Chapter 28 Within the Sea of ??Air

ps: Thanks to the Pink Gigolo, Mr. Phoenix for the reward, and thanks to fellow Taoists for their monthly votes for encouragement. It’s the end of the month, do you want to add more updates to Pindao? Consider...

Zhao Ran cursed in his heart, and greeted all the countless generations of ancestors of the treasure bottle, all the known and unknown disciples, and the unborn descendants. Unfortunately, he was silenced by the other party and could not move his tongue for a moment. At this moment, he could only entertain himself.

Happy, calm yourself down.

After a while, Baoping once again gestured to the sitting posture just now, and the whole process was repeated again, and the heat flow came to three inches above Zhao Ran's navel again.

This time Zhao Ran hesitated and did not expel the heat immediately as before. When he was thinking about whether he would "rather die than surrender" or "submit it for the time being", his mind suddenly buzzed, and his consciousness suddenly opened up.

Zhao Ran saw everything inside his body, such as the throat, stomach pouch, intestinal wall and other organs. From another angle, or another way of observation, he saw the passages of his meridians, various acupuncture points, and finally

I have reached my own Qihai.

The sea of air was deep and far away, as big as infinity, as if it were vast and boundless. But when he blinked, it was as small as the tip of a needle, and seemed invisible. Zhao Ran felt it curiously, and felt that it was like a vacuum for a moment.

It was so dead and silent, and then suddenly it was changing up and down, left, right and back like the sun, moon and stars. The movement and stillness were mysterious and abnormal.

He suddenly remembered what was said in the "Tao De Zhen": Between heaven and earth, it is like a quarry! It is empty but not yielding, and moves out more and more. This sea of qi is like a big bag, empty but not collapsed, and it is growing and growing while moving.

Interest is the same as the heaven, earth and universe.

Zhao Ran seemed to realize something for a moment. Is this the opening of internal vision?

Before Zhao Ran could continue to comprehend, he found a transparent shadow in the sea of air, which looked like a monk's vase.

Baopingfu sat in the sea of qi, suddenly raised his head and said with a smile: "Little Taoist priest, do you see clearly? This is your sea of consciousness. Your Taoist sect is also called the sea of qi. How about it? This is the first time you see it? How does it look like?"

Zhao Ran thought silently: "It's just as Lao Jun said." These words immediately rang out in the air, just like Zhao Ran speaking.

Baoping smiled: "Yes, judging from this statement, your understanding is still very good. If you study Buddhism, you can expect great achievements."

Zhao Ran said: "But I have no bones."

Baoping said: "Cultivating Buddhism does not talk about qualifications, only about understanding... Let's not talk about it for now. Your sea of consciousness is really refreshing and clean, unlike the Taoist priest before who was a mess."

Zhao Ran knew that what Baoping said was probably related to the root bones, but this was not the time to pursue mysteries. He hurriedly asked: "Master, you said that you could enter my sea of consciousness to see your true face. Can you see it?"

Aquarius smiled and pointed his fingers at the sea and sky: "Look, that's my true face."

Zhao Ran followed his finger and looked, only to see the infinite distance in the sea. Suddenly, a glass bottle with crystal light rose up from the edge of the sky. The bottle burst out with a dazzling light in the air, and the light shone in all directions. It illuminated the whole sea.

As white as day.

"Congratulations, Master, you finally see your true colors today!"

Aquarius looked at the true form rising in the sky and murmured: "Yes, it has been twenty years, and it has never been so clear. It turns out that the self-less form is 'not nothing'. It is 'there is truth', not to eliminate the true form."

.It is about knowing the true nature...Today I have achieved Anuttarasamyaksambodhi and obtained the fruit of Mahayana Bodhisattva. I am one step closer to the supremely enlightened one, and the position of Buddha is not far away!"

I saw the treasure vase chanting: "Supreme Right Enlightenment, Supreme Enlightenment, Supreme True Path, Supreme Right and All-Knowing—Put it away!" The bright glass bottle turned into a white light and suddenly disappeared into the treasure.

Ping Zen Master is in the top of his heart.

Zhao Ran asked: "Master, you have obtained the Bodhisattva fruit, can you withdraw?"

Baoping smiled and said: "As the saying goes, it is like sending Buddha to the west. Little Taoist, since you have helped me obtain the fruit of Bodhisattva, why not just work together to help me achieve the status of Buddha!"

Zhao Ran suddenly realized that something was not good and asked: "Master, when will this happen? Now that I have achieved the fruit of Bodhisattva, I will come out first and talk about how it is so easy to attain the Buddha's position."

Aquarius said: "It won't take long, as short as ten or eight years, as long as thirty or fifty years, I will be able to open the six realms of consciousness and directly enter the Buddha's position!"

