Chapter 1213 Holy Sulu Ingot

Chapter 1,213 The Sacred ‘Sulu Ding’

Sulu ingot means "spear" in Mongolian, which is the symbol of Mongolia and the symbol of the God of War. It is also translated as "Sulede, Sulide". It is generally black and white, and they are called "Hala Sulu ingot" and "Chagan Sulu ingot" respectively.

It means "black" and "white". Black symbolizes war and strength, and white symbolizes peace and authority.

According to the autorotation records of Yelu Chucai, when Temujin was born in July of the lunar calendar in 1162 AD, he held a piece of fetal blood in his hand. After breaking it open, it was found to be a diamond-shaped pattern with sharp ends. Later generations said that Genghis Khan held the "Sulu ingot" in his hand.

"Born into the world, he is a hero sent by God to save the Mongolian nation. "Temujin" means the transformation of iron.

According to legend, Sulu Ding symbolizes the divine object given to Genghis Khan by the Immortal God to help him succeed in his career. It is the battle flag of the Mongolian army led by Genghis Khan, the patron saint of the Mongolian nation, and a symbol of invincibility.

Later, Yelu Chucai, the first counselor of the Golden Tent who came to Mongolia from the Jin Kingdom, sent captured Russian craftsmen to create a symbol based on this pattern, named Sulu Ingot, which was placed on the top of Genghis Khan's Golden Tent and served as the military flag and emblem of the Mongolian army.

.From then on, Sulu Ding represented the God of War, Genghis Khan, and the supremacy.

Therefore, the Sulu ingot changed from a legend into a tangible sacred object representing Mongolian rule and divine power.

Although Sulu Ding has a strong representation of power, it is really just a spear-like object similar to an ancient weapon!

However, compared with ancient war spears, the Sulu Ding is special in that the butt of the base of the spear body forms a disk with 81 perforations around the edge of the disk.

These holes are used to tie horse hair as tassels, and then fixed on pine and cypress poles to rise to the sky and stand on the stone turtle base, showing the sacred majesty.

However, what Liu Dong saw at this moment was only the upper half of the Sulu ingot. That is, the three sharp spear points and the disc at the base. The 81 perforations around the disc were still there, but the hanging tassel disappeared.

Liu Dong found no signs of decay in the horsehair in the box. It was obviously the shape of the Sulu ingot that Liu Dong saw when it was buried with him.

Liu Dong carefully held this sacred object in his hand that was no less important to the Mongolians than the 'Jade Seal of Chuan Guo' and the 'Nine Tripods of King Yu', which represented the status of the Han dynasty and represented the incarnation of divine power and imperial power.

Consider it.

To Liu Dong's surprise, the material of this Sulu ingot was not gold as he originally thought, but a material that Liu Dong had never seen before. The texture of this material was extremely hard, no worse than today's special steel.

But this is understandable. After all, the Sulu ingot is the war spear in Genghis Khan's hand in the legend. As a weapon, it is inevitable to be hard and sharp.

But later on, the significance of the Sulu ingot weapon weakened, and its status as a symbol of imperial power and divine power became more prominent. Therefore, its surface was gilded with a layer of gold, and eventually it became the state that Liu Dong sees now.

In addition to the material, Liu Dong also saw a line of text on the base of the Sulu ingot.

This kind of writing is the earliest writing in Mongolia - 'Uighur Mongolian writing'!

In 1204, the Mongols destroyed the Naiman tribe and captured the Naiman state division and the fearful Uighur Tata Tonga. Because he was well versed in Uighur writing, Temujin ordered him to create Mongolian writing. The early Mongolian writing was very similar to the Uighur writing.

Some principles of orthography also come directly from Uighur script. Therefore, it is often called "Uighur-style Mongolian script" in academic circles today.

Later, after Kublai Khan formally established the Yuan Dynasty, he ordered the Meng Yuan emperor's master, the leader of the Sakya sect of Tubo Buddhism, to create the word "Pasiba"!

Because this kind of writing has to cope with the huge territory of the Yuan Dynasty, the Phasiba Mongolian writing has the characteristics of more than a dozen writing styles such as Mongolian, Chinese, Tibetan, Uighur, Sanskrit, and Persian.

However, both the Uighur Mongolian script and the Pasiba Mongolian script are already in the past tense. The current Mongolian script is the Kiril Mongolian script created by combining Russian letters, which is also called New Mongolian script in China.

Liu Dong was very familiar with the New Mongolian script and even the Pasiba Mongolian characters. But for the earliest Uighur Mongolian characters, because too much time had passed and there were not many documents, the application time was also short.

Liu Dong didn't know much.

After holding the Sulu ingot in his hand and studying it for a long time, combined with his knowledge of the Pasiba Mongolian characters, he guessed that the general content of the text on the base of the Sulu ingot should be: The greatest hero under the sun is bestowed by the Immortal God. He is invincible.

The great Mongol Khan 'Bo'er Jijin*Temujin'!

Of course, whether this is the case requires consultation with scholars who actually study Uighur Mongolian inscriptions. But Liu Dong believes that even if there are discrepancies in the end, they will not be too big.

Because he didn't have much time, Liu Dong briefly admired the 'Sulu ingot' in his hand, which represented the Mongolian imperial power of the Yuan Dynasty, then put it into the mustard space, and then touched the right foot of Yuan Zhaozong's corpse. Soon one was covered with yellow dragon pattern silk

The seal appeared in front of Liu Dong.

