Wherever there are people, there are rivers and lakes. It is easy to say that all four are empty, but there are only a few people who can achieve it.
Buddhism is not a pure land either. The Buddha, Taoist, Confucian and Dragon saints teamed up to lead the demon saints and barbarian saints into the depths of the void, where they have been missing for hundreds of millions of years.
Without the Dragon Saint above, the Dragon Clan has its own affairs in the four seas. On the surface, it respects the East China Sea as the main one, but in fact, each has its own agenda.
The same is true for Buddhism. The Buddha who is the brain is no longer there, and only the limbs and trunk are left. How can it be divided into three, six or nine levels?
There are only so many resources given to Buddhism. If you have more, I will have less. If you are strong, I will be weak. If I am weak, you will be strong. If the head of the phoenix can do it, who is willing to be the tail of the phoenix?
In the past, among the four major Bodhisattvas of Buddhism, Guanyin Bodhisattva was the leader and coordinated the Buddhist sect.
Now, the Ksitigarbha lineage is rising strongly, and the old and new overlords are about to be handed over. How can there be peace without bloodshed?
Fahai is from the lineage of Ksitigarbha. The Buddhist disciples of this generation were even more powerful in the quasi-Bodhisattva state in their previous lives, and their future is limitless.
His disaster actually fell on two snake monsters enlightened by the Bodhisattva. This coincidence is worth pondering.
Of course, there is no way around this. There are no two days in the sky and no two masters in man. How can we do this without fighting?
The Dragon Clan, Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism are all brothers and sisters on the surface, but there are also many who are secretly slanderous. They are all superficial brothers.
"If that's the case, I'm afraid it'll be up to you to wake me up once I'm robbed."
Fahai's expression was solemn, as if he had something to say.
"Guanyin Bodhisattva is plotting against you, but the person behind you doesn't have any indication?"
Wang Xu frowned slightly when he heard that Fahai only mentioned him and not the Ksitigarbha lineage.
Fahai shook his head slightly and said: "My Ksitigarbha lineage used to rank last among the four great Bodhisattvas, and my background is much worse than the other three lines.
Moreover, Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva is now focused on perfecting the underworld and taking over the authority of reincarnation, and cannot leave the underworld at all.
Without the support of Ksitigarbha, the strong one is not half as good as the other party. So what can I do if I don’t pretend that it never happened? Only if I don’t break up, will no higher-level forces intervene, and I will have a glimmer of hope."
When Wang Xu heard this, he realized that this was indeed the case.
Bai Suzhen's move was probably just a random move by Guanyin Bodhisattva. If asked in the future, it could also be said to be a test of Fahai's Buddha's heart.
Fahai can break the catastrophe by himself without involving Ksitigarbha's lineage. For the sake of face, it will be difficult for a strong person from Guanyin's lineage to end up. The possibility of Guanyin Bodhisattva taking action again is not high.
After all, no matter what happens behind the scenes, on the surface, the four branches of Buddhism are harmonious. This kind of harmony indicates that the four branches are a family, and Guanyin Bodhisattva does not dare to destroy it.
After careful analysis, the relationship between Fahai and the two green and white snakes is actually not that simple. They achieve mutual success. The two green and white snakes are Fahai's disaster, and Fahai is not the disaster of the two green and white snakes.
If Fahai succeeds in breaking through the situation and his character is perfect, he will have the possibility of achieving the Bodhisattva state in the future.
On the contrary, if the blue and white snakes make a superior move and take away Fahai's great luck, there is no guarantee that Guanyin's lineage will be able to add another demon bodhisattva in the future.
It is normal for Fahai not to see through Guanyin Bodhisattva's plan, but does Ksitigarbha really not know?
Perhaps Ksitigarbha knew about it, but just pretended not to know, and there was a tacit understanding between the two parties.
Wang Xu thought about it, Ksitigarbha pretended not to know it for two reasons. One was to wait for Fa Hai to break the situation and walk out of his own way.
Second, if Fahai cannot get out, then use Fahai to achieve the two demons. Now the rise of the Ksitigarbha lineage is a foregone conclusion, and the Guanyin lineage is about to leave sadly. Fahai is the sweet date given by the Ksitigarbha lineage.
This idea is so scary that Wang Xu shudders just thinking about it.
Looking up, Fahai saw a majestic appearance, as if he had not thought of it at all.
If I had known that Fa Hai had wisdom in his previous life and had seen big storms, how could he not think of what Wang Xu could think of?
"Parties, factions, I just hate these messy things. They are all superficial brothers. When it comes to things, there is no one I can rely on."
Just thinking about it made Wang Xu feel overwhelmed. This was the reason why he neither formed a party for personal gain nor got close to those princes.
No matter whether you are tired of fighting with each other all day long, a person is still the most carefree. He takes life and death lightly. If he doesn't accept it, he will do it. If he has a grudge, he will avenge it on the same day. Only in this way can he live up to his life.
"Little monk, I won't say too much. I have wine and meat here, a place to live, and a collection of books to read. I support you in whatever you want to do. If it doesn't work, you can just stay inactive for a few years. It's not shameful.
"
Having said this, Wang Xu stood up from the chair, pulled Fahai up, and said: "Look, when I get up, I will pull you up, and you will get up too!"
