Except for the first picture, the monk teaching the Dharma, we cannot tell whether it is Ksitigarbha or Tathagata Buddha. The information contained in the other four pictures is that the woman, the monk, and the four Taoist priests.
Please note that there are four Taoist priests, three of them dressed the same, and one of them is a baby without any clothes. We can understand it as four Taoist priests wearing the same clothes.
The same clothes are the key point. Then there are the Taoist priests. Who are the Taoist priests related to Thousand Buddha Cave? There is no doubt that the Taoist King of Dunhuang.
From the old man in the first picture, he gets younger one by one, and finally becomes a baby waiting to be fed. Can I imagine that what the painter wants to express is that this is actually a process of rejuvenation?
The old man, the middle-aged man, the young man, and the baby are actually the same person.
The monk is kneeling to the woman. According to ancient etiquette, this gorgeous woman is the leader of the monk.
The information conveyed by these four pictures is that the monk is introducing, or introducing, the Taoist priest's process of rejuvenation to the woman.
Up to this point, it is still very fragmentary. If we peel back the details, we can see that the only thing relevant to what we have seen and heard is the Taoist priest who returned to youth.
So, now back to the Taoist Wang we saw. Last time, we actually saw four Taoist Wang, or the faces of four Taoist Wang.
The first Taoist priest from Leiyin Temple who has been waiting for me for twenty years.
The second mummy with the face of a Taoist priest in the coffin of Yizhuang was burned by us.
The mummified monk who was beaten to death by my second brother actually had the face of a Taoist priest.
Taoist Wang was released from the sarcophagus by Zhang Kaixuan, and his martial strength was as high as Tianzi No. 1.
What's the connection?
I trembled and said my conjecture about rejuvenation. Zhu Kaihua was so shocked that he didn't even reply to my words. He just thought about it with a solemn expression. After a long while, he said: This is not rejuvenation. But it is similar to rejuvenation.
After he finished speaking, he stopped. I was anxious and asked: What are your ink marks?! If you have something to say, please tell me.
He closed his eyes, waved his hand at me and said: Think about it for yourself, what is rejuvenation? I have seen this statement many times in ancient books. In the past, the highest state of warrior cultivation was this. There are paintings similar to this, I am in the ancient tomb
I have seen quite a few, most of them were left behind by dignitaries who were obsessed with cultivation.
Not to mention whether rejuvenation is real or not, even if it is real, it is still a person, slowly transforming from an old man to a young man in some form. Of course, it can also be turned into a baby.
But from beginning to end in this process, one person is transforming. Do you understand?
I asked: Do you mean that only one person can be rejuvenated, but the Taoist priests we saw have the same face, but there are four people. This is a contradiction?
He nodded and said: To be honest, the four Wang Taoist priests we saw with the same face did not look like they were rejuvenated. This one looked more like the cloning technology that is rumored now, or that they were separated people one by one.
Having said this, he patted his head and pulled me back to the second picture. Then when he saw the fifth picture, he looked nervous and said excitedly: Xiao Sanliang, tell me, can we understand it this way.
This is not rejuvenation, but division. Or duplication? Oops, this is difficult to understand, please listen carefully.
This first old Taoist priest became young through a certain method.
After becoming younger, it is equivalent to saying that the old Taoist priest has been copied, but the copy is younger than the original body, so after copying, there are actually two Taoist priests.
Then the middle-aged Taoist priest copied it again, and a young man came out, and so on, until it was copied and finally became a baby.
If we understand it this way, in the end, the four Taoist priests in these four pictures actually exist. That is, the four Taoist priests we see, you can say that they are one person, or you can say that they are four people.
Wouldn't this explain why we met four identical people?
I said, don't ask me, I was so confused by you that I couldn't help but took out the paper and pen in my backpack and made a list of diagrams. This is also a habit I have developed recently, because most of the things I encounter make my head dizzy.
It's weird, but it only becomes clear when you outline it with a pen.
When I listed all Lao Zhu's guesses, I had to give him a thumbs up and said: Awesome, Lao Zhu, what you said, according to the logic of mythology, is indeed the case, and this also has a good influence on our previous encounters.
The four Taoist faces have an explanation.
