Chapter 3 Departure, Hokkaido

The three of them also packed their luggage, said goodbye to Hoshino, and waited for her to get on the plane before deciding to leave.

They didn't tell Hoshino about their upcoming itinerary to prevent the eldest lady from overthinking and thinking that she was leaving behind this burden.

After leaving the ski resort, the three of them transferred to the train and continued north, passing by Yokote City. They arrived in Aomori in the north in the afternoon. Most of the way along the way was lush mountains and forests, and the air was very fresh.

Shiraishi and Tsukishima made an impromptu decision to stay here for one night and catch the ferry to Hokkaido early the next day.

"Yoshi, you have to get up tomorrow morning to watch the sunrise. Whoever wakes up the latest will be punished!"

"Just you?" Tsukishima sneered, looking very disdainful.

"What is the punishment?" Qing Keisuke asked.

"Well... whoever wakes up the latest will have to shell the seafood for others tomorrow."

"You guys are pretty good at choosing." Tsukishima's eyes lit up and he felt like he was about to burst into flames.

Shiraishi smiled proudly, his chin raised high.

In the evening, they stayed at a B&B near the foot of a mountain, close to the port. They ate specialties from the Aomori region. They put extra-large scallops in a casserole, then added sauce, green onions, tofu and other condiments. A simpler way is to just eat it directly.

Use the scallops as a pot to cook.

Paired with salt-roasted beef and venison, the three of them had a very enjoyable dinner.

Early the next morning, Tsukishima was the first to wake up - she secretly turned off Shiraishi's alarm clock before going to bed last night.

The room they lived in was a suite. The entrance to the entrance was a hall, and there were two bedrooms on both sides, separated by shoji doors, which basically only blocked the view. At night, the breathing was louder, and you could hear the movement next door.

Tsukishima stretched out first and straightened his messy pajamas, then stood up and gently patted Shiraishi's face.

"Hey, it's time to wake up, you lazy idiot."

"Um?"

"Peel the shrimp——"

"Huh???" Shiraishi opened his eyes suddenly when the keyword was triggered, and was startled again when he saw Tsukishima's half-smiling face.

"Shh, let's go see if Qing Keisuke is awake."

The room was still very dark, so the two people quietly got up from the bed and slowly opened the shoji door.

As Shiraishi opened the door, he felt something strange——

Going to catch Aoi Keisuke with Tsukishima seemed a bit selfish.

But if she went in by herself, she was worried that Rou Baozi would beat the dog and never come back.

With apprehension (Tsukishima was mainly excited to spy on the handsome young man sleeping), the two opened the shoji door on Aoi Keisuke's side.

"Huh?"

"Where are the people?"

In front of the two of them, there was no one on the mattress.

Shiraishi reached out and touched the quilt, and found that there was still a little bit of warmth on it, indicating that Aoi Keisuke had not been away all night.

"This guy...where did he go before dawn?"

Qing Keisuke was running on the forest trails in Aomori. These are mountain trails made by mountain people. They are narrow and rugged, and some are covered with green moss.

It rained lightly around three o'clock in the morning, and the dark soil was still very moist, making running like walking on a soft mat.

The air in the mountain forest was humid, and after running, he couldn't tell whether it was sweat or dew on his clothes. But fortunately, the air was also fresher, making the run very refreshing.

He ran as hard as he could, gradually surpassing the limits of ordinary humans, as if he had turned into a leaping mountain deer, and before he knew it, he had run back and forth from the depths of the mountain.

With a sudden glance, he also saw the railroad track he passed along yesterday, but he had forgotten which section it was.

It wasn't until he saw the message from Shiraishi that he took a photo of the mountain and started to return.

When he was about to return to the B&B, he first used his spirituality to remove the water stains on his body and the mud on his shoes, making himself clean and tidy again.

When he walked into the B&B, his breathing returned to normal, and others could not tell that he had completed his exercise.

"Eh? When did you go out, sir?" The dozing receptionist was woken up by the sign of entering the store and asked, rubbing his eyes.

"I just can't sleep and go for a walk."

"ha……"

When Aoi Keisuke returned to the room, Tsukishima and Shiraishi had already washed and dressed themselves.

"You posted this dark photo. Where did you go?" Shiraishi used his mobile phone to show the photo Keisuke Aoi just took and complained.

"Well... I just went for a walk in the mountains." Since Tsukishima was present, Aoi Keisuke didn't brag about where he went.

Fortunately, Tsukishima didn't think much about it. She didn't even know that Aoi Keisuke had the habit of doing morning exercises.

The three of them packed their luggage, checked out early, and paid the owner of the B&B to take them to the port for a boat ride.

The car was a small hatchback truck, with some cargo placed in the passenger seat, so Qing Keisuke and the others simply sat in the back seat.

The order is: car door, Aoi Keisuke, Shiraishi, Tsukishima, car door.

"Guest, why did you catch the boat so early?"

The owner of the B&B is a middle-aged man who yawned constantly while driving.

"We're going to the sea to watch the sunrise!" Shiraishi answered energetically.

"oh……"

This is an activity that is completely beyond the scope of interests of middle-aged men.

If you tell him about sea fishing, he might be able to set out all night and stay up all night guarding the fishing rod.

Having said that, the looks of these three guests are really amazing... Is this what a neon person should look like?

Tsukishima leaned against the car door, feeling a little sleepy as the car swayed. Eighty percent of this fatigue was attributed to his overly large chest.

Listening to Shiraishi's slightly playful voice, she gradually fell asleep again. She suddenly woke up until her head hit the car window with a "thud", and then she heard the "pop" sound of Shiraishi's suppressed laughter.

"Hahaha, Tsukishima Tan, you are the last to wake up~!"

Tsukishima took a deep breath, and his chest swelled surprisingly.

It's hard, the fist is hard.

She grabbed Shiraishi's face and began to rub it from side to side. Seeing that she refused to beg for mercy, she simply rubbed her carefully groomed bob into a chicken coop.

"I'll fight you!"

Shiraishi was furious: "I'm going to pour makeup remover on your face!"

Where does this lazy guy who doesn't even wear makeup get his makeup remover?

The corners of Tsukishima's mouth twitched, which made him feel even more irritated.

"Guests, we will be there soon."

Just when the two were about to fight to the death in the back compartment, the owner of the B&B in front of him spoke up to stop the dispute and wiped the non-existent sweat from his forehead - the young girl's vitality seemed to be incompatible with him.

Why……

Sure enough, only the joy of catching a big fish lasts throughout life...

Tsukishima and Shiraishi looked out the window at the same time, and when they arrived near the port, they were no longer covered by the shade of trees. They could already see the dark sea surface and the regular tidal surge in the distance.

"Aoi Keisuke, look! It's the sea!"

Chizuru Shiraishi said something without any nutrition, but the excitement made Qing Keisuke very happy.

He quietly leaned to Shiraishi's side, pressed against her back, and looked towards the window on their side.

"Oh, don't squeeze!"

"What? I'm looking at the sea." Qing Keisuke replied with a smile.

Tsukishima, who was about to touch the car door, just wanted to get up and give the two bastards a few "bang bang" punches.
