1015. See Zhang Jinghui

The Puppet Manchukuo has had a total of two prime ministers until now.

The first one was Zheng Xiaoxu. After the September 18th Incident, he was responsible for drafting the national anthem and the founding declaration of the Puppet Manchukuo, and signed the Japan-Manchuria Protocol with Nobuyoshi Muto, the representative of the Japanese Kwantung Army, recognizing Japan's special status and garrison power in Manchukuo.

After Puyi proclaimed himself emperor in 1934, he became the Prime Minister. Zheng Xiaoxu later died in Changchun because he opposed Japan's suppression of Manchukuo. Rumor has it that he was poisoned by the Japanese.

The second one was Zhang Jinghui. He had no education, but knew how to assess the situation and was good at making friends. He later served as Zhang Zuolin's deputy. After the September 18th Incident, he openly surrendered to the enemy. After Zheng Xiaoxu's death, he took over as the Prime Minister of the Puppet Manchukuo.

In the position of minister, he almost obeyed the Japanese.

Of course, listening to one's words never meant respect. For the Japanese, he only respected them on the surface, but he didn't have this respect in private.

However, as the current Prime Minister of the Puppet Manchukuo, Zhang Jinghui's life is actually just making a living, and it looks better than some others.

Moreover, Japanese spies often kept an eye on him.

"Sir, please give me your phone number." A man who looked like a butler looked at his master. Although he was the prime minister of a country, he basically stayed at home and kept his name.

"Oh?" Zhang Jinghui was a little curious and didn't understand why the old man called him. You know, although they know each other, they don't often interact with each other. "What did he say on this cold day?"

"He said he would like to invite you to his house tomorrow to drink tea and enjoy the flowers."

"Have tea and enjoy the flowers?" Zhang Jinghui narrowed his eyes, then smiled and nodded, "I agree."

"yes."

Zhou Weiguo looked at the old gentleman's middle-aged son and nodded to him, "Brother, thank you very much."

"Brother Zhou, you're welcome." Lian Ziwen also smiled, "In this case, will Brother Zhou stay at my house? How about it?"

Zhou Weiguo thought for a while, then nodded, "Then I'll trouble Brother Lian." Since he asked his father to help pull the strings, and he was motivated by national justice and national sentiment, there was no reason not to believe them.

"Okay, then I'll let someone make arrangements." Lian Ziwen smiled and nodded. When he was young, he lived the life of a rich young master. Although he still had to study, compared to now, it was much more comfortable.

. He knows that their family has gradually declined with the decline of the Qing Dynasty. His father is willing to do so, but he is not. He is not old, so why can't he make some achievements? However, his father is already old, and he is temporarily

Unable to travel far.

But now, the arrival of Zhou Weiguo has made his once silent heart agitated. Some things really cannot be calmed down.

"Then I'll trouble Brother Lian." Zhou Weiguo also smiled. Regarding this gentle and elegant Lian Ziwen, although he was over forty, his elegant temperament and his behavior in the past few days, he knew that this

A brother actually has a gap in his chest, but his father is in poor health, and their family is somewhat special, which is why he is so late.

"No trouble." Lian Ziwen smiled and left. Zhou Weiguo and his father were left in the room again.

The old gentleman squinted his eyes, and sighed as his son left. He knows his son better than his father. Doesn't he know his own son?

With the arrival of Zhou Weiguo, it was obvious that his son was tempted.

"Little friend Zhou, can we wait until tomorrow to discuss everything?"

"Thank you, old sir."

"It doesn't matter."

"Brother, what are your plans?" Liu Zhihui still hasn't understood what Zhou Weiguo means. Zhou Weiguo wants to unite with Emperor Puyi. He knows, but now that they have united, what should they do next?

After listening to Liu Zhihui's words, Zhou Weiguo smiled and said, "You will know when the time comes. Don't worry, I still need to perfect the plan and other things."

Liu Zhihui rolled his eyes and realized that following him was a mistake. It was so boring.

His brother is actually uniting with the ministers of the Puppet Manchukuo? In an attempt to unite the forces of the independent division to overthrow the Japanese Kwantung Army.

He couldn't understand it, because he knew very well that these ministers of the puppet Manchukuo really had no real power at all. To unite them, it would be better to let people slowly infiltrate into the three eastern provinces.

"Are you bored?" Zhou Weiguo asked with a smile.

"Yeah, I thought I would encounter something interesting, but you didn't let me do this, and you didn't let me do it..."

"Okay, just play your role well first." Zhou Weiguo patted Liu Zhihui on the shoulder, and then entered the room that Lian Ziwen had prepared for him.

One, also a relatively quaint room.

Then he frowned slightly, such a building will almost be regarded as a cultural heritage in later generations. In fact, the architectural wisdom of ancient China is really unimaginable.

"We can only try our best to save it!" Zhou Weiguo exhaled. He knew that if his plan succeeded, Changchun, that is, Xinjing, would inevitably be in turmoil.

This is like when officials rebelled in ancient times.

Now that the power of Xinjing is in the hands of the Japanese, Zhou Weiguo needs to make some careful planning if he wants to capture and kill the Japanese.

In ancient times, most people who rebelled did not succeed.

The big problem lies in confidentiality.

Many people's plans were leaked. For example, Taizong already knew about the rebellion of several sons of Emperor Taizong of the Tang Dynasty before it even started.

Therefore, Zhou Weiguo did not want to tell anyone before the plan was completed.

Meeting Zhang Jinghui is an important part of it. As the Prime Minister of the Puppet Manchukuo, he no longer has any power in his hands, but he still has the prestige he deserves. And Zhang Jinghui can get to the point where he is now, and he will never be a good person.

Reckless and ignorant.

The next day, when Zhang Jinghui appeared in Lian Mansion, Zhou Weiguo was still dressed in a long braided mantle. At least recently, he would appear in everyone's sight as Lian Lao's nephew.

Generally speaking, people dressed like this are descendants of the Eight Banners and survivors of the Manchu Qing Dynasty, and they are a bit stubborn.

"Hey, whose boy is this? He's really handsome?" Zhang Jinghui's first words when he saw Zhou Weiguo were ridicule, because he had never met Zhou Weiguo before.

Zhou Weiguo smiled, did not answer, and invited Zhang Jinghui into the room. It was cold outside after all.

Zhang Jinghui didn't care. Then he saw the old man who was already waiting in the room. He smiled and held his hands, "Sir, you are so elegant."

"It's just arty and joyful in suffering." Mr. Lian smiled, put down the teacup, "Sit down."

"Thank you." Zhang Jinghui sat down.

Zhou Weiguo naturally walked in. The first impression Zhang Jinghui gave him was that he was smooth and sophisticated. After thinking about it, he understood.

"Sir, didn't you say you wanted to invite me to drink tea and enjoy the flowers? I saw the tea, but where are the flowers?"