"Master, you are joking. How can I survive ten or eight years? Let alone thirty or fifty years."

"You have to endure it, you have to endure it. If I don't practice hard in your sea of consciousness, where will I go? My self is already in my spiritual body, and the one outside is just a body. I will sit down in a moment.

It’s melted.”

Zhao Ran said in shock: "Master, you can't do this, we agreed..." Before we could talk more, a huge stream of consciousness suddenly came from the center of his eyebrows, flowing into Zhao Ran's body like a river, and flowing directly into the sea of qi.

Zhao Ran was struck by this consciousness that contained what Zen Master Aquarius had seen, thought, learned, and heard for decades, causing severe pain at the base of his head. The pain seemed to go straight into his soul, making him miserable. Zhao Ran was suffering unspeakably at this moment.

I just regretted why I couldn't pass out or die, so that I could avoid suffering such inhuman pain.

While suffering the shock of severe pain, Zhao Ran was still clearly watching the changes taking place in his Qi Sea. After this consciousness entered the Qi Sea, it was deposited in the Qi Sea like sea water. The "water level" gradually increased, and the Aquarius

The Zen master smiled and wandered on the "sea", looking extremely happy.

Just when Zhao Ran was almost in despair, Zen Master Aquarius suddenly said "Hey", and Zhao Ran immediately felt the changes in the air sea.

At the bottom of the "sea water" formed by consciousness, or under Zhao Ran's sea of qi, a gap seemed to suddenly open, and the "sea water" was flowing outward along this gap. The gap became larger and larger, and the flow rate of the "sea water" also increased.

It came faster and faster, gradually forming a turbulent and rotating whirlpool in the "sea water", drawing everything around it into the gap.

The "sea water" formed by these consciousnesses was poured directly into a certain gap along an invisible channel. The crack seemed to be boundless. It did not take long to absorb all the sea water formed by the consciousness of Zen Master Aquarius in Zhao Ran's Qi Sea.

Once inside, not a drop of residue is left.

Zen Master Aquarius struggled for a moment in panic, but finally lost to the extremely strong suction force and was forcibly pulled over. When he was sucked to the mouth of the crack, his phantom-like spiritual body scattered like glass fragments.

Open up and become part of the "sea water" of consciousness.

With the death of Zen Master Aquarius, a small wooden stick got stuck at the mouth of the crack at some point, so that the crack could not be closed. Zhao Ran stretched out a finger in his consciousness and poked gently, and the wooden stick finally

was sucked in.

Before the cracks closed, Zhao Ran seemed to see a bright moon in the shape of a glass bottle rising inside!

Soon, everything returned to its original state, and the air sea was still empty, as if nothing had happened, and the unspeakable deathly silence quietly appeared in front of Zhao Ran. I don’t know how long it took, it seemed like an instant, and it seemed like tens of millions of years, Zhao Ran suddenly

The earth exits the inward-looking state and returns to reality.

Zen Master Aquarius was still sitting across from Zhao Ran with his eyes closed, and the two fingers of his right hand were still poking between Zhao Ran's eyebrows, with a strange smile on his face.

Is everything that happened just now a dream? Real? Zhao Ran was a little confused.

After a while, Zhao Ran felt sensation on the tip of his tongue, then on his neck, body, and limbs. He found that he could move again. He carefully stretched out his right hand and groped for the two fingers that Zen Master Baoping had poked between his eyebrows.

The ground, holding your breath... touched it.

Two fingers of Zen Master Aquarius suddenly turned into fly ash and scattered on the ground, followed by arms, shoulders, body, legs... In the end, there was only a pile of ashes in front of Zhao Ran, and a key among the ashes.

Zhao Ran was dumbfounded. He just sat quietly, motionless. He didn't know how long it took before he came back to his senses, stretched out his foot to hook the key from the ashes, and untied the iron chain that bound him.

He stood up and moved his limbs. After the blood circulation was clear, he followed the way the sannyasin* left and groped for a moment under the oil lamp on the right side of the wall. He came across a bulge, then pressed it, but there was no movement, and then turned to the left

With a pull, the secret door opened. Zhao Ran stepped out of the quiet room and looked around. This was the Zen room where he was shaken out of his sleeves by Zen Master Aquarius.

Zhao Ran first went to the door of the room and listened quietly to what was going on outside. Outside the Zen room was a small courtyard. Outside the courtyard, there were occasional footsteps and the whispers of passing monks. He looked out through the crack in the door and saw that there was no one else in the small courtyard.

Not daring to go out rashly, Zhao Ran sat down at the table and his eyes immediately fell on the belt tied around his waist. He hurriedly untied the belt and took out the green belt. (To be continued)