Fahai responded with a smile, but actually didn't hear a word.
It's not easy to be a coward, he doesn't want to lose face.
Wang Xu was able to suppress the fifth-level demon king at a young age, and his future would be bright. Fahai also believed that he could help him.
But if you believe and convert, you cannot do that.
What kind of person is Fahai? The two of us are friends. If one day you are rich and I am down and you drive past me in a Mercedes-Benz, please don’t lower the window to talk to me or pretend not to notice.
Just drive past me when you see him, otherwise I will be very embarrassed. He is this kind of person.
This kind of person is born with hard bones, cannot bend down, and does not want to bend down. Holding his thigh and shouting 666 will not happen to this kind of person.
Wang Xu could see it, and knowing that it would be pointless to continue talking, he changed his words: "You travel south of the Yangtze River, controlling floods and plagues. What do you think of the situation below?"
Hearing Wang Xu talk about the disaster, Fahai really became energetic and said with a solemn expression: "It's very bad. The plague is different from others. We are most afraid of contagion. Although when the heavy rain poured down, there were knowledgeable people who noticed it in advance.
There may be a plague, and some officials have reported to the higher authorities to prevent disasters and plagues, but they are still panicking in the face of the plague.
I traveled around the south of the Yangtze River, and what I saw the most in the places I passed were various quarantine areas.
People infected with the plague would be driven into quarantine areas indiscriminately and locked there to fend for themselves.
Some patients who only had colds, fevers, coughs and were weak were treated as plagues, and countless people died unjustly.
There are also local gentry who care little about human life and blindly pursue the method of dealing with the plague by burying them alive. From those in their seventies to eighties, to those who are crying for food, as long as they show symptoms of the plague, they will be killed. It is really shocking! "
When it came to the latter part, Fa Hai was heartbroken and his tone even trembled.
Wang Xu listened silently. He had been staying in Hangzhou Mansion, and the furthest he went was back to Jinshan Mansion. He didn't know much about things in the countryside.
Unexpectedly, the following situation has reached such a serious level. Could it be that the Wu Dynasty has really lost its moral integrity and God is forcing a change of dynasty?
Wang Xu thought about it and comforted him: "It has been many days since the plague broke out. Calculating the time, the imperial court should release the doctors. After deposing Baijia, many of the doctors joined the imperial hospital as officials, and even shouted
With the slogan "If you don't be a good prime minister, you're a good doctor," your power is increasing instead of decreasing, and these people will not sit idly by."
Deposing hundreds of schools of thought and respecting Confucianism alone has been a national policy implemented since the Han Dynasty, and it is also a landmark event for Confucianism as an orthodoxy.
After that, the masters and military strategists from hundreds of schools went to the border, the Mohists entered the Ministry of Industry, the Legalists entered the Ministry of Punishment, the Yin-Yang family entered the Qintian Prison, the political strategists entered the Ministry of Rites, the novelists entered the folk, and other schools were merged into the Three Religions and Nine Streams.
To put it bluntly, Bai Jia never left, they just hid themselves and put on the cloak of Confucianism.
Not to mention others, his teacher Xue Mushan told him that he was the inheritor of Legalism and that Wang Xu was actually not a Confucian scholar but a Buddhist disciple. Wang Xu also smiled slightly and was not surprised at all.
Therefore, the power of hundreds of schools of thought cannot be underestimated at all. Except for the Supreme Saint, they all competed with Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism in the past.
Especially the Legalists and the Military strategists, who once fought against Confucianism, are in danger. If they are singled out one on one, without considering the level of saints, it is difficult to distinguish between them in the Spring and Autumn Period.
At present, Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism are shining brightly and seem to be impeccable.
In fact, Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism faced off against hundreds of schools of thought, and no one dared to win.
Otherwise, there would not have been so many masters of Buddhism and Taoism standing behind Dong Zhongshu.
Depose hundreds of schools of thought and only respect Confucianism. Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism divide the world into three parts. Isn’t it an alliance of interests?
It's just that Confucianism made a better move and kicked the Buddhist and Taoist families out of the center of power. This led to the saying that there are three parts of the world, one part in the court and two parts in the people.
Not to mention, when Wu Taizu was competing in the world, the biggest opponent he encountered was Li Shimin, who had the support of both Buddhism and Taoism.
The Li family not only regarded Taoist ancestor Li Er as their ancestor, but the core members were also protected by Buddhist and Taoist masters. Among them, the eighteen-stick monk beside Li Shimin became famous through the war.
In the end, if the Confucians had not seen that the situation was not good, and feared that the Buddhist and Taoist families would move into the central government, they fully supported Wu Taizu, and Wu Taizu was very ambitious and won the support of hundreds of schools of thought and Confucianism, defeating the Tang Dynasty three times on the banks of the Weishui River.
There is no such thing as today's situation.
Although the plague is a serious matter, as long as doctors are willing to come forward, it is expected that it will not be difficult to suppress the plague.
It's rare to ask a doctor to come forward. This involves a game between the upper level. After all, the doctors in the Spring and Autumn Period advocated that upper-level medicine healed the country and lower-level medicine healed the disease. They were not doctors who had no desires or demands.