But I have to add something to you. Remember what Zhang Tianyi said about Zhang Laohei when he was a child? When Zhang Laohei was a child, he held a human skin and said it was his grandfather. Now that we talk about rejuvenation, I always feel that this human skin
It should be related to this. You said that if a person wants to become younger and rejuvenate, I have heard a lot of such legends. Many of them are similar to turning a cocoon into a butterfly. Let’s understand it this way. If an old man wants to be younger, he must not metamorphose.
Falling off old skin?
Do you think there is any connection between these two things?
At this point, I actually can’t go on talking or thinking about it, because it’s not just Zhang Kaixuan’s grandfather, my father is the same. I can analyze outsiders calmly, but when I think about my father, my head gets messed up.
Zhu Kaihua shook his head and said: It's different. If you want to talk about rejuvenation, maybe it has something to do with shedding. What I said at the beginning is that if it is through shedding, think about it, even if a person sheds his skin and becomes young and rejuvenated, then
What will be the situation at the end of the metamorphosis?
That's a baby, plus some human skin!
This is contradictory to the four Taoist priests we saw. But now I kind of understand the purpose of your father and his party. No wonder you can be indifferent to the emperor's horse stone. Compared with the country, rejuvenation is much more important.
, maybe what they have been pursuing is this method of replicating a younger version of themselves.
Grass! Grass! Grass!!
Just as he was talking, he suddenly jumped up like crazy! He grabbed my shoulders and shook them, shouting crazily: Xiao Sanliang, I finally figured it out!
Copy a younger version of yourself!
Your second brother is a copy of your father! Zhang Kaixuan is also a copy of his grandfather!! That’s why they know so much about the past! Absolutely! As for the human skin, it may be a product of the copying process.
!
I shook off his hand and said: You are so excited! If we have never met Zhang Tianyi and don’t know the story of Zhang Kaixuan, if you think like this, I have nothing to say, because my father disappeared and my second brother came to my house.
There is a gap in the middle.
During this period of time, my father copied himself, created a young man, and then pretended to be my second brother.
But have you ever thought about Zhang Kaixuan?
Before Zhang Laohei's grandfather set out, he already had Zhang Laohei. Do you understand? How to copy Zhang Laohei's grandfather? Even if he really copied one person, there would be two Zhang Kaixuan, do you understand?
After explaining to Lao Zhu, I breathed a sigh of relief. Isn’t this explaining to myself! I was also suspicious once upon a time. But I really can’t accept the fact that my second brother and my father are the same person. However, since my father Zhao Jianguo left,
, the gap in time between when my second brother came to my house is really fascinating.
Fortunately, the existence of Zhang Kaixuan allows me to refute Lao Zhu's seemingly reasonable speculation.
After hearing what I said, Zhu Kaihua was stunned for a moment, then shook his head and said: It's true! But he still muttered: Even if Zhang Laohei is not a copy, your second brother is most likely. I saw his yin and yang aura.
He looked uncomfortable all over. And he knew too much.
After saying that, he accused me again and scolded me: Why are you so clear-headed at this time? Do you just follow what I, Lao Zhu, think? Even if it is not true, can you at least comfort yourself? Now you can
Okay, my head is turning to mush again. But no matter what, the relationship between your father, Zhang Kaixuan's grandfather, and your second brother, Zhang Kaixuan, is definitely related to this picture! You have to trust your buddy's intuition!
I watched him continue to struggle with this issue, and I felt inexplicably panicked, because I was really afraid of what he could come up with to convince me - I would rather not know the answer than accept that my second brother is my father.
Facts. I just waved my hand to him and said: Come on, you? I thought it was not reliable at all, so stop guessing and look at the pictures at the back.
The sixth picture makes a big jump and has nothing to do with the previous five pictures.
Above this is a group of people building a palace in full swing. There is a plaque on the palace - Da Leiyin Temple. I suddenly became interested, this is the most important thing about this Thousand Buddha Cave!
But the seventh picture is still jumping. In this picture, a group of people are still working enthusiastically, but this one is burning a big cauldron. The style of the cauldron is simple, a bit like the Simuwu cauldron in the museum.
The tripod was placed on the fire. Some of the group of people were digging a huge piece of ore, and some were holding firewood. They seemed to be building something. This picture seems to say that the working people in ancient times were forced to work, because they were building it.
The scene was littered with several dead bodies.
This is just like when the ancient Great Wall was being built. People who were exhausted would just throw it away or bury it on the spot. But what are they building? (To be continued)
