Chapter 16 Roulette Space

In the quiet night, the clock on the wall by the window is ticking.

Teller got up in a daze and looked at the time displayed on the clock: 03:47.

He walked carefully to the bedroom door, and before leaving the bedroom, he didn't forget to glance at Isel's sleeping figure. The steady breathing must be a pretty good dream.

After going to the toilet, he seemed surprisingly sober and did not return immediately. Instead, he walked towards the window sill.

The comfortable and slightly humid air outside blew into my face the moment I opened the door. The light of the lighthouse in the mysterious fog seemed to sway slightly with the humid air. I stepped into the fog outside the window and sensed my surroundings. Sure enough, this

During this time, no one will be bored and not sleep. At least no one else exists within his own perception. Even if there is someone outside his perception, he is probably too absorbed in the fog to notice himself.

Trailer was thinking as he leaned against the window. He did not close the door on the window sill in case special circumstances occurred and he could not return indoors immediately.

I took a deep breath and recalled Xiao Hei's tone at that time, and read out slowly

"Verdis."

The mysterious fog in front of him surged in quickly like a tide, instantly covering his eyes but showing no intention of stopping. It overflowed from his body and came into contact with the heavy fog again.

The mysterious fog no longer filled his surroundings but seemed to tightly wrap around Teller's body, and what was pulled up into the sky was Verdis' soul.

It is a very wonderful feeling to experience an out-of-body experience, but Verdis did not notice it and just felt that he was being lifted up by the mysterious mist and slowly floating in the air.

Something in the surrounding shadows is praying, or is simply surrendering to Verdis' body.

Like a vague and secretive coronation ceremony, there are no gongs and drums, no salutes, and no blood-stained red carpet. There are only silent audiences, invisible cars, and people lying in the mysterious fog with eyes closed as if dead.

The prince floating slowly.

Countless pictures began to appear in his mind.

The words of my father and mother, the tutor’s teachings, Xiao Hei’s cute Gulu, the words lying on the textbooks, and the jokes flowing on the Internet.

All kinds of noisy information seemed to have always existed in this mysterious fog, but now they all rushed into Verdes's mind liberatingly.

He didn't feel any discomfort at all, silently watching this documentary about his short life.

I don’t know how long it took, but it felt like I had slept for 16 years, and it seemed like only one second had passed. The fog slowly dissipated.

Verdis sat on a seat made of fog.

The corners of his mouth twitched slightly, and he kept shouting his name in his heart.

And the call gradually drifted closer like an echo, until a clear and low whisper sounded in his ears

"Verdis."

Verdis opened his eyes suddenly, only to find that he had left the academy! No one was around him! Only the chair he was sitting on filled his field of vision.

The surface of this chair seems to be covered with fog and is blurry, but the corners are unexpectedly sharp and sharp. Under the sharp shape, the overall style is solemn, like a king's throne.

Perceive outwards that the plane where the throne is located is a circular platform, and the stairs are layers of rings extending downward until you reach the next plane. Continue to sense forward. There are eight unknown paths leading there.

There is nothing outside He Fang's pillar.

After a moment of confusion, he moved forward and continued to explore, only to find two huge buildings that looked like bows and arrows that had lost their arrows, interspersed in the disc platform in the middle. The overall shape looked like balls shot by two bows and arrows.

You can see the head and tail of the arrow.

And the direction that the entire arrow points to is a surrounding platform. When you scan the platform, you will find that there is still nothing except the big one.

Only then did he realize that the range of perception had long since departed from the usual 50 meters.

Now the distance is at least 500 meters away. Maybe this space has strengthened his perception range. While thinking this, he also observed this space, trying to find out some key information, but still got nothing.

I just know that the entire space is like a huge roulette wheel, formed by two pointers passing through it and eight pillars, and I don’t know anything else.

Verdis sighed silently, but complained in his heart.

Where am I?

As soon as these words came out of my brain, the surrounding fog suddenly dispersed.

A scene quickly appeared in front of Verdis, which was a huge circular platform that seemed to be floating on the sea.

The view is closer, and there are many unique buildings built on this platform. They seem to be arranged in an axial symmetry. There are also many ectoplasm-shaped points moving around. They should be people. The picture does not have a clear reality but looks like

The unloading process usually passes by in a flash.

The view is zoomed in again, that is Building 3 of the student dormitory!!!!

The field of view is narrowed again.

On the window sill of Room 506 on the fifth floor, Teller was leaning against the window sill and motionless, as if he was asleep.

Verdis's eyes were shocked, but he quickly calmed down...

Examining the state of Telaire's body, Verdes was glad that he was well prepared. He looked like he was asleep. Apart from being unsightly and prone to catching a cold, it might not be too strange, but

It would be perfect if we could come here together.

Before he could finish complaining in his mind, Teller's body disappeared out of thin air in an instant and appeared on the outermost layer of the disk, still falling to the ground like an empty shell.

Verdis watched Teller disappear in front of the screen, and immediately guessed the possibility. He turned on his perception and found Teller on the outermost platform, lying on the ground with his butt sticking out and his face.
p>

Is this okay? Verdis seems to have three big question marks hanging on his head. This is too smart.

Then if I want to go back, just think about it...

Suddenly, the scene in the entire space collapsed and entered Verdis's eyes like a tide, disappearing instantly.

He did not close his eyes. The scenery dissolved like an ink painting, and the real scene slowly emerged, like a wonderful fantasy.

Taking a deep breath, Teller couldn't tell the difference between reality and fantasy for a while. He recalled that in the 'fantasy' just now, he was clearly standing and leaning against the door.

But now he was sitting down. He stood up and touched his butt in confusion, only to find that his pants were almost dry. He walked back to the room carefully and looked at the clock on the wall, 3:57.

He was convinced that everything he just said was true.

I took a breath and let go of my inexplicable nervousness, and my sleepiness followed.

Terrell knew that it was impossible to figure out that space in one go, and he still couldn't find out the truth about that space when he went back now. If he continued the experiment, maybe he could leave it until next time. After all, he was really too tired today.

There are rushes and raids, space folding and brainstorming with roommates, and now I still stay up until 3 o'clock to try out spells.

Thinking back on this day's experience, I slowly crawled into bed and fell into a deep dream after a while.

But at this moment, Iser slowly turned around and looked at Telaire silently. The faint moonlight outside the window could not light up his empty eyes. The corners of his mouth twitched slightly and he squeezed out an ugly smile.

He slowly put it away and turned sideways again after a while.

Staring at Isel’s calm face under the slight reflection on the brown-red glossy wardrobe.

Showing a satisfying smile...
