Chapter 15 Admission

Naturally, Mr. Zhang would not miss such a grand event. When he got off the car, people were already coming and going in the temple, with his eldest grandson Zhang Cheng following behind him.

"Grandpa, I will leave tomorrow. If I don't come back for three or two years, I won't be able to have this Zen tea for several years." Zhang Cheng sighed.

"There is Zen tea everywhere in the world. You can't understand this, even if you don't eat Zen tea." Mr. Zhang said, smiling.

The grandfather and grandson were talking and laughing when they heard a female voice.

"Master, old master."

The two stopped and looked at a girl running to the side.

"Banqin!" Zhang Cheng was a little surprised.

"Sir." The girl hurriedly saluted him.

"Your wife is here too?" Mrs. Zhang asked with a smile.

"Yes." The girl said.

"Have tea too?" Mrs. Zhang asked with a smile.

The girl nodded and pointed behind her.

"One more thing, we, Taipingju, are here to make offerings." She said with a smile.

Mrs. Zhang and Zhang Cheng both looked as she pointed and saw a large crowd of people dressed in different costumes, all carrying baskets on their hands and shoulders.

"Enshrine? Taipingju?" Mr. Zhang was a little surprised, "So that's why I asked you to go."

The girl nodded.

"Taipingju?" Zhang Cheng shouted, "Is Taipingju your family?"

The girl smiled and nodded again.

Zhang Cheng wanted to say something more, but the girl bowed apologetically.

"I'm going to be busy, and I'll come back to serve you later," she said.

Watching the girl walk away, Zhang Cheng had a look of surprise on his face.

"Taipingju actually belongs to her master? Then we must know who wrote the five characters "Qieting Temple"!" He said with some excitement, rubbing his hands, "Great, grandpa, go and ask the person who wrote it.

Who is the master?"

Mrs. Zhang also looked surprised, and then laughed in relief.

"Sure enough, sure enough." He said, "It turns out to be her, it turns out to be her!"

"Who is it?" Zhang Cheng asked in confusion.

"This lady, she relies on the word Taiping." Mrs. Zhang did not answer but shook her head and smiled.

"Taiping? The way of heaven has no relation, and doing good is with it. The so-called Taiping is exactly the name." Zhang Cheng asked in confusion.

The familiar conversation could not help but ring in my ears.

"Taiping steamed buns are indeed delicious." Mrs. Zhang laughed.

Taiping steamed buns?

Zhang Cheng was stunned for a moment, what does this have to do with Taiping steamed buns? Taipingju was not selling steamed buns. In his daze, Mrs. Zhang Shiran walked towards the main hall, and he hurriedly followed.

Seeing the girl come back, shopkeeper Wu and Li Dashao did not ask curious questions. They were both uneasy and did not even notice the girl's coming and going.

"Brother Li, don't be nervous." The girl couldn't help but comfort her.

Li Dashao lowered his head and muttered something, clenching and unclenching his hands from time to time.

"Yes, don't be nervous, we have enough tofu, we can't do it twice once." Shopkeeper Wu also said.

There were four of them. Xu Bangchui was carrying a burden, with a clay stove on one side and cooking utensils on the other.

It was okay if he didn't say this, but Li Dashao became even more nervous if he did.

Carving on site, it’s done in one fell swoop, it’s successful, but if it’s not, it’s a failure. How can you still try it two or three times?

There was a huge crowd in front of them, and they were starting to place offerings for worship. Since they were at the very back, a few people hurriedly squeezed forward to avoid being blocked by others.

But despite the large number of people, they were still blocked by others. In the most conspicuous position outside, a large group of people were setting up tables and tables, just like them. They also used the stove, but they used cars to transport it. Compared with them alone,

The burden was much more luxurious, and the utensils laid out were both gold and silver, shining brightly in the morning light.

"You guys give in, give in." Xu Bangchui shouted.

"What do you want to give me? Just wait." The boy blocking the road shouted unceremoniously.

Xu Bangchui immediately glared, and shopkeeper Wu quickly stopped him.

"Brother, we have few people and few things, so we can get through with a little squeeze," he said with a smile.

The boy took a look at the group of people and saw that there were only four of them, wearing simple clothes, so he snorted with a bit of arrogance.

"There are few people and few things, so why rush? Just wait." He said.

Xu Bangchui raised his foot and kicked him over.

"If I tell you to get out of here, why are you still dragging me?" he roared angrily.

The boy was kicked forward and fell forward, hitting a man wearing a silk shirt, a hat and a flower hairpin.

Dou Qi turned around and slapped the boy.

"Blind!" he cursed.

"Master, someone is looking for something to do with us." The boy covered his face and shouted, extending his hand and pointing backward.

