The so -called short manpower, eating people's mouth short.
Other people's food can't be so delicious, you have to pay a certain price, but if Miao Sanniang is willing to have osmanthus tea and hard-boiled eggs, then Zhang Yue will definitely not refuse anyone who comes and eat as much as he wants... No, it's a question
How many questions, answer as many questions.
Zhang Yue smiled and said: "Senior brothers and sisters are just talking about this. Yes, the eggs and osmanthus tea today are quite good."
Miao Sanniang smiled and said: "If senior brother likes it, I will bring it to you tomorrow!"
Zhang Yue nodded and said, "You're welcome, junior sister. If you don't know anything tomorrow, just ask again!"
Miao Sanniang went home with her servants.
At this time, the sun has not yet set, and the golden sunshine is shining on the mountains, treetops, and open spaces in the courtyard. The pastoral songs of the cowherd boys can be heard in the distance, and the smoke from the villages in the mountain col is already rising.
Beside the fence, a local dog lay lazily in the shade and stuck out its tongue.
Guo Lin watched Miao Sanniang’s back leave in the distance and returned to the house.
Zhang Yue was writing a hundred Yong characters at this time. Guo Lin sat and stood for a while, then walked back and forth in front of Zhang Yue.
Zhang Yue saw Guo Lin's worried look on his face, thought for a while and said, "Senior brother, if you have anything to do, just tell me directly!"
Guo Lin was stunned and asked: "How did you know that I had something to tell you?"
Zhang Yue thought to himself, your thoughts are completely written on your face.
“Senior brother, are you really okay?”
Guo Lin thought for a while and said: "Junior brother, I think your response to the junior sister's request for advice today is inappropriate."
Zhang Yue looked at Guo Lin and said to himself, "Are you trying to be a licking dog? Why are you dragging me along?"
Guo Lin hesitated for a moment, but still said seriously: "Junior brother, junior sister, it is your duty to ask for advice... This is of course senior brother's humble opinion. If junior brother cares, don't take it personally."
Zhang Yue suddenly remembered that in his previous life, when he had just graduated, he had just entered the company and asked the old employees for advice. Some of them were reasonable and some of them ignored him.
Later, Zhang Yue bought some tea leaves to make tea for them, and it became much easier to ask them for advice. Did the tea play a role? Not necessarily.
But one thing is that these things are all summed up by the veteran employees themselves through hard work. Although it is just a sentence, why should I tell you if I am not a relative of my hometown.
Tea is not worth a lot of money, but what they want is an attitude. Bad people who have no threshold must not do it.
But Zhang Yue then thought about it, now that we are all classmates, isn't it a little complicated for him? Isn't that precious relationship between classmates when he was young also here? Where did Guo Lin hide his secrets when he taught him? But he
When I was a teacher, I laughed at him for being a licker.
Thinking of this, Zhang Yue understood that he was indeed wrong. If he was wrong, he must admit it!
He bowed to Guo Lin and said, "Senior brother taught me that Sanlang was wrong!"
Guo Lin was also overjoyed to see Zhang Yue accept his opinion for the first time: "I just said it, and it would be great if you could understand."
“One more thing, junior brother...can you stop peeing in the earthen basin beside my bed every night? Can you move a few more steps?”
Zhang Yue smiled and said nothing. The answer was of course... no!
Two days later it was time for Guo Xuetu to read the scriptures.
Zhang Yue couldn't help but have expectations. What would Guo Xuexue teach him?
But early that morning, Guo Xuexiu came to Zhang Yue's room and said: "Studying is like being a man. You must grasp the essence of everything, and the same is true for treating classics. Writing poetry and essays is based on tone, and treating classics should be based on tone."
Take exegesis as the basis! If you want to exegesis, you must first memorize "Er Ya", so that the root and the bottom are not confused!"
?
Zhang Yue thought that Guo Xuexuan would teach him one of the Five Classics such as "Book" and "Yi" next, but he did not expect that he would teach "Erya" instead.
Is "Erya" a classic? It is the same as "The Analects of Confucius" and "The Classic of Xiao", not again.
