Part II: Ant Supreme [Part 1]

A humble person who acts persistently can shine with the sun and moon, becoming immortal and lasting forever.

The ancient times are long and vast.

There are ten evil beasts roaming the heaven and earth, there are innate gods roaring proudly in all directions, and there are also sages who open altars to preach and educate all living beings.

Taikoo is a brilliant word.

It was an era when gods competed for hegemony and sages emerged. Hundreds of schools of thought contended. The world competed for supremacy. Traditions competed for each other. Countless world-shaking battles were staged, and countless splendid chapters were left behind.

&】→wán】→】→ロba,↘.≮△.£p;Countless legendary giants were born in this era, and there are also countless mythical figures that are imprinted in history and will be praised for eternity!

It was in this era when Taoism was prosperous, glorious and turbulent that an ordinary little ant left the ant nest alone.

It has to find its own path.

A long time ago, it heard from the elders of the clan that as an ant, it is the most humble and insignificant creature in the world, with a limited life span and dull qualifications.

Either survive in this life or die suddenly, there is no other choice!

Unless, like the "God-Eating Ants", they possess innate divine power, transcendent wisdom, and a body as powerful as an innate spiritual treasure.

Unfortunately, this is destined to be impossible.

How can ants be compared with the "god-eating ants"? That's like a grain of rice competing against the sun and the moon, ridiculous.

Born as an ant, it seems that if you want to survive, you really have to accept your fate...

But this little ant doesn't believe all this. It doesn't want to live as if it's fate, nor does it want to die suddenly.

So, it left the ant nest and hit the road alone.

Before leaving, it still couldn't forget the sighs of the old ants in the ant nest. Maybe they didn't think they could succeed at all, right?

Similarly, it cannot forget the ridicule made by its peers in the ant nest. Maybe they must think that they are crazy?

But these are no longer important!

Although the meteor in the sky disappeared in an instant, it left a bright and dazzling trace in the sky.

And I would rather be that dazzling shooting star. Even a moment of brilliance is ten thousand times more exciting than living alone!

On the way forward alone, the little ant kept encouraging itself with the shooting stars in the sky. Whenever it felt afraid, afraid, or hesitant, such encouragement could always bring it a lot of courage and strength.

In fact, even the little ant himself doesn't know what he wants. He is just an ordinary ant. How can he know how big the world is?

Who knows how much it costs to become as bright as a shooting star?

In fact, it doesn't even know where it is going.

But the little ant still persisted and left. It told itself that if it wanted to become different, it must never look back. Since it couldn't look back, it must keep moving forward.

Moving forward is to go to a distant place.

And on the far road, there must be a way to make yourself different!

So, the little ant walked forward, persistently like a stubborn fool who digs into an ox's horns, fearing neither heaven nor earth.

The so-called ignorant people are naturally fearless.

The little ant knows nothing, so of course he is not afraid of anything!

I don’t know how long they walked, day and night kept alternating. On this day, the little ant suddenly saw a sea with no end in sight. He couldn’t help being shocked and murmured: "Is this the sea?"

Unexpectedly, a Zhu dove bird nearby heard his words and burst into laughter, laughing so hard that he almost shed tears.

"A little ant actually thinks a small puddle is the ocean, hahaha."

Its laughter was so loud and vicious that it suddenly shattered the shock in the little ant's heart and turned him into disappointment.

But the little ant quickly regained his confidence and continued to move forward.

"Hey, little ant, where are you going?"

When the dove bird saw that the little ant ignored it, it started to yell.

"I want to go far away."

The little ant raised his head and said firmly.

"What are you going to do in a distant place?"

Zhu JiuNiao said curiously.

"Become as bright as a shooting star!"

The little ant answered seriously.

Zhu JiuNiao couldn't help laughing again, as if he heard a ridiculous joke, but when he saw the little ant's determined and unhesitating expression, for some reason, Zhu JiuNiao couldn't laugh anymore and stared blankly.

As the little ant walked away step by step, somewhere in his heart seemed to be touched, an uncontrollable impulse surged out, and he subconsciously blurted out:

"Little Ant, I believe you can do it!"

The little ant didn’t know whether he heard it or not, but kept moving forward...

On the subsequent journey, the little ant saw the difference between small rocks and mountains, and the difference between weeds and big trees.

It finally realized that the "sea" it saw at first was indeed just a small puddle.

Along the way, it was hit by wind and snow and bathed in sunshine. It experienced many dangers and received help from many kind-hearted creatures.

Once, it was almost burned to death by a wildfire, but luckily, a butterfly rescued it and took it to experience a real "flight".

The moment he lay on the wings of a butterfly and fluttered, the little ant felt that he was about to turn into a shooting star in his dream, and he was just missing a chance to mark his own brilliant trajectory in the sky.

This makes the little ant more and more convinced that as long as he keeps moving forward, he will definitely be able to realize his wish!

In the following days, it gradually understood the world clearly.

It also learned from the many ‘friends’ it met on the road that there are still powerful beings in this world that can shine with the sun and the moon and last forever!

Shine with the sun and the moon!

And last forever!

For the first time, the little ant had a clear goal to practice.

Yes, it requires practice.

Only through practice can you not only become as brilliant as a shooting star, but also shine with the sun and moon in the sky, and last forever with the ages!

For ants who can only survive or die suddenly, this is simply an unimaginable and unattainable thing.

Even when the little ant told other creatures about its goal along the way, it inevitably attracted a burst of ridicule, saying that it was wishful thinking and overestimated its capabilities.

Some well-meaning beings also advised it that cultivation requires talent. As an ant, you should not aim too high.

But whether it was ridicule or advice, the little ant never wavered in its confidence. It firmly believed that since it was alive, it had to give it a try. Even if it failed, at least it would not survive in this life, and that was enough.

The so-called experience is a process of seeking.

In the past, the little ant was as simple as a piece of white paper. In order to find the meaning of existence, he was ignorant and fearless, fearing nothing.

After going through many ups and downs, the little ant has learned how to think and understand that if he wants to practice spiritual practice, he first needs to "become an apprentice".

If you want to "become a master", you must first find a master who is willing to teach you.

So the little ant started looking for a teacher.

But it has never thought that any of the masters in this world would accept an ant as a disciple.

ps1: Scientifically speaking, ants are two-dimensional creatures. The world seen in the field of vision is flat, and an ant alone can only live for a few days. However, we are telling a fairy tale, so there is no need to talk about science...

ps2: Because I have to travel far today to work for the Provincial Writers Association, there is a little extra content in this chapter today. I will write more when the goldfish comes back tomorrow.