Dou Qi raised an eyebrow and looked back. First he saw Xu Bangchui, who was carrying the burden and laughing, and then his eyes fell on Li Dashao and shopkeeper Wu behind him, and he was stunned.

"Master Dou." Shopkeeper Wu smiled and saluted.

"Old Wu?" Dou Qi was surprised, as if he hadn't recognized him yet, "What are you doing here?"

"Now that I am back to my old business to make a living, my boss will also come to make offerings." Shopkeeper Wu said with a smile.

Li Dashao raised his head and glanced at Dou Qi, his expression a little complicated, but he lowered his head and said nothing.

Dou Qi made a sound, narrowed his eyes and laughed.

"I see." He said, "I wonder where it is?"

"There is a footwear shop outside the city." Shopkeeper Wu smiled and held his hand, "We asked for a seat in front of the palace, and we hope it will be convenient for Mr. Dou."

The location in front of the temple is the cheapest.

Dou Qi smiled again.

"Well, you go ahead." He said, asking people to get out of the way.

Shopkeeper Wu nodded and bowed his head to thank Li Dashao, Xu Bangchui and the girls as they filed past.

"Congratulations on getting rich." Dou Qi shouted again in a long tone.

Shopkeeper Wu turned around and thanked him with a smile.

Dou Qi laughed, turned around, put away his smile and spat.

"What the hell!" he said, "two unlucky prodigal cowards!"

It was noisy outside, but it seemed much quieter in front of the main hall of Zen Tea, although there were a lot of people coming and going.

This is one of the most lively events in Beijing every year. Both men and women are all dressed up. At first glance, they are surrounded by flowers. Although it is forbidden to make noise in front of the Buddha, the low laughter of women can be heard from time to time, attracting attention.

look.

"Look, your sister is here." Qin Langjun said suddenly.

Saturday Lang quickly looked back, and sure enough he saw a woman coming slowly behind, surrounded by two girls and a boy. There was another girl running quickly in front, followed carefully by the nanny beside her.

"Danniang, slow down." Several sisters shouted hurriedly.

Mrs. Chen stretched out her hand to hold Dan Niang.

"Mother, I brought Mrs. Cheng." Chen Danniang said with a smile.

Mrs. Chen smiled and praised, then looked at Cheng Jiaoniang who was approaching.

Cheng Jiaoniang bowed her head and saluted.

Chen Shiba Niang also came forward, while the other sisters looked at her curiously. Because they already knew about this woman's deeds, no one came forward to say hello.

"Mom, mother, I won't go in. Mrs. Cheng and I are playing outside." Chen Danniang said impatiently.

Mrs. Chen shook her head solemnly.

"No nonsense." She shouted in a low voice.

Chen Danniang pouted.

"It doesn't matter, I promised her." Cheng Jiaoniang said, "I don't like drinking tea at all, but I was invited by Shiba Niang this time just because I wanted to go out for a walk. There is a place to come and someone to accompany me.

Very good."

Mrs. Chen was still a little hesitant, but Chen Shiba Niang smiled and spoke.

"Mother, since the lady has said so, let her do as she wishes." She smiled and pulled Chen Danniang, "You have got your wish this year. You can go out to play again without being bored."

Chen Danniang smiled happily and pulled Cheng Jiaoniang's sleeve.

"You guys go in," Cheng Jiaoniang said, saluting Mrs. Chen again.

Mrs. Chen nodded, a little helpless, and ordered the servants and girls to follow her.

"And my snacks, my snacks." Chen Danniang shouted.

The maid over there held a box and showed it to her with a smile. It was the snacks that Cheng Jiaoniang had sent.

Chen Danniang felt relieved that she had eaten and played, so she pulled Cheng Jiaoniang and walked away.

"There is a release pond at the back with many koi. Let's go feed the fish." She said happily.

Watching the group of people walk away, Mrs. Chen shook her head.

"Mother, don't worry, Dan Niang is not a rogue and overbearing naughty child. Since she said it, she can talk to her, and Mrs. Cheng is not a person who gives in to others. If she can accept it, she must be willing to accept it. Besides, the purity in Puxiu Temple today is

"No idlers are allowed in, so it's rare to have a good time to play." Chen Shiba Niang smiled and took her mother's arm, "They are one big and one small. It is only right for us, mother and son, to have their own fun."

After saying this, Mrs. Chen smiled.

"How can you get close to her?" she said, taking a step forward. "It turns out you are not mediocre like me."

"Mom, don't make fun of me." Chen Shiba Niang smiled and followed her, "I just learned from Dan Niang and treated her with a pure heart."

Everyone in the Chen family followed the crowd and entered the palace through the side door.