The Analects of Confucius was written by Confucius, and the Classic of Filial Piety represents the ideology of the ruling class. Then Erya was not written by Confucius, and it was not within the scope of the Nine Classics prescribed by the imperial court. Why did Guo Xuexue want Zhang Yuelai to study it?
But Guo Xuexiu said: "Erya is not a classic, but it is a six-registered household document. It is an important subject for scholars. If you are interested in exegesis, "Erya" and "Shuowen Jiezi" are the must-learn methods."
Erya is equivalent to a dictionary. For example, the highest level is Jing; the non-artificial one is Qiu. This sentence comes from "Erya" and is also an exegesis.
And the exegesis of the meaning of the classics. In the Han Dynasty, the study of exegesis was a subject that Confucian scholars could study for a lifetime.
General scripture teachers will teach you to memorize the meaning of the scriptures and memorize the annotations to cope with the scripture meaning exam, but a good scripture teacher will teach you to start with exegesis first.
But the level of exegesis is very high.
Those with poor skills can only copy the annotations of the ancients, while those with advanced skills can teach the ancients how to annotate the meaning of the scriptures. The most powerful one can "use me as the standard."
In other words, the ancients’ comments are wrong, but I am the correct one.
For example, in the Han Dynasty, Lu, Qi, and Shi Jia wrote annotations for Shijing, and later Mao’s poems were published. After Zheng Xuan, a great scholar in the Eastern Han Dynasty, wrote annotations for Mao’s poems, scholars all over the world switched to studying Mao’s poems, so that the other three schools lost their inheritance.
Therefore, the Book of Songs only uses Mao's annotations as the authentic one, unlike the Spring and Autumn Annals, which have Zuo Zhuan, Gongyang Zhuan, and Gu Liang Zhuan. In this regard, Zheng Xuan has really done a great deed of immeasurable merit to scholars, including Zhang Yue.
.
Finally, Guo Xuexue told Zhang Yue to read the scriptures only for exegesis and not for sentences.
When reading the biographies of the Han Dynasty, you can see that there is a record of famous officials such as Ban Gu, saying that when he was young and studying, he "didn't write chapters and sentences, but just exegesis".
Surface understanding exegesis explains the meaning of words, while chapters and sentences explain the meaning of sentences.
But the deeper issue is the dispute between ancient classics and modern classics during the Han Dynasty.
The ancient classics focus on exegesis. If we pursue the original meaning of the classics, Confucius has a saying that is stated but not written.
Jinwen Jingxue pays attention to chapters and sentences. This is because when Confucius commented on the Spring and Autumn Period, he used small words and great righteousness to frighten rebellious officials and traitors. They believed that every sentence in the Spring and Autumn Classics has an expressive content and inner meaning. They elaborated on the inner meaning, which is actually a substantiation.
Ancient words and ambitions.
For example, the eight-legged essay in the Ming and Qing imperial examinations is the study of chapters and sentences.
The examiner randomly picks out a sentence from the Four Books and Five Classics, such as the sentence "When three people are walking together, there must be my teacher." The examinee must imitate the tone of the sage and write an article about this sentence in eight paragraphs from the beginning to the end.
The candidate's reference for writing eight-legged essays is Zhu Zizhi's "Collected Commentary on Chapters and Sentences of the Four Books".
It's like writing an essay today. For any sentence in the Analects, candidates have to write an essay.
But this was not the case with Song Dynasty Confucian classics.
The emphasis is on exegesis of ancient Chinese classics, not chapters and sentences. Going back to the source and meaning of the scriptures, pursuing the skill of exegesis. Therefore, the Nine Classics Subject only tests the scriptures and their meanings, which is equivalent to requiring the recitation and interpretation of the scriptures, and does not allow for the interpretation of scriptures.
Is there any elucidation of the meaning of the scriptures?
Guo Xuexuan warned: "The number of words in "Erya" is not as good as that of "The Analects of Confucius". You can just memorize a few items a day. You don't have to be too hasty, just go step by step."
