Volume Three, Chapter 192, STP Department

When the morning sun rose again, Chitaki was wearing a formal major military uniform with two badges on his chest and slowly opened the door, carrying a metal box. He looked back at the somewhat empty room, feeling a little reluctant to leave.

Chitaki calmed down and pushed the box out.

Walking along the streets, there were twisted and damaged metal houses everywhere. Many tents were set up in the corners. Many victims of Area F were sitting helplessly outside the tents. Wails and painful groans could be heard from time to time inside the tents.

Some seven or eight-year-old children gathered together dirty, holding half a nutrition bar tightly in their hands. From time to time, groups of patrolling guards passed by. These guards also brought primitive stretchers with many dead people lying on them.

Every time they walked through a place, they would inspect the corpses and try not to miss the dead residents. If there were seriously injured residents who were not dead yet, they would put a mark on their tent or house to facilitate subsequent inquiries.

.

Chitaki couldn't help but sigh. The sequelae and trauma of the war cannot be ended so easily.

Bemisia Huan spoke in Chitaki's mind, "Natural selection, survival of the fittest is the law of nature. To survive under this starry sky, you must adapt to this rule. War is relative in a sense.

The Zerg deaths far outnumber our casualties."

Chitaki hesitated after hearing Bemisia Huan's words and said, "I understand."

"Cheer up and don't be affected by the external environment. An excellent fighter's spirit must be strong enough to withstand everything." Bemisia Huan said.

Chitaki nodded and continued walking towards stp.

An hour later, Chitaki arrived at the heavily guarded entrance to Area G. The entire huge Area G was basically devoid of any ordinary residents. In a sense, Area G was the STP department.

As soon as Chitaki approached the entrance, the guard captain came forward and stopped Chitaki.

"This is the STP department. No unrelated personnel are allowed to approach. Major, please show your pass."

Chitaki glanced at the guarding captain, who seemed to be a second lieutenant, but it could be seen that there was no trace of awe from a subordinate to his superior in his eyes.

"I was just transferred here. It's my first time to report here today. I don't have a pass."

"Who are you?" the guard captain asked doubtfully.

"My name is Chitaki." Chitaki replied.

The guard captain picked up the bracelet and scanned it to identify Chitaki. When he saw the information displayed on the bracelet, he stood at attention, saluted and said, "Sir Chitaki, please come inside."

"Do you know me?" Qiantaki was also a little curious, but it was much smoother than expected.

"We have been notified above that you will be transferred to the STP department in the near future, but we did not expect you to take up the post so soon." The guard captain said respectfully.

Chitaki thought for a moment and asked, "Can I go in?"

"Okay." The guard captain immediately moved out of the way.

Chitaki walked into the huge steel gate of STP and glanced at the spacious and bright metal passage. Mecha guards stood on both sides. Stepping into the metal passage, Chitaki felt that the temperature inside was at least a few degrees lower than outside.

Not long after Chitaki walked inside, Jilan led a group of people out of the corner and came to Qiantaki and saluted.

"Lord Chitaki, you are here."

"Colonel Kilan? Such a coincidence?" Chitaki was a little surprised.

"Unfortunately, Lord Terenceus has an order. From today on, as the captain of your personal guard, I will be responsible for your safety. Please take good care of me in the future." Kiran saluted Qiantaki.

"Isn't this inappropriate? Your position is higher than mine?" Chitaki also felt strange.

"This is my job, Master Chitaki." Kiran replied very calmly.

"Okay, I am now transferred to the STP department, where do I need to report? Or what should I do?" Chitaki asked in confusion.

"Please follow me, and I will take you to report in Lord Terenceus's office." Kilan replied.

"Thank you." Chitaki said and followed Kiran inside.

Walking on the road, Chitaki observed the surroundings from time to time. Bemisia Huan said, "The entire passage is made of special synthetic metal. It is very hard and flexible. It is also very heavily guarded along the way. Inside the metal walls,

There are a large number of automatic defense weapons, and there are isolation doors at regular intervals."

The field of vision in Chitaki's eyes began to change, turning into black and white lines intersecting, and all hidden weapons emerged one after another.

"The security measures are very high." Chitaki responded.

"The closer you go to the inner area, the more complex the defense structure becomes. After reaching a certain range inside, there are many heavily isolated areas. The internal structure cannot be scanned. It should be a confidential area."

"I have heard from Chromie before that the STP representative is the highest technology and combat department of the Hippogne, and there should be a lot of shameful secrets."

Just when Chitaki and Bemisia were having a fantasy chat, Chitaki's nerves suddenly moved. From around the corner, a sharp blow carrying the fragrant wind hit him. Chitaki subconsciously crossed his hands to block, and his whole body

Slide out 3 meters on the spot.

A beautiful figure came over, and her hands turned into swords and slashed at Chitaki's neck, quickly and accurately.

Just as Ji Lan and others were about to intervene, another person walked out of the corner and blocked them.

Chitaki turned her legs slightly to one side, adjusted her body slightly to avoid the sharp knife, then turned and punched it.

The figure nimbly turned over to avoid the attack and landed two meters away.

"Who's fighting!" The guards around him rushed up immediately.

"Your Highness Bilan." The guard who rushed up noticed that it was Bilan who saluted in horror.

Bilan looked at Qianlong coldly, glanced at the bright fearless medal on his chest, snorted coldly, turned around and left.

Jethro took a few steps forward, looked at Chitaki a few times and said, "The kid's skills are quite good. The meeting and greeting is the next step. See you later."

After saying that, Jethro turned and left.

Chitaki frowned and looked at Bilan and Jethro who were leaving. These two people didn't seem to be very friendly, and their status seemed to be very high.

Jilan walked up and asked, "Sir Chitaki, are you okay?"

"It's okay." Chitaki replied.

Ji Lan saw that Qian Taki's expression didn't seem to be very good, so he explained, "Sir Qian Taki, don't take it too seriously. In fact, Your Highness Bilan doesn't have any malicious intentions. It's really just a greeting."

"Just saying hello?" Chitaki looked at Ji Lan strangely and asked.

"That's right, Sir Qianlong, this is how His Highness Bilan greets you. I think that when Lord Jethro first entered the STP department, he also received a greeting from His Highness Bilan. However, Lord Jethro is not as powerful as Lord Qianlong. He was

Those who are pushed to the ground will be punished." The vice-captain next to Ji Lan, a middle-aged man with a cheerful personality, said with a smile.

The corner of Chitaki's mouth twitched. Hearing what he said, it was probably just a simple greeting.