This is a typical Han style seal in the style of Panlong Button and Jade Seal.

From the two lines of Han and Mongolian characters engraved on the bottom, it can be identified that this is the identity seal of Emperor Zhaozong of the Yuan Dynasty, "Bo'er Zhijin·Aiyou Shili Tala"! As in many Han and Tang tombs in the past, after the owner was buried, he would be buried with him to represent himself.

The burial system of the identity seal is the same.

Obviously, more than a dozen emperors of the Yuan Dynasty, starting from Kublai Khan, have all become Chinese!

In addition to the 'Sulu ingot' representing imperial power and the seal representing identity, the body was also buried with many treasures that seemed unimportant at the time, but in Liu Dong's eyes were priceless treasures.

Like the top-quality mutton-fat jade pendant hanging around the waist of the corpse, it can be seen that the exquisite craftsmanship of the royal craftsmen of the Yuan Dynasty palace is almost the best among jade carving antiques now.

There is also a war knife buried with the right side of the deceased's arm. It is made entirely of saluo iron, which is extremely rare in ancient times, that is, meteorite iron. It is sharp and strong. From the Mongolian inscriptions on it, it is clear that it is the name of Emperor Zhaozong of the Yuan Dynasty's Bo'er Ji Jin.

Aiyou's portable sword.

One after another, Liu Dong simply packed up the precious antiques from the coffin and put them into his own mustard space.

After finally putting all the 'golden brocade' imperial clothes and golden masks worn on Yuan Zhaozong into the mustard space, he looked at the bones lying quietly in the coffin and said to himself: "Since I have taken away your things

, I have benefited from you, and I will also help you, so that you can sleep here quietly without being disturbed!"

As soon as he finished speaking, Liu Dong jumped off the coffin bed. With a wave of his hand, the coffin coffin board that he had put into the mustard space fell down again with a 'bang' sound, sealing the coffin tightly again.

Then he used the relic Yuanguang to temporarily put away the entire coffin bed, and then dug a space under the coffin bed that was large enough to accommodate the coffin. Liu Dong put it back in. After finally restoring the coffin bed to its original state, unless someone owned Liu Dong

He has the same ability as Dong, otherwise no one will ever find the location of the real tomb owner’s coffin!

"Hey, you guys came pretty quickly!"

Liu Dong's heart moved, and he stopped on his way to open the coffins of the two concubines buried nearby.

After thinking for a while, Liu Dong directly used the relic Yuanguang to put the two concubines' coffins into the mustard space, and then exited the back room along the original path.

Of course, he did not leave just now. He was just curious about the burial objects in the main tomb chamber and came all the way here. He had not yet looked at the middle chamber. And even though the objects buried in it were not as valuable as the main tomb chamber, you can't miss it if you come here.

.

"Let them eat dog first!"

With a move in his heart, Liu Dong used the relic Yuanguang to 'buckle' a huge stone from the stone wall of the tomb next to him, blocked the main tomb passage leading to the back room, and then started busy with his own affairs.

With the existence of the relic Yuanguang, he is not afraid of these people finding him.

"Boom...!"

The tomb door, which is tall and strong and made entirely of granite stone, was pushed in from the outside with great force.

Along with the ear-piercing roar, large amounts of dust on the floor of the tomb were shaken up, giving people the illusion of being surrounded by billowing sand and dust.

"Bah, bah...!"

Accompanied by the snow-white and dazzling lights, breaking the silence of nearly a thousand years in the silent ancient tomb, several figures waved their arms, spit out the sand in their mouths and noses, and walked in through the collapsed door of the tomb.

The first one was the restaurant owner whom Liu Dong had met when he first arrived in Bayanhelin. But at this moment, he was no longer wearing a Mongolian robe and a felt hat. Instead, he had a miner's lamp on his head and a wear-resistant black canvas suit.

, with a rope hanging around his waist, a slightly worn leather backpack on his back, and high-waisted black leather boots at his feet. He held a steel drill in both hands. Apparently, this thing helped a lot when he violently opened the tomb door just now.

The person who came in right behind him was not the 'shop waiter' Liu Dong had seen before, but a man in his forties with a thin face and narrow eyes. He looked around with a sinister look on his face.

Colored blonde caucasian.

"Mr. Sirus, it seems we have found it?"

Looking at the wide tomb passage and the darkness of the tomb, which seemed unable to illuminate the bottom, the 'shop owner' looked excited.

"That's right, Zhang! Look at the size of this tomb. Even if it's not the tomb of Genghis Khan, it must be the tomb of an emperor from the Yuan Dynasty or the Mongolian period. The funerary objects inside are enough to make all of us here make a lot of money.

!”

"Then what are we waiting for?" A tall black man standing behind Sirus asked equally excitedly.

Money is a good thing. Everyone needs it.

After hearing this, Sirus and the middle-aged man surnamed Zhang looked at each other and smiled, and the former waved his hand, "Gomez, watch carefully, don't step on our 'dollars'!"

"haha of course!"

After smiling wildly, the black man took the cup from his back into his hand and walked carefully towards the depths of the tomb passage.

It can be seen from his actions that although this man seems reckless, he is still very cautious deep down.