“If you can master the exegesis of one book, you will be able to read the Nine Classics on your own without a teacher in the future. There is no saying that you can reach the sky in one step by studying the one book, but over time, it will take its own course.”
Zhang Yue calculated the nine classics, added the Xiao Jing, the Analects of Confucius, Er Ya, and the Mencius he had memorized. This was the Thirteen Classics mentioned by later generations.
During the Five Dynasties, Meng Chang, the lord of Shu, carved the Eleven Classics in stone. He removed the Xiao Jing and Er Ya from the Twelve Classics and replaced them with Mencius.
This is what typical Jinwen Jingxue considers to be "the classic".
From the Five Classics of the Tang Dynasty, to the Nine Classics of the Song Dynasty, and finally to the Thirteen Classics of the Southern Song Dynasty.
Zhang Yue unknowingly understood the history of the development of classics and meanings.
The following Guo Xuexu and Zhang Yue talked about the order of studying the Classics "Yi", "Book", "Poetry", "Li", and "Spring and Autumn". Because ancient classics regard Confucius as a historian, the order of the Five Classics is from ancient times to the present.
But Jinwen Jingxue is different. The order of the Five Classics is determined as "Poetry", "Book", "Li", "Yi", and "Spring and Autumn", which is a step from the shallower to the deeper.
“Erya can be read slowly. It’s okay if you don’t understand it. You’ll understand it later on, but you can’t read Yi Jing.”
After Guo Xuexuan gave Zhang Yue a copy of "Erya", he also gave him a copy of "The Book of Changes". Zhang Yue was shocked when he saw this. Guo Xuexuan actually borrowed two books at once? This is really amazing.
Bar.
Guo Xuexiu said: "The Book of Changes is the first of the Five Classics. I came to the county to study and borrowed this Book of Changes. Xuezheng will only lend it out for three days. I will return it after you finish copying it! This Book of Erya is the best."
If no one borrows my collection, you can read it slowly."
The more Zhang Yue understood, he realized that Guo Xuexuan had been missing for most of yesterday afternoon. It turned out that he had traveled across mountains and rivers to go to the county town. This round trip took most of the day. There is nothing more difficult than reading.
Zhang Yue saluted and said, "Yes, sir, the student must finish copying within three days."
Guo Xuexue said: "Don't be too hasty. When you copy the scriptures, you should read them silently in your heart. With this preconceived skill, you can get twice the result with half the effort by reciting the scriptures in the future. If the three-day deadline is reached, he will be serious
If you are in a hurry, you can ask your senior brother to help you copy. But it is best to copy it yourself. You have to do your own business, and the only thing in the world is your studies, which cannot be left to others!"
Zhang Yue seriously agreed again.
Guo Xuejun nodded, then left the hut, walked outside the door and looked back at the house.
But seeing Guo Lin holding the "Book of Changes" and "Erya" in his hands, he stood and explained to Zhang Yue his experience in reading these two classics. Zhang Yue sat on the chair and listened attentively.
At this time, Guo Xuexue’s wife came over.
Guo Xuexiu hurriedly stepped forward to stop him and asked, "What are you doing?"
Hunjia, a scholar, said: "Tell them to eat!"
Guo Xuexiu hurriedly said: "Don't worry for a moment, didn't you see that their brothers and sisters are discussing knowledge?"
“There’s always food!”
“Wait a moment!”
Having said this, Guo Xuexiu and his wife looked into the room together. The weather in the afternoon was so hot, but the two brothers were teaching and listening, and they didn't even notice.
“Let’s go, stop looking.”
Guo Xuexiu nodded happily and said to his wife as he walked: "Sanlang has made a lot of progress recently, and Lin'er is becoming more and more like a senior brother. If both of them go to school in the county, I will have a good face."
Having said this, Guo Xuexue shook his head happily and swayed on his wooden clogs: "Ha! Let the lame slave go to the village to sell wine. I will drink one more today!"
“Where is the money at home?”
“Let’s take it on credit first!”
“Don’t even think about how poor you are!” The Hun family’s Hedong lion’s roar reached Guo Xuexu’s ears.
