequences of a blood explosion."

"Oh?" Ange turned his chair and faced Chu Zihang, "Tell me about it?"

"Usually, the higher the proportion of dragon blood, the more obvious the bloodline advantage. But once a certain ratio is exceeded, which is called the "critical blood limit," everything changes."

"Dragon genes are powerful enough to modify the genes of other races. For hybrids that break through the critical blood limit, their human genes will be forcibly modified into dragon genes, and they will complete their "evolution."

"You are right, he will evolve into a dragon, a higher-level creature," Angers paused, "and dragons are our enemies."

"Dragon genes cannot completely swallow human genes. You know this, right?"

Chu Zihang nodded.

"The final result of the blood explosion is that they will turn into something called 'Deadpool,'" Ange said quietly. "They still look like ordinary people, but they are basically walking zombies. Dragons do not regard them as human beings."

As companions, humans regard them as enemies."

"They naturally obey the dragons because of the call of their bloodline, and the dragons use them as cannon fodder in the war with humans. It doesn't matter if they die, because there are always new ones."

There was dead silence in the office. Ange took out the scarf from his coat pocket and wiped the pear juice on his hands, looking at Chu Zihang.

"I know." After a long time, Chu Zihang broke the silence.

"You are an excellent student. Of course you also know the consequences of bloodshed."

"This technique is devilish. It not only consumes your life but damages your body.

Moreover, the pleasure brought by the instant purification of bloodline will make you immersed in the illusion of ‘omnipotence.”

"If you are too greedy for power, the devil will quietly lead you across the boundary and push you into the abyss. Your ending will be a deadpool."

Ange put his elbows on the table, leaned slightly towards Chu Zihang, "At that time, I could only kill you. For you at that time, death was actually the best ending."

"But... I have to do this." Chu Zihang whispered, "I need strength. I still have unfinished things that I want to complete."

"If you don't mind, can you tell me about it?" Angers smiled, "In exchange, I will also tell you a story about myself."

"Of course, this is all based on your willingness. I am really curious about what could make you so reckless."

"I do." Chu Zihang said.

"Okay." Ange was suddenly silent for a while, stretched out his hand and tore off a calendar page on the table, and handed the piece of paper to Chu Zihang.

On the desk calendar of September 23, 2010, this date is circled in red pen, and next to it is the principal's handwriting, "eriag".

Chu Zihang knew it, eriag, "anniversary" in German, or to be more precise, "will be the day of death."

"For so many years, I have bought a desk calendar every year, marked this date on it, and tore off the calendar page by page. Eventually, I will wait until this day."

Angers said, "The time is almost here. It's already August, which is a good time to tell this story."

In an instant, his eyes changed, as if iron-black clouds had gathered in the sky.

"Our time zone is the Sixth West, seven time zones apart. An afternoon in Chicago is a late night in Hamburg," Angers lit a cigar and looked at the ceiling, slowly exhaling smoke, his voice as erratic as a ghost whispering in a well.

"It was raining that night. I saw a foreign race with my own eyes for the first time in my life. We were waiting for him at the head of the harbor."

"Welcome to mankind's nightmare..."

"A hundred years have passed, and I still can't forget that night, that...day of mourning."

"Perhaps you have heard this story in college, but after all it is not as good as my own personal experience." Angre smiled and the story began. The clouds in his eyes collapsed and heavy rain poured down.

The world is lonely and desolate.

……

……

"Is this... the end?" Chu Zihang asked.

"It's over." Ange said calmly.

"What's the end? Is the first-generation species dead?"

"I don't know, because I passed out later," Angers spread his hands, "I was actually in the ruins of the cellar. The dragon blood saved my life, but my consciousness was very weak, until the dragon's powerful spirit

When the field was at its maximum, the power immediately knocked me unconscious."

"When I woke up, I was already lying in the hospital in Munich. I slept there for a whole year."

"What I told you is based on what I heard in the cellar and the results of the subsequent investigation of the scene. Only now do I understand why Meineke, who is known as the top elite of the secret party for hundreds of years, never told us about his spirit.

What is it?"

"What?"

"Maybe it's Lai Yin or Zhu Long." Angers exhaled a puff of smoke.

Chu Zihang lowered his head and remained silent.

After a long while, he said, "Now let me tell my story."

"Do you mind if I record it?" Angers took out a voice recorder from the drawer, "I have a hunch that this will be a very important matter. Maybe I can discuss it with our vice-principal and see if we can

Let’s discuss something.”

"You don't mind, just record it." Chu Zihang began to narrate calmly.

……

"Odin, the main god of the Arthur clan in Norse mythology?" Angers put out his cigar in the ashtray, "I have never heard of it."

"Yes." Chu Zihang said lowly

Hanging his head, "If I hadn't experienced that night, I don't think I would believe it."

"Do you know...your father?" Angers stood up, "He and I are old friends."

"What?" Chu Zihang raised his head suddenly, "Do you know him?"

"Yes." Angers sighed, "He was once my...student. Maybe the term "student" is not accurate. He and I had a relationship of both teacher and friend."

"But I haven't met him in person." Angers pulled out an old book from the bookshelf and flipped through it casually. "He and I often chat on the phone. I think he must be a very humorous person."
He pulled out a letter from the old book and handed it to Chu Zihang, "This is written by your father."

Chu Zihang took the letter and did not open it in a hurry. Instead, he asked seriously, "Principal, why do you know him?"

"There is a mission. I need an excellent hybrid to travel around the world with an extremely important thing in order to prevent it from being found."

"And your father just meets this condition," he raised his chin towards the letter in Chu Zihang's hand, "Why don't you open it and take a look?"

"I want to go back and watch it again."

"Okay, so now can you tell me why you want to go to England? Your bloodline is not completely out of control, so it is not to solve your bloodline problem." Angers sat down.

"It's Lu Mingfei... This morning he and I, as well as Chen Motong and Xia Mi, discussed in the library and came up with an important clue. There is likely to be traces of Odin in the UK."

"For Odin?" Angers sighed again, "To be honest, I don't really want you to go, because the school board has been causing trouble for me recently."

"Nothing will go wrong with me, but if you do, they will make a fuss about you. Who knows what you will encounter when you go to the UK this time."

"Do you still remember the earthquake at Binhai Railway Station?"

"Remember." Chu Zihang replied.

"I held an emergency technical meeting with the tenured professors in Kassel a few days ago." Angers said seriously, "The conclusion is that the king of the earth and the mountain has awakened."

"Then..." Chu Zihang's heart sank.

Angers interrupted him, "I approved the fake."

"The school board has never been a reason to stop my students from going out to play, let alone when it has to do with your hatred."

"But you have to promise me one thing." Angers stared into his eyes, "Stop using violent blood. This is what your father doesn't want to see."

"My father..." Chu Zihang seemed to want to ask something else.

"Let's wait until you return from your study trip." Angers took a sip of black tea, "I will tell you more."

"Thank you, principal." Chu Zihang stood up.

"Wait a minute." Ange suddenly said, he picked up the pear on the tray and handed it to Chu Zihang, "Eat it, don't waste it. Remember what I said about peeling a pear. Only flexibility is the most durable. Don't waste it.

Impatient, many things cannot be achieved by burning yourself."

"I understand." Chu Zihang looked at the pear, "I will no longer be in a hurry for success."

What do you call me
